This is one of the best hotels where a 5-star hotel is reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools, one of those was more of a water park. Hotel staff accommodated our request of an early check in, without any extra charge. Staff was great - they helped us with any question that we typical tourists had for them. They also promptly brought any thing we requested extra for the room e.g. towels, coffee, water etc. If you are a family with kids, who enjoy water, swimming, beach, then this is the best hotel in Thailand.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but it has to be said that this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. All the staff at the Hilton were very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was surprised by the choice at breakfast, they even had English bacon as well as the usual long thin strips you get in most Thai hotels! The evening buffet was also excellent, I don't usually eat in hotels when away as I find it expensive, but again the Hilton was 5 star, but not 5 star prices. I would recommend this hotel, the only down side, and I have read other reviews was that the pool was very cold

the hotel is realy a hidden gem in pattaya and book already for october this year. the best at all is for sure the pool location. the sun is at his peak (12 noon ) still not reach complete the pool so sunburn is not happens realy. then the chillout music was amazing. the breakfast ok .. like any other hotel even hilton buffet for the class of hotel 85% asian food but what none of the 5 star hotels realy care is bread. they offer is and it looks good on photos but "hard old" from day before or reheated baguette or bread. this actualy should cost a star i give full 5 stars bec same happens in hilton aswell siam@siam and interconti - old bread good only for fotos. european like fresh baked bread and are not used to eat whole day rice dishes. hope some manager read and act fast.

We love our stay but there is pros and cons that I want to share to help others to determine if this is the place to go and improvement for the Hotel as well. Pros Right at beach the sound of the waves is very soothing The swimming pool is the star of the facilities Staff are nice The breakfast has lots of variety and good There is a play room for small kids There is a good gym Cons Away from the city but there is a shuttle bus that will bring you accordingly with their schedule going and coming back Only 2 restaurant that are pricey, we lucked out finding a bungalow style restaurant near buy at the beach, cheap and delicious. No hotel store in the building, if you didn't bring a sunscreen or female items then you are stuck. Room for improvement: They did not provide us soap, bath foam is thing was provided, my husband want it a soap for shower then they explain the the bath foam is equivalent to bath gel, then the question is how am I going to wash my hands? They finally gave us the soap but my daughters room never provided soap. I've been to Movenpick in Pucket and they have provided soap. The chocolate fondu everyday from 4-5 should be done in the lobby and not at the corner near the elevator, mashmallow is a good addition to the fruits instead of cake cubes. And one of the major to improve is providing tap water in the restaurant when is asked. I couldn't believe my ears when I asked for tap water and the waiter told me I need to order a bottle of water. Even if we order drinks having some water to rinse your mouth or to take medicine is reasonable.They provide water during breakfast why can they provide during dinner time, same restaurant.

The check in process was excellent, straight forward and quick, with excellent reception staff who spoke good English. I booked the hotel as a birthday treat for myself and partner, as it's location was close to the bars we wished to frequent. The hotel staff confirmed that smoking was not permitted in the room, including the balcony, not a problem fir me, but a bit over the top fir my partner who is a smoker. The hotel is just 18 months old, I had seen it being built, and whilst the common areas are all in excellent order, I was disappointed with a number of items in our room. 1 Grouting to the floor tiles in bedroom and bathroom already missing. 2 Grouting has already been replaced in the shower area, and does not match. 3 Dressing gowns are supplied, but no hook in the bathroom. 4 No spare toilet tissue. 5 The position of the electric socket for tea/coffee making means that the kettle boils against the black side of the wardrobe, which is already discoloured. Positioning to the right side would have allowed the kettle to boil against a clear glass partion. 6 There are 2 power sockets in the room, both on the small desk area. Adequate, but no socket by the bedside cabinets means that your phone is not accessible without getting out of bed. This really should have been thought about in the design faze. 7 Scuffs on the walls, and chips to the edges of the room furniture after just 18 months occupancy does not bode well for longevity. In summary, the staff are excellent, but the room does not live up to it's 5 Star rating.

I always read reviews before choosing to book a hotel. Since the Marriott is supposed to be a top grade 5 Star hotel I was rather concerned that one or two of the reviews mentioned minor faults/problems. If I pay this kind of money I want what I pay for; everything 100%. That is exactly what I got! No need to talk about details. Its all good; as it should be. Don't expect to stay here if you're on a budget (except in the real low season, when Agoda will offer a few really good deals); but if you want luxury in great surroundings in the best location in central Pattaya, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

4-star hotel that is actually a bona fide 5-star hotel. The hotel has the best location in Pattaya. While you can access the walking street area from here within seconds and while the hotel is within several meters from the main nightlife area of Pattaya. it is conveniently removed and is secluded from all the hustle and the bustles of the nightlife. Again, the hotel has the best possible location in Pattaya. The hotel itself consists of beautiful complex of interconnected low rise buildings and Thai style beautiful and tranquil gardens. It is a pure pleasure to walk around the hotel area and enjoy the water canals and little ponds that are inside the hotel’s many picturesque gardens. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are very spacious, illuminated, clean and very comfortable. Luxury and comfort is in abundance at Siam Bayshore. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The hotel’s restraints are magnificent and overall Siam Bayshore has been most pleasant experience for me. The hotel can easily rival many Western European 5-star hotels. From now on I will only stay at this hotel when I come back to Pattaya.

Our family stayed in a 2 Bedrooms Suite Ocean View on the 30th Floor, This was Favorite Hotel for our Family. Best Location close to the Beach, Great Value for money. We loved this room it was very Beautiful and Perfect for our Family, Comfortable, Spacious (Big Living Room with New big flat screen TV and Comfy huge sofas), Very Clean and also our family love Nice Ocean View of this hotel very much....Amazing and Wonderful Ocean View! There are 2 Swimming Pools on the Ground Floor & 5th Floor, Enormous Pools for adults and kids and good to Relax around! the 5th Floor is very nice pool overlooking on the Beach and also Impressed & Stunning View with the DIB Sky Bar on the 38th Floor on the Highest Floor. Alice Lertvaree (Manager) is very nice person, kindly and very helpful for our Parent (Elder People)...Organized a Wheelchair for my Father and also Staff are so friendly, helpful and excellent services. The hotel provides a very rich Buffet style Breakfast...Lots of choice at Breakfast. It is so Tasty and Great Food! Highly Recommended this hotel, BEST HOTEL in Pattaya, Best Location close to the Beach, Excellent Quality Hotel and AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW. Our Family were very happy, impressed and also Enjoyed stay this hotel, Definitely our family will come back to stay this hotel again....Excellent!

The overall environment is fantastic. I personally prefer the pool access room and a little walk on the private white sandy beach and a little game of beach volleyball. The amenities are good. Clenliness and comfortability of the room is exceptional. However, the hotel is a little far from everything so a car is needed for easy access to elsewhere but this on the other hand makes the place real exclusive, more like a HideAWay place for peace and tranquility. The best location is the penthouse suit on the top floor. Fantastic view, fantastic room and all around superstar facility. Definitely a 5 stars hotel

On arrival at the speedy check in Deer or 1 of his multi lingual attentive staff will welcome you personally, you are treated like a VIP throughout your stay and that feeling starts at check in. Once checked in get in the lift and press P making sure you look out of the curved window and as you reach P your jaw will drop at the site of the infinity pool and the views. The pool boys are straight over to you arranging beds, sun umbrellas & laying your towels out for you. The 2 restaurants and coffee shop are well staffed and a good selection of international food is available. The staff take the time to get to know you and are always courteous and polite without being invasive. There are too many staff to name them all individually although I would dearly love to but during my stay the stars for me were Deer the most caring front of house manager I have met in any country in any hotel assisted by all his front of house team, in the Oceana restaurant at breakfast and dinner Oscar and Henry are always available as F and B managers and nothing is to much trouble for them they are also assisted by a willing team with Karl always there to lend a hand and watch over the seamless service. In Ruffino and the pool Louis and Thip (pool boys) are amazing and Aum and Nina take great pride in their work upstairs and the Lovely Amy who always seems to be there smiling and welcoming you every time she sees you. i wish I could remember more names of the staff to praise them all but be assured you will get to know them and have your own favourites. The breakfast is exceptional and that's when you are likely to meet Dominique the general manager who thinks nothing of walking round saying good morning and offering you chocolates. This new hotel is 5* service, staff, property with little touches of class from all levels of staff that also make you feel like your staying with friends.

I booked this hotel for from New Years eve through 2nd Jan for my wife, my in-laws and I... The staff without a dough made our stay memorable. They were very friendly, helpful, and dedicated. The hotel is a bit far from the usual hangout spots and it's a "Thai standart" 4 star hotel, but the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your every meed. I will stay here again and definitely recommended to all my friends and family. My only complain has nothing to do with the hotel... it is with the Chinese tour groups who really need some ethicacy training before leaving their homeland.

this place was AMAZING! we stayed on the 16th floor in the ocean tower (which you HAVE to request. BEST room ive EVER been in) as soon as we entered, we were greeted with the usual (cold towels, fresh flowers, welcome drink) but when we got INTO our room...omg...our breathes were taken away. the room was SO BEAUTIFUL in fact, i dream our room in our future house to be built as an exact replica. all the little attention to detail was quite impressive. everything was so modern and state of the art. the housekeeping was phenomenal and the honeymoon set up was absolutely gorgeous. the best were HUGE and so plush. the sheets were gorgeous and not your typical hotel looking bedware. the rain shower head was amazing and the tub was absolutely stunning. they even poured the water with bubbles and laid out fresh red rose petals as a honeymoon surprise for us. it was absolutely amazing. i cant say enough good things about this hotel. this hotel alone saved my honeymoon. the pools are beautiful of course and the swim up pool was so much fun. the ocean tower's pool is a bit colder in temperature because there is a lot of sun blockage but it feels like youre swimming in fresh drinking water. no chlorine smell, no oily film floating on the water's surface and no dead bugs floating around. the garden suite's pool is a bit more crowded because its directly in the sun and they have beautiful cabanas set up along the side. for 900 baht you can get a fully body massage which my husband loved. to sum it up, i LOVED THIS HOTEL!! oh yea, and the food at the mantra? OMG....everything was so delicious and you have to try their bbq buffet on fridays. they give you a plate of 3 lobsters, 3 mussels, and 2 HUGE prawns.

I booked a room through AGODA and had no problems checking in. Be advised if you booked a regular room you check in at the hotel. If you booked a Villa you must check in across the street where the villas are located. Our room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. The seperate shower and bath tub were great for relaxing. The amenities were nice. Just a 2 minute walk to a convience store or to catch a tuk-tuk to go into town for shopping, eating or to see a show. The pool was very nice and big. Although it closed at 8pm you were allowed to swim later with no pool lights. The outside bar also closed at 8pm and you had to go into the resturant for drinks. I would deffinately come naback to this hotel on a future vacation. It was very relaxing nestled away from everything in Thailand, but close enough to take a tuk-tuk 10 minutes to get back to the heart of the town.

as a veteran expatriate hotelier i spend most of my life managing or visiting business hotels and resorts in far flung destinations around the world, and as someone who was turned off from pattaya many years ago by the poor quality hotels and seedy night life, it was with some reluctance and trepidation that i accepted my wife’s offer of a family holiday at the dusit resort pattaya to celebrate her birthday in mid july. in addition, i need to point out that we usually spend our family summers in hua-hin, which enjoys a less salubrious reputation, and where we have enjoyed the peaceful serenity and charm of the magnificent old colonial style sofitel (now the centara grand) since we met there nearly 20 years ago. however, when we entered our suite 664 after a long and tiring journey from dubai, and stepped out on to the terrace to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and pattaya bay we felt that we may have missed out on something rather special for these past 20 years, as the suite, and of course the breathtaking view are possibly the best we have ever experienced in the kingdom of smiles. the same can be said for the awe inspiring breakfast buffet at the hotel’s lovely cascade restaurant, which my family looked forward to enjoying each day before heading out for days of adventure and touring around the area, which included trips to see the country’s flagship aircraft carrier, ancient temples and quiet secluded beaches, which can all be found if one can drag oneself away from the peace and tranquility of this very special award winning resort. many people have asked me about our visit since we got back home to dubai, and all i could say was that we had found our “heaven on earth” and that from now on, the dusit resort pattaya is where we will be heading for our family vacations as it epitomizes the very best of thailand in terms of the serene thai style service, the gracious hospitality, and of course the overall charm of the resort, which in my opinion

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours early and the staff were kind enough to allow us to check-in early. The hotel room was very clean, modern, high standards and just amazing views! We had booked a mini suite mountain view and it was great and good value for money! If you book mini suite sea view then you'll have breath taking views, we didn't book this as we hardly spent time in the hotel (too busy partying). During my stay i did not have any issues and the staff were very helpful, if you required any assistance, there would be staff knocking on your door within minutes. the wifi policy at this hotel wasnt the best as only only one device receives complimentary wifi and the additional devices would be charged unless you disconnect from the server and log in every time - very annoying! the location of this hotel isnt very close to the night life walking street however the beach and pool at the hotel are superb places to relax - one of the best views of the pool ive ever seen! for night life walking street is about 10 minutes in a taxi, taxi drivers are friendly however their english isn't great which is understandable. i'm not a big fan of thai food so i was looking for good places to eat and I found that the main road on the way to walking street has many restaurants of different cultures, I ate at an Indian restaurant called Indian Rasool and I would definitely recommend it! I recommend this hotel as the location is great and its worth the price you pay. it could be expensive but its worth every penny. if i come back to Pattaya i would stay at this hotel.

one of the best hotels that we have stayed in thailand. beautiful pool, clear salt/chlorine and great for kids. we got a great deal through agoda. if not 5 star definitely 4.9 star :) you walk onto the beach from the hotel and there are three fabulous swimming pools. the hotel layout and architecture is very nice indeed with thai flavors through out the hotel features. i particularly liked the gardens. also the way they have built the hotel you get more of a community feel to the hotel rather than being locked up in a room somewhere. this hotel is excellent if you want to have a relaxing stay and it is not too far from the center of pattaya. the food is definitely tailored to the western customers. the only comment on the down side is the people at the reception when we checked in. they wanted every detail and was not satisfied until i opened my laptop and got the agoda booking printed out. i think if they smile a bit more everything would be perfect. all in all i love this hotel....a thai gem.

Every staffs are nice with truly to serve you as the best. I booked for 2 rooms and got upgrade for both rooms while available and being Marriott Reward member. Kids pool is fun enough, just need more attention to clean more than other pools as it's sensitive to hygienic for young children. Adult pools are superb with unless sea view and sunset. Breakfast was great, many choices and yummy. Kids club is the best and recommend to spend time there. Rooms are superb, mostly like bathroom with big bath and raining shower. Big TV screen and able to turn from bed to sofa. Balcony has sea view, to relax both of morning and evening. Just not like beach, it's not private and clean enough. Moreover has to cross little walk path. Sadly that children cannot play sand beach as expect as it's not clean white sand.

Don't expect a typical hotel, this is the best resort for your holiday! Me and my girlfriend booked a honeymoon suite, and the welcome drink quench our thirst when we arrive. Very good edgeless pool by Pattaya seaview. They have a nice Thai restaurant there too! We even see squirrel jumping on the corridor roof. One sad thing is our itinerary is too full, don't get the time to enjoy the bar there... ps. if you getting back to the hotel 150baht Songthaew will do!

- In general it is a great hotel/facilities with 5 star standard trained staff. - Here is why I say it is not meetung 5 stars criteria: + No beach area (but great infinite pool and other facilities) + Staff are not yet so caring in personal yet, such as they do not catch details/requests written online from the website. But once they know, they did a well job though. + Not sure why, but the quality of the food (breakfast) is way below standard. Everyone can tell that their ingredients are not suitable for it's price. For example, Thai food line is mostly chicken, crackers/ham/sausage are very low grade, etc. Other hotels have done much better on this part. Taste is mediocre, quality isn't bad, though. Despite it, I had a great time with Veranda and may repeat anyway.

It is definitely best hotel in Pattaya, first of all - wonderful staff, very friendly, Super helpful and extremely efficient. Start from reservation department who respond any your request immediately until lady who is giving towels at pool side who is always with warm smile even while handling annoying Russian guests. Rooms are huge with nice view and all the necessary stuff inside, the only comments to bathrooms - obviously it needs some renovation. Breakfast is one of the best choices I’ve ever had, big variety for different kind of people and nationalities. Amazing pool, own access to sea, nice in general. The price worth it - will recommend to all my Friends and colleagues for short getaway from Singapore during weekend ( hope it will be less Russian people here)

this is a wow hotel. check in in sofa with a free beer, that’s make me feel good the first second. i travel a lot and let me tell you this is one of the best hotels i stay (outside of 5 stars famous hotels chains). if you compare with the ritz from paris of course is not going to be sooo good. but this is one of the best hotels i stay. the staff is amazing, always smile (normally en thailand), helpful, 24/7 open. rooms good, swimming pool perfect, hotel size good in the middle of everything in pattaya. in the other side, pattaya is like bangkok (smaller) but with beach. soooo many massages, bars, exchange money, shopping, drink, party, and all day beach with beer. i recommend go to pattaya and to this hotel. one detail only and i say also in lobby when i leave, the internet works sooooooooo bad. that need to improve.

Upon checking in at Pullman, staffs have offered to upgrade us to Lanai room though we booked the deluxe room as there is some constructions undergoing. Really appreciate the kind thoughts, however, me and my partner decided to just stick to our deluxe room and we definitely did not regret! Great view and high floor - yes I made this request before checking-in and I appreciate greatly that the hotel staff tried their best to make my stay really comfortable. Clean and comfortable room w balcony. Gym is well facilitated and an enjoyable place for workout with a punching bag. Location is good for us as we drove but might be a little far from the nightlife area for some people. In general, location is ideal with its private beach, peaceful environment ideal for couple and families. Breakfast is good but could have more variations as they serve the same selections everyday. Only down side was that we were there on the days that there were bunches of tour groups from China. Pretty sure they were way louder than the construction going on. Shoutings along the corridor, spitting and shouting in the pool area definitely made the stay less pleasant. Would be good if the hotel does something about it as it is very obvious that other pool users were annoyed by the presence of such guests. Overall, without the existence of such nuisances, all is great and I will definitely be back again!

The hotel is so beautiful with impressively good service! All staff are very friendly especially the receptionist who brought us all the way to the next building and explained the use of everything in the room with a nice smile! We had a 2-bedroom suite which is very spacious with superb seaview through the ceiling-to-floor glass walls on 2 sides. We enjoyed the Huge balcony with 2 loungers where we looked at stars at night. The hotel design is modern and super cool at every corner! Breakfast is good with choices of American food and Thai noodle soup. Although the swimming pool is not big, we enjoyed the whole set-up of beach, pool bar, seaside restaurant and message so much! Food is cheap and yummy especially the hot dog! But the soups at the restaurant are quite disappointing... We had to return them. The e-zone games are all broken with nothing to play. That disappointed my son a lot... Everything else is perfect! We love the hotel!

A 5 star hotel apartment. Great quiet location, away from the overcrowded and notorious Pattaya a big plus. Facilites very good and new but roof top view platform and restaurants not yet completed, should have been ready with opening of hotel very big planning mistake. Onsen spa opens way too late for customers to use at 1000 am. Bad policy excuse by management . Should adjust to customer needs and not their own staff inefficiencies. Staff friendly with very limited English skills can use more improvement. Overall best hotel in Siriacha. Recommend.

For the discerning traveller, the centre of Pattaya is best avoided unless you are happy to mix in close proximity with hoards of relatively unsophisticated Chinese tour groups or the recent influx of Russians. I have lived in Thailand about 22 years and this location is by far the best within easy reach of Bangkok. The rooms are well appointed including a bath as well as the usual shower and the Internet works well enough to stream programmes from favourite sources without relying on the selection provided by the hotel itself. Technically, the quality of the hotel channels is as good as I have seen and the selection is also not too bad though I prefer to access my own programmes using the Internet. A small gripe is the rather extortionate cost of breakfast in the hotel though I usually rent a car for trips outside Bangkok and prefer to find my own breakfast in nearby cafes. The views from the balconies towards Ko Lan and Pattaya City, including wonderful sunsets, are as good as they get in Thailand.

Located in a quiet area directly on the beach, this was ideal for us with two young children - 5 and 6 years old. The pool facilities are amazing with kids pool and the lifeguards were always onsite keeping an eye out. The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms was clean and well appointed. Bath was great for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and catered for local and western tastes. Plenty of options and all very tasty. The dinner menu was equally as good and catered for all tastes. The atmosphere at the outdoor restaurant was pleasant and again the food was lovely. The staff were amazingly friendly and would constanty check to see if everything was suitable to our standards. We had originally booked for two nights only but extended our stay to four. We will happily return here in the future. P.s I am quite a fussy traveller who likes my western comforts and this hotel certainly catered for my needs.

Amazing place, especially for a relaxing vacations with your loved ones. Rooms are incredible, especially Emotion. I stayed in Light, but some of my friends booked Emotion and it was a lot better. Huge bathtub with a TV in the bathroom is a big plus. Staff is more than wonderful, and food was very pleasing. It's a cab ride from the Pattaya Beach which wouldn't be bad if not for all the cab drivers. They try to get as much money from you as they can. If you want a massage and spa, I suggest checking out Savannah Massage next to the hotel. Their services are good and a lot cheaper than what the hotel has to offer.
