Very satisfied with the room facilities, cleanliness & facilities, although the check-in was a bit slow, we had to wait a while, for the requested non-smoking room to be cleaned & ready. Breakfast selection & varieties is excellent ! for both Asian and continental spreads. Location wise, its very good, as the hotel is just opposite Bandung Indah Plaza, that has a hypermart, eateries, and our favorite spots like the Matahari Department Store, the bookstore Gramedia, the Es Teller 77 restaurant with reasonably priced local favorites, which opens till 10pm & it also whipped one of the best avocado milkshakes ever, and of course the XXI cinema. If you are on a short stay in Bandung & do not have enough time to shop around after you're done with the tours, this hotel is the best place to stay. Bandung Indah Plaza is just across, opposite the hotel, accessible via the convenient overhead bridge, just outside the hotel. Bandung Indah Plaza is fully equipped with fast food outlets like A&W, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, JCO donut & cafe. Enjoy 4 levels of stores, fashion, fun & entertainment (arcades, cinema, karaoke lounge) and plenty of F & B outlets (Food & Beverages). You'll be spoilt for choice !

Stayed for 2 nights during Pocari Sweat West Java Marathon, booked 1 deluxe and 1 grand deluxe, on top of my 1st review, below are the additionals: 1. Since I have to run for the marathon in the next day, off course i won't be able to make it for breakfast between 6-10 AM. During check in i informed this to the front desk, i asked for room in breaksfast to be served at 10:30 AM to my room so that once i finish running and step into my room, i can enjoy my late breakfast. They managed it perfectly as i briefed. Kudos! 2. Request for both rooms to be side by side, again they manage it perfectly... 3. 2nd day breakfast was remarkable. food were tasty with tons of variety 4. With previous bad experience, my wife decided not to stored her breastmilk in the hotel concierge 5. Staffs were nice and friendly, and check in plus check out runs smoothly 6. Got the chance to try to their latest rooftop bar, Vesper for a cup of cappucino and a bottle of beer. View were great and design was nice. It just that i have to wait for too long to wait for my order. Maybe you can manage toimprove your waiter service in the future. 7. Kiddos still love the pool and kids club, and the lobby seating area were also still our favorite photo spot :-) Overall, we've had a great experience now compared to before. Keep up the good work guys

Excellent View from the Lobby. Too bad our room was not facing the mountain/valley as I expected it would be. The pool is rather small and too packed with people so I didn't get the chance to try. other facilities are star-hotel standards. I don’t like the hotel chiller, as I have tried in other hotels too, the chiller was not that cool, we can’t adjust the temperature and no freezer. I traveled with a toddler, I brought ice pack and cooler box while traveling to outside the hotel, unfortunately, my ice pack was melting because no freezer was available. I don’t know whether it’s the new standard for hotel fridge? Because I’ve seen it everywhere in other hotels too. It troubled me while I was still breastfeeding and brought the frozen breast milk packages. They were all melting. Luckily my toddler is now taking UHT milk and doesn’t need freezer. But still, I’d prefer the old fashioned portable fridge with tiny freezer than this kind of chiller. I love the day-bed so it can be used for 'extra bed' without taking extra charge or extra space within the room. My daughter harmed her arm during our visit at Taman Safari and we needed emergency massage. There was no such treatment like that in the spa but the masseuse was sympathetic and tried her best to heal my daughter. Her name is Elly or something, sorry for my bad memory. But I was so thankful for her. I love the cozy and rustique Coffee house named Clubhuis in the front yard of the hotel compound. Very photogenic and instagrammable. The coffee and snack were quite good too. We don’t go to Puncak so often because the traffic is usually bad, but once we go there again, we will stay in this hotel again. I love the day-bed so it can be used for 'extra bed' without taking extra charge or extra space within the room. I love the cozy and rustique Coffee house named Clubhuis in the front yard of the hotel compound. Very photogenic and instagrammable. The coffee and snack were quite good too.

Our stay in Puncak was amazing solely because of our hotel stay in Novus Resort. Puncak as a weekend getaway was not a smart decision because of the terrible traffic. However, Novus Resort was beautiful. Our rooms were clean and the stone flooring adds a rustic element to our stay. We had rooms on the second floor facing the garden area (although I would not call it garden as it looked like a nature site behind the resort). The air was amazingly fresh and cooling which is a million times better than our mornings in Singapore. It was a very private view which was very much appreciated because we could open our balcony wide while relaxing in our rooms, taking in the wonderful view and clean fresh air. My only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The food was pretty good but the spread was very limited. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was delicious! The service was fast which was good as we were all starving after a day out and spa. The spa was satisfying. The ladies were efficient and wonderfully trained in the art of relaxing massage. It was a wonderful way to end our day after exploring Puncak the whole morning and afternoon. The spa suites were beautifully designed and it felt like we were having a massage right in the middle of a private forest. Definitely the best part of our stay.

never been here before.. at first when come to this place feels like good.. this is before enter the lobby.. but once enter the parking area, found out this hotels parking area too small and too crowded.. but its very helpful when the staff offer me to help me to park the car.. what a good attitude and service from the hotel.. come the time for me to checkin.. we book 2 rooms.. 1 of the rooms is for elder people.. the staff ask me very politely whether they can separate the room on different floor or not.. i ask them its better if i can get the same floor.. they said they will try they best but its takes time.. they try call here and there just want to make sure the room is fit my request.. very very good staff performance and effort.. i kind of surprise that the staff can do those jobs for me.. i never think that they would do that.. at the end just to make sure all of my family member stay in the same floor, they decide to upgrade my rooms.. WHAT A HECK.. PERFECT SERVICE given by this hotels.. i really have nothing to said about this.. my big thanks and regards to all front desk team at that night (mba Putri if i am not wrong the girl name).. the breakfast is good also.. they provide local foods.. my moms like it a lot.. the pools also very good.. my lil girls love it so much..

I don't feel stay at 4 stars hotel. the building itself seem new but bed and linen needs new one! luck of feeling 4 stars hotel.... the only good thing is the view, I got mountain view and you need to get up early if you want to see the view because if you get up late , you will not see anything..pollution is the biggest problem in Bandung west java. The housekeeping was good...

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan dengan keramaian dan kamar sesuai dengan harga yang diberikan. namun kolam renangnya sangat kecil dan menjadi satu dengan resto kolam renang disampaikan hanya untuk anak2 tapi sebagai orang tua harus ikut berenang untuk jagain, dan diliatin orang2 lagi sarapan karena beneran di dalam resto. sedikit masalah pada saat check in, pada saat booking sudah stated kalau butuh a room with large bed since we have a toddler, tapi pas check in dibilang kalau bed besar sudah tidak available dan sistem agoda tidak terkoneksi dengan hotel. then, why bother ask for which type of bed and special request on the agoda website if the hotel can't see that information?

A nice Hotel with nice room and friendly staff. We booked the Suite with balcony and stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast was ok, a lot of choices, but could be improved. We booked the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony, thinking of how marvelous it would be for our 2 year old daughter to have her first jacuzzi experience, but were disappointed on the 2nd day, when we found out the jacuzzi was broken (it was fine on the 1st day, as it was On, when we first arrived at the hotel and entered our room). We called the staff and asked them to fix it, no repairman was sent, instead, they kindly offered to change our room, seems like they knew the jacuzzi in our room was broken all along, but the thought of packing our bags seemed like a hassle, so we rejected the kind offer. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. (when sitting outside, the AC condenser placement causes hot air blowing towards us, defeat the purpose of a balcony really)

A very quiet environment for those who seek peace from town life and those who loves jogging and cardio. What I recommend to those who have book this place is to bring cup noodles if you do not intend to invest a lot on meals. Also they do not have any microwave so be prepared to eat before coming back to your villa. If water heater is the problem, fret not they do have. It is behind the toilet bowl. Remove the wooden barrier and turn on. Remember to switch off after use. Throughout I enjoyed my stay. Thank you team

I stayed with my kid and this is the most recommended 4 stars hotel in Bandung. The hotel is not too large but they have a different style than others. I really love with our room, it's full touch of Parisian Classic Style which is sooo intagram-able. My kid is so in love with the pool, although is not a big pool, but the water was so warm. Only take 15 minutes to the Main Train Station in Bandung by car. And the best point is you just need to walk 5 minutes to Paris Van Java, around 100 meters to the hotel. The staff is so helpful and humble. I should be back one day to this hotel.

1. We visit this hotel on 10 May 17.. Booked this hotel through Agoda, we stated earlier that we need an early check-in, but when we arrive at the hotel around 9am, they said they can't provide early check-in & just let us waiting for the early check-in time at 12. 2. We sat at the cafe to wait for the check-in time, buy some cakes & drink. Only my family (me, wife & 2 daughters) & 1 other table with 2 guys sat at the cafe. There's piano at the cafe, feel bored of waiting, my daughter wants to play the piano, i ask for permission to play the piano, but the cafe supervisor didn't allow us to play the piano without any explanation :( Seems like this hotel is not compatible for family.. will think twice to visit this hotel again..

the place is secluded. therefore, it offers peace and quiet that most places in java cannot offer. of course, we went there on weekdays and not during vacation time. there were only us and another couple in that section of maybe 6 or 7 villas. the one bed room villa we were in was clean. we have satellite tv and wireless internet so we are well connected to the international world. the furnishing was excellent. if there is one critique it does not have a microwave / electric stove to warm foods.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a weekend away from Jakarta. The grounds are a definite highlight having a strong sense of the tropics but being very well maintained. The hotel was quite busy when I visited but it was easy to find quiet private places in the grounds to relax. The restaurant is open sided giving it a light airy feel; the breakfast buffet was excellent. I drove to the hotel directly from the airport in Jakarta and it only took 90 minutes along the toll roads. As an introduction to Java it is the perfect place to recover from jet lag before heading off on your travels. For golf enthusiasts there is a golf course right next to the hotel.

This is my 4th time went to this hotel. I went here during lebaran holiday after long trip out of town. Price higher than regular fare, but reasonable considering high season. I arrived at this hotel by noon and find out that i made a mistake on booking, it should be 2 days booking instead of 2 rooms with one day stay. I ask the receptions if it possible to change the booking considering i already paid the room. The reception said i should call agoda first to change booking. After several calls with agoda customer services, hotel management tell me that the can change the booking condition. Thank god, they approved to change my booking. During our stay, my two todlers (4yo and 2yo) really enjoy the fasilities, kids pool, kids club, and play ground outside where they can play while sunbathing. Really worth the price, even there were not a large facilities but enough for our need. They had bicycle rental also for free. Things that could be improved maybe warm water for kids pool, since the water is pretty cold if your swim at the morning. This really a nice hotel to bring your kids for short gateway that really worth the price. Also don’t forget to ask for higher floor and mountain view room when booking, you can see mount salak outside the window. Superb!

Came here for, I don't know, maybe ten's of times. Satisfied as always, but this time even more satisfied with two-sided view (mall and pool). Booked for a room without breakfast, and get discount for breakfast with their MTP membership. Room was clean (I wrote a review about room cleanliness previously, and this time the room was a big OK), staffs were friendly (as usual, like in all Harris Hotel chain that I stayed), facility is great. One note about room service, we ordered an oxtail soup at around midnite since my son was awoke and felt hungry. Food was served fast, and the taste was good --as usual--. Will come again probably for another late weekend next month.

20 min from airport. 20-30 min to factory outlets for shopping, depends on traffic condition. 2-3 hours to volcanoes and hotspring 30 min to java van Paris (which was really a nice place to chill out & have a dinner at least for 1 night) However if you don't want to be right in the middle of hustle bustle traffic in the city. This hotel offers comfort after a days shopping & eating

the hotel is quite good, located in the heart of bandung so its near to everywhere. check in only about 10 minutes for 3 rooms, room is clean, there is vale service free of charge when hotel park is full. there is access​ from basement parking direct to room with lift. there are two swimming pool for adult and kid, it will be 5 star if kids pool having warm water. i stayed in peak season (all room full booked) but the restaurant can handle while breakfast. overall we are happy to stay here. thank you.

We Checkin for two nights in Swiss-belhotel Cirebon ( eclipse day March 9 ) . We book two rooms : One for my Wife and I and one for one of our sons . This hotel is very globally good . The staff is efficient , speak english quite well even we speak Indonesian since my family is Indonesian ( so many hotel the staff not english fluent ). The rooms are quite beautiful comfortable and very clean . The bed and bed sheets are perfect . May be the lights inside the rooms are not enough a bit dark for our taste but ok . The wifi is fast enough for two or three days to check the urgent messages . The room sound proofing is quite good as we did not listen the guests walking and talking in the lobby . The bathroom is fine and modern . May be for our taste the water pressure is not strong enough but very warm . It is a question of taste . The room service is quite good and fast enough with a correct price . we dinner two times with the room service . May be the minibar is weak in choice . Should have much more choice. Actually to spend the electricity for a beautiful Minibar with only one coke , one sprite and Aqua is a bit a waste with no rentability if i was the owner . What is really fantastic is the breakfast . We like it early 630 am . The breakfast is very very good with so many Indonesians delights . Excellent quality and good presentation. The breakfast note is 18 / 20 . Many western choices too , but the Indonesian delights are worth it to try all what we did . The staff very kind and polite for breakfast as the coffee is so good . We can smoke on the terrasse and breakfast there if you want to enjoy the outside weather . We will certainly come back because the breakfast . Then our driver was late so the hotel staff immediately take the hotel car and bring us to the train station . It is a fast and great gesture without Blablabla . Congratulations this hotel is for us the best one in

we were upgraded to a Junior suite (dry kitchen, one bedroom apartment). Wifi connection is good but everyday we have to request for a new ID and password. Breakfast has a good spread. We have to take taxis to shopping areas like Ciwalk, Cihampelas Area, Paris van Java, Rumah Mode. Taxis have a minimum fare of IDR20,000 as told to us by the reception. There is a foot reflexology just outside the guard house, good and cheap. Also opposite the hotel there is a cart that sells very cheap and tasty satay at night. Turn right and cross the road. The hotel guard can help you to crss the road as traffic is heavy. Be careful as road surface is uneven and many potholes with uncovered drains.

I stayed in Padjadjaran Suites & Resort for 1N2D with my family. I could say that we really enjoyed our stay there. The location was actually the best because it was right opposite to The Jungle Land (unfortunately the park was closed due to Fasting season). The staffs and securities were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and service was great. Even though it was fasting period, they still prepared morning buffet breakfast for us. The breakfast was really tasty especially the pancake (two thumbs up). would want to stay there again the net time I visit Bogor.

The location on overall is quite centralized to quite a few places. However it has to travel a little deeper to find the hotel. Was lost on the first time when we try to locate it. The service staffs there are very well trained. Although they have limited English capability, they still try to understand and give their best! KUDOS! Each and every time I approach the counter or any staffs, they all greet you with a wide smile and are very very polite. I am very amazed by their services. The facilities are quite limited. There is only a swimming pool shared among all units and a small play area for children and a open area canteen for breakfast. However, a plus point would be their pet parrots in the cage and huge rabbits for animal lovers. The room itself are general quite clean and nice. But their towels seems abit worn out and they don't replace new shampoo and shower cream when it was finished. Has to called the operator to bring some (which they are very fast in delivering). They even cater for a baby cot for my son without extra charges. Will visit this place again if I am coming back. ** IMPT: One thing to take note is there are alot of mosquitoes. Probably because the place I came from doesn't have so much. Please prepare yourself with proper ointment or anti-mosquito patches for children. However, this is not a minus point to visit the place.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, very convenience, exit High way from Jakarta at about 500 meter the first traffic light turn left and another 1km will reach this Hotel, very clean hotel and the room, good breakfast and very good environment, one of the Bandung boutique center just across the main road, and 10 minutes drive to the Major Factory Outlet which is very famous in Bandung, and a lots of good Restaurant near by, and very close to Paris Van Java.

We were pleasantly surprised by how central the hotel's location is for outlet shopping. We were able to take a taxi and arrive at the various outlet areas, rumah mode, jalan riau and cihampas within 5-10mins. Rooms were clean, big and extremely comfortable, bathroom shower were wonderful with ample water pressure. We ordered room service on 3 occasions, be sure to try nasi goreng de java, Indonesian fried rice. It was awesome. There is a 24 hours convenience shop right next to the hotel, Paris Van Java mall, biggest mall in Bandung right across the street, the location is unbeatable. Even the tiny hotel massage shop on the first floor was fantastic, however not all services are provided at the moment because they have only recently set up the spa, yet the 1 hour massage was so good that I fell asleep mid way through. The only gripe we had was the very average breakfast, probably just stick to cereal, eggs and salad. And during our stay of 4 days, the wifi was down on the first and third night, however the hotel was quick to call in the technician to fix it and wasn't a big deal for us as there were many cable channels to watch. Overall de java hotel was a pleasant surprise of a hotel, excellent customer service and location, cleanliness and comfortable, we highly recommend couples, friends, families and business travelers to stay at de java.
