"We booked because of the catchy promo but it seems that the staff were not aware of the booking agreements. We ended up paying for excess and much higher than what we paid for the booking. Hope next time the booking site and the hotel management are consistent with the information they’re giving to the customers but overall the experience was good as well as the staff. "

"The best part about this hotel is its cleanliness. Since the hotel is new, linens etc are immaculately white and the room smell good. Its also spacious. Although we are three, we still fit in a standard room with two single beds. Good food is served at the bistro with accompanying music from their young musicians. I do wish the cable tv has more channel options so that guests will have a more relaxing and entertaining stay on this hotel. Overall, we had a lovely staycation."
