“Old but ok 'paradise' premises, good location by the sea, no soundproof walls”
Buildings are between the main road and the sea, but no noise reaches to sleeping area. It is just in front of the beach zoo which didn't look nice, but still it's a great spot to relax, see sunset etc. A lot of green area, trees, it looks like really a paradise, but in some rundown condition. You can go to nice Tubog beach and sanctuary at 10 -15 min walking south. San Juan village main area, with better and much more choice for food and drink, is about 20 min walking to the opposite direction, north. Clean big room. Walls are paper thin, and you get a lot of noise from other people, especially from dorm, or any guests at other rooms, who wish to chat freely at 2 or 5 am, as happened at the night I stayed. Overall it's good value, I'd stay again, only real complaint is the disturbance from adjacent rooms.
