Very nice place. Old school resort, open, airy and can see the ocean from everywhere. Pools are super-clean and large Ocean front dining and delicious, affordable meals. Perfect romantic, weekend getaway for couples. Only ocean front resort I've found in Cebu with ninty degrees of oceanfront viewing, and there is a beach too. The infinity pool extends out into the endless ocean horizon. There is also a long walkway that jets far out into the ocean too. Large grounds with several hotel room buildings are all two level. Again old school design and elegant. Designed in a day when people viewing was part of the fun. The compound is in front of the structures, and everything opens to the ocean view, including all the pools, and they have three. Been there twice and will go again. Best value for money on Mactan Island.

-The breakfast food was not really good. - The resort is big and traditional in a good way yet there are some little details needs to be fixed and maintained - No netflix and chill - no smart TV ( I guess its no big deal) but theres no good movies on tv cable programs thats stressful coz we thought we could have movie night after swimming. - food are pricey - room is clean ( very important) - staffs are very professional and accommodating - There were only 2 shampoos for 3 people - the lobby is very grand i like how big it is - pleasant music to hear Over all, staying there is a matter of choice. Minimalist Yet Decent Experience”
This is my second return here since a day use in 2012. The property is, I must say, one surprisingly decent 'spruced up' hidden paradise now since the last time here that surely gives an inviting atmosphere with some palm trees & tropical vegetation surrounding the place. The room we stayed in (Deluxe Ocean View) was dominantly painted in the shades of clean white and cozy aquamarine blue (including the lighting!), facing the sea, with cabanas and a mural painting depicting the coral reef as the place is also a PADI-affiliated diving site and as well as a kilometers-long pier ideal for strolling by as the sea breeze blows. Other amenities also include 4 swimming pools (but one wasn't usable as it was set for a future renovation at the time of stay) with more rattan-made cabanas on the side of each pool type that had the basic rectangle, a main pool with a bar, and an infinity pool. Some concerns I would say would be (1) the food servings at their alfresco dining restaurant may be limited for some, but the options do not disappoint in quality & taste, and (2) there is much less shaded areas around the place which may be concerning for heat stroke for some guests with co-morbidities that may lead to exhaustion or heat stroke.

Stayed at Pacific Cebu Resort and found it to be good value for money at ₱3,000 per night. The room was cool, cozy, clean, and smelled nice, making it a comfortable stay. However, the pool was dark on Saturday night, possibly due to a short circuit issue. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a typical spread. Overall, it was a good experience, simple but worth the price

The place is a bit old but charming. We like the the three pools which vary in depth. The resort is quiet and restful, there's ample water pressure and hot water, the shower, sinks, and toilets are well maintained. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the aircondition is very cool. The staff are nice and friendly. The only thing maybe is they updated their menu and it's a bit pricey although the food is delicious. We would visit and stay here again.
