“Not a Hotel”

2 bedroom unit - clean on arrival - guarded condominium
This place is not a Hotel. It is is a short term rented unit within a condo, in which the owner does not live (i.e: no reception or reliable contact). On arrival by taxi the guard refused us entry because we did not have a 'unit number', when we talked our way in we had to stand around in the heat while we contacted Agoda to explain. After 20 min the owner (who was not contactable by phone) turned up with the keys she stated that she had been at work. The air-con in one bedroom was malodorous. We asked for password for WiFi but never received it, so unable to use devices. The place was a fair way from the centre of the City & taxi travel required. Nice place . . . to much inconvenience!
