The staff at the front desk are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped me book a room using my phone App. They have 2 Elevators here… which is very convenient. My room is Large and Clean. And the Aircon works well. All the staff have been polite and helpful… AND Most Importantly: I feel Perfectly Safe here.
Not that much restaurants to go over by, AC was great but somehow manageable so I’d consider the noise of the ac as a white noise. Room was clean! Showering with a type of chemical that we were warned about the staff was kind of concerning with the sink water and the water current is pretty strong in the shower. The tv cable shows were okay. Room sounds secured and sound proofed. And the security is okay too with the key cards and all. I wouldn’t consider the rust of the showers a problem since they’ll have maintenance over cleaning or removing the rust in the bathroom one way or another. The bed is really comfy and had a lot of soft pillows
The lights in the first room given to us were not functioning, and it was dark. We requested for a room with bright lighting because my sister and I needed to work. We came from a 10-hour trip, yet the hotel staff asked us to examine two different rooms to see which one we prefer. After deciding to just cancel our reservation and go with another hotel, the staff decided to give us a family room with bright lighting. We appreciated that; however, I hope the management will take the initiative to replace all damaged lights, faucets, and toilet covers in the hotel rooms. If you advertise certain amenities for rooms only for guests to find them damaged or non-functional, isn't that a poor way to serve guests and keep a good name for the hotel staff, and the hotel itself? The ladies & men at the front desk receive complaints but they should not be faulted due to the management's negligence in maintaining the basic features of the rooms. The rooms give us had damaged toilet seat cover, and the water coming out of the faucet seems recycled sea water because it does not let soap or toothpaste create lather, and it leaves a sticky feel on the skin even after rinsing. The family room's space was huge. The beds were comfortable. The blankets were thin as the bed sheets. We moved to another hotel eventually because of the water's bad quality.
The place is surprisingly clean and tidy for its price. It's location is also one of the main routes for PUVs, so commuting is not a problem if, say, you want to go to the Parkmall or Cebu City. There's a food stall right outside the building, but that's it. If you don't mind walking for around 10 minutes tho, you'll find great places to eat near the city hall (there's even Gaisano Mall in the area). Back to the room, the water supply is okay but not safe for drinking, although they give complementary bottled water you can use for brushing your teeth. The building itself is great, there's an elevator inside, and the whole place is regularly cleaned.

“The staff is friendly and considerate”
We arrived at around 4:00 AM after traveling from Bohol, just needing a place to rest for a few hours with our two kids. Our plan was to check in at 4:00 AM and check out by 12 noon on the same day. Despite our short stay of less than 8 hours, we understood the full rate would still apply. However, we asked if a little consideration could be given, especially regarding the extra charge of ₱350 for one of our kids, who is 10 years old. We explained that we didn’t need an additional bed since we could all fit on the existing bed comfortably. After a few minutes, a kind staff member graciously granted our request and waived the additional charge. We truly appreciated the understanding and compassion shown to us during that moment.
