This hotel is superbly situated near shopping malls, restaurants, street food markets, and the beach. The spacious and comfortable rooms offer stunning views of Pattaya City Bay. Many guests appreciate the homely and friendly service provided by the staff. The rooftop pool and bar are definite highlights, offering panoramic views of the beach and city. Although breakfast could have more options, the hotel's location and breathtaking rooftop pool view more than compensate for it.
Furniture in the rooms was worn-out and some guests reported issues with room cleanliness.

Location is nice. Short walk to beach road, a ton of food, services and shops right beside the hotel. Rooms are well designed, comfortable, clean and well stocked. Good value to stay, though two nitpicks: - Skybar prices were a bit offensive during the fireworks show (granted it was special event pricing and the entire hotel was booked out). 1100 THB for a beer and a cocktail is what I'd expect to pay in Iceland. - Housekeeping wasn't great about restocking water, toiletries, etc. Had something (only one type of thing each time) missing three out of six nights. The hotel has a convenient app to order more of anything and it arrives in five to ten minutes, but once you're in the shower you're already committed. Not a big deal really and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful - from reception, restaurant staff, concierge and security through to housekeeping. This is a service focused hotel, in spite of the hiccups. I'd recommend staying here.
I’ve stayed here three times now, location is perfect close to everything you need. Housekeeping are great I stayed on 22nd floor, room was always cleaned to good standard, ( don’t forget leave a tip on pillow everyday ) they work hard. The best feature of this hotel would be the two pools, rooftop pool is perfect with view of all the city, perfect for sunset pics. My only negative about the hotel is a policy of letting the public also use the pools, I understand it’s revenue for the hotel and they are a business and drinks or food these people buy are profit. However it’s a policy I’m not keen on, if I can’t get a sun lounger and reason for that is they are occupied by outsiders then I’m not happy. I think during the day while the suns out they should be for exclusive hotel guests use only. Then open for public evenings onward. In all fairness in a stay of 28 days it only occurred on three occasions but I wanted a sun lounger so I was dissatisfied with hotel policy. Staff are friendly and efficient and always willing to help, overall a very good hotel, enjoyed my stay.

It’s always a pleasant surprise to see staff go above and beyond, and this hotel really nailed that. All in all, my stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel was an unforgettable one. From the spacious rooms to the outstanding service and views, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.

The staff were amazing - polite, helpful, professional and plentiful. The rooms were great and the beds comfortable. The 2 rooftop pools were very cool and the panoramic view of Pattaya is incredible both day and night. The only negatives were that the pool on the roof is poorly maintained. There are tiles falling off everywhere and at the end is an exposed wire which really needs to be checked before it potentially kills someone in the pool! The other thing was the cordidors on our floor stunk of cigarette smoke which wasn't very inviting. I realise that is more to do with the guests not following rules properly. Hope they were fined! The poor pool maintenance though is disappointing and genuinly dangerous. Also, drop the prices down for the minibar in the room and people are more likely to use it and appreciate it.

“Best hotel experience in Pattaya”
I stayed from october 13 to october 22, 2023. 10/10 exceptional. Location: central marina right in front of you. Terminal 21 is 5 minute walk. Many massage places hotel. Location is very good. Staff: staff are friendly and professional. I was happy with their hospitality. Housecleaning was good. Room condition : good. not 2023 brand new but it was clean and well maintained. Facilities: swimming pools are exceptional. Make sure you visit rooftop bar. Fitness room was also very good. Spacious and many good machines. Overall, for a hotel price ranging from 60 USD, Siam at Siam was exceptional. Just one small hiccup: The hotel is very strict with refund & cancellation policy. Before you book for long stay, make sure you check all your business. If you want to change your schedule due to emergency, its too late. The hotel is pretty inflexible with changing dates or refund policy. If the management can be a little more flexible with reservation policy, hands down this is the best hotel in pattaya.
