“Affordable Long Stay Property”
Decent location away from buzzling growing city of Davao. Quiet neighborhood. Basic necessities are available. The host is very accommodating. We have some hiccups but was able to resolved with the host.

“Good stay but needs minor improvements”
The bathroom sink drains very slowly, and there’s no trash bin inside the house. Also, the garage isn’t suitable for lowered cars. However, overall, it was a good stay, and I’d still recommend it! 🙂

“Shithole”
Personality of the owner, scammer, property trashed to the ground, overall miserable experience, far from city also. Manipulator, will trick you easy, i do not recommend this guy neither his properties. On check in 3 people were cleaning property for 4 hours. On check out they sent me email i have to pay extra money for staying there and accused me of stealing some micky mouse bed sheet(that cost 100 pisos probably) Agoda no help either. Stay away from this place and from Agoda. Low level scum bags.Liar.
