Decent stay”
We stayed here for two nights. The place is accessible to a few stores and a walk to Gaisano Mall. I like how there's a 24hr Ngoiong Express just right outside the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and I do noticed that their lobby smells good and is being clean everyday. There are only a few improvements/suggestions that I would like the hotel to adhere to. I wish their they could have a hot shower option installed in their bathroom, their room could use a bit of renovation since some of their decor/equipment are old and rusty (e.g. shower, linens, wall paintings, bathroom walls), and wish their walls can be soundproof since at times you can hear a lot of noise coming from the outside. But overall, it's a decent experience for the amount we have to pay and would probably come back if we decide to visit the place again.

This is the most disappointed and disgusting booking I ever had. I book in the RedDoorz hotel but they put me in the new era hotel which is not what I seen and book when I book my accommodation. The Aircon filter is so dirty looks like not been cleaned for too long. The bed is already look like rotten when I change my bed sheet, the cover of the foam is already turn into pieces and dark it's disgusting. No wonder during my sleep at night I wake up coughing, I smell like a dust. The water that gets out of the shawer is not fresh water I don't know what is it, the soap and shampoo will not bubble because water is bitter and sour, and water is so low pressure no hot water, when you plush toilet theres some kind of residue from the water. The kettle is almost broken sometimes it goes good sometimes I need to shake it for it won't work. Some hunger is tied with electric cord just so could be still be in use. The plastic glass in the toilet is dirty, some kind of white residue around the bottom and around the top of the glass. A really not good reception manager too. I had 2 guys from Dubai arrive same time with me and they refuse to pay for the food because they said they cannot eat just anything because he have a stomach problem and showed him his medical records and ex-rays. But the guy whose in the counter said no. But when he insisted he won't pay for food he said ok but you cannot buy food outside you cannot order delivery. It's up to you. The next day when I open my door I saw him in the hall way he asked me if I buy food outside because he heard me too I said I won't pay for the food in the hotel . He said he did not eat and it's already 5pm that time. I said I will order food outside I will order for you too if you want. He said ok. The next day I saw the young guy again and he said his having trouble about drinking water no body wants to help him about buying a big water. I asked the lady cleaner to help him for I feel pity for him. And he found out that I

Stayed here for an early morning flight. 15-20mins away from the airport. Location is very accessible. The hotel has a lot of potential, but one downside was the bath water – it had a salty taste and felt a bit strange, which made it uncomfortable for showering. It’s a good place overall, with friendly staff and decent amenities, but I hope they can improve the water quality for a better experience.

Value for money is a good choice for this hotel. Location is near to the supermarket or malls. Only the parking area is too small and your vehicle may get wet when it is raining. The whole room is very clean and organize just don't use tv there's no signal but the internet is very fast. Good that they put slippers because I wear only shoes when I arrived in the hotel. The staff is very accommodating they give me bottled water and they borrowed me electric kettle for I want hot coffee early 4am in the room. I just don't like the water it taste salty so bring more water in your room for drinking. But overall is good for me quite place room I choose .

Budget friendly. Very accessible to other facilities. Very near to WaterWorld (which was my sole purpose of choosing this establishment). I was hesitant to book at first but it was a very good experience, even tho there are some lackings. I booked a family room but there is no spoons and fork for available inside and soon as I requested for it, staffs told me there is no available utensils. Regardless, since it is budget friendly I will highly recommend this. Also safe and clean for families bringing children.
