It's a shame that there is no refrigerator in the accommodation, but it's close to Ayala Mall, so there are fewer concerns about crime and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The facilities seem to be the cleanest among the affordable accommodations I've used in Cebu, and the staff seem to be well-trained. The breakfast was even more delicious than I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience, earning it an 8/10 rating from me. However, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. First, when booking through the Agoda app, I specifically selected a room with 1 king bed and left the special request section blank because I assumed my choice was already clear. Upon check-in, the receptionist mentioned there was no special request for a king bed, which felt redundant since the selection was already made during booking. This caused some confusion that I believe could have been avoided with better clarity or coordination between the app and the hotel system. Second, there was a technical issue with my key card. It took the team around two hours to resolve the syncing problem with their system. While I wasn't overly upset about the delay, it did take up a chunk of my time, and I feel it's something that could be addressed for smoother operations in the future. That said, the overall experience was still pleasant. The staff were courteous and professional, and the facilities met my expectations. Despite these minor setbacks, I would still recommend this hotel and hope to see improvements in these areas on my next visit.

The hotel's design is giving vintage vibe I love it! The staff are friendly and the food is great! its also a peaceful location and walking distance to Ayala Mall and CBP. The room is good and clean.
