A hotel with the best service my mother and I have ever visited. We came from Jakarta to celebrate my mother's birthday. I think Padma is the perfect place. We took the train and rented a motorbike from Bandung to get to the culinary and tourist spots faster. Padma warmly welcomed us even though we only arrived on a motorbike. Starting from the security at the entrance and lobby, three people were ready to help us get off the motorbike and carry our belongings. During check-in, we were offered a welcome drink or afternoon tea. When we arrived in the room, we were surprised because we were upgraded to a balcony room even though we only rented a regular room with a cheaper rate. We also requested a high floor and were given the second floor (because the highest floor is the lobby on the first floor). Thank you for granting our request. The afternoon tea was complete and we could take as much as we wanted. The swimming pool was great, all clean, and towels were offered again because the staff saw that our towels were already wet (simple but meaningful). The breakfast was also great and everything was delicious. We could also order coffee latte, cappuccino, or espresso. During breakfast, my mother received a surprise birthday gift from the Padma F&B team. My mother was very surprised and impressed. The playground was complete and well-maintained. We could ride the flying fox for free and all the staff were ready to assist. Each ride had 2-4 staff members, and they always greeted us with "good morning" or "good day". It was clear that the management valued their employees, so they could provide sincere and best service to their guests. Thank you to Kak Dea, Pak Eko, and a special thanks to the F&B team, especially the one with braces in the surprise video, and all the Padma employees. Dear Padma, thank you so much for your service to us. I want to tell everyone that with the best service, you must stay here!

Walaupun hotel ini bukan hotel baru dan sudah "senior" tetapi masih terawat dengan baik, fasilitas kamar juga tidak kuno (smart TV, youtube, netflix), handuk, bed sheet juga putih bersih tidak kusam, dengan kasur dan bantal yang nyaman. Food & Beveragenya yang juara banget, ada happy hour dari jam 15:00 - 16:30 dan pilihan menu snacknya cukup banyak. Dan breakfast nya luar biasa lengkap pilihan menunya berlimpah, sampai pastries ada yang gluten free, buah2an nya tidak hanya standard pepaya, melon, nanas tapi ada juga jambu kristal, kelengkeng, jambu air. Ada jajanan Bandung spt kupat tahu, siomay, batagor, mie bakso belum lagi menu Indonesia dan westernnya lengkap. Kids corner nya lucu banget ada menu spagethi pita, donut yang dihias lucu, corner sereal dengan gerobak warna/i dan piring mangkuk khusus buat anak2; Cuma sayangnya nasi di sushi rollnya kurang padat(tidak dicampur beras ketan) sehingga pecah dan buyar. Saya akan merekomendasikan teman2 yang ke Bandung untuk ambil breakfast buffet disini dengan IDR 195K++ bisa makan sepuasnya...

when i saw this hotel in 2020 , i knew this hotel would be the most perfect hotel for me to stay in bandung EVEN THOUGH i've never stay in this hotel.. ever since that moment.. Padma Hotel become my wishlist and my dream to stay in this beautiful hotel ONE DAY on vacay.. and here we come , after a long journey since 2020 till May 2024 out of no where i feel something comes to my mind and literally told me that "i should achieve my wishlist!" and that moment , without any doubt , i really book the hotel with fully confidence (: and when the book confirmation released, i'm speechless.. and heres the day when i done my lunch with my family , i can't wait to reach Padma Hotel very early when i reach to the Padma Hotel , i really proud when even the security treat me and my family a great welcome.. and also the services too much kindness ... when i saw the room i book,i do more speechless and smelling the air for a minute to realize that "FINALLY I CAN ACHIEVE MY WISHLIST after A LONG JOURNEY since 2020 COVID ERA" and to be honest if i have to review this hotel .. i can't give a rate for this hotel.. because any rate doesn't deserve this greatness of Padma Hotel in Bandung.. and afterthis achievement .. my next goal is PADMA BALI ! can't wait for that moment ! Room size is decent, but wanted to shoutout on the staffs! Fast, reliable and very friendly: 1. I urgently needed to print some documents, and the staff is very accommodating (I print it for free, as I need only 2 pages) 2. We accidentally drop 1 glass to the floor and it breaks, the staff is super fast to mop & vacuum the floor. Breakfast was GREAT, sooooo many selections and it tasted GOOD! a lot of live stations, and most of them are local delicacies. Shoutout also for the chef! We travel with 2 years old baby and we had a pleasant stay with sooo many kids activities (rabbit feeding, art class, fishing) While we, adults enjoying our time with archery, badminton, basketball, mini golf and billiard. Another thing we love was the pool! Bandung is rather cold and chilly, so we swim very comfortably with the warm water pool. Definitely will be back and also wanted to try other Padma hotels in other cities! Keep up the good work, Padma Bandung!

Padma Bandung always my top choice if want stay in Bandung near the nature and really enjoy the hotel only without cafe hopping. The staff really kind and welcoming give comfortable feeling. The room is spacious even for the Deluxe, really like the shower head! The downside is the wastafel feels too little for me. The bed and pillow is perfect for sleep all day long and the Air Con is cool even during the day! The breakfast experience is awesome, Mas Dadan very kind, bring his version of food that really tasty, keep the good and funny spirit! Overall Padma is worth the price, really good for the family and perfect for couple.
