Travelling with teenagers and older parents ”
We have travelled to many countries and stayed in lovely hotels but La Siesta Hoi An has to be one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed at. The hotel is set in grounds akin to a tropical paradise, rooms traditionally Vietnamese and so roomy, food at both the onsite Temple and Red bean restaurants are fabulous and what really sets this hotel way ahead of the rest are the amazingly courteous, warm and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for you. This hotel is next level. Only a leisurely 10min walk into beautiful Hoi An or a cheap taxi ride. Amazing day trips organised by the hotel to breathtakingly beautiful Marble Mountains, a cycling tour with Remy at guest services at La siesta, into Hoi an and through the rice fields, local pottery village where we had a turn making some vases and then we had a go at buffalo riding with a local farmer! Remy couldn't do enough for us and even surprised my parents and I with photos to mark our special visit to the hotel. Mike the general manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we enjoyed chatting every day. Bang, Loc, Julia, Emily, Vi, lam, hoang, Yem at Temple restaurant were fabulous and also Thao at Redbean - and all the other staff too who should also be thanked. Remy eapevially was fabulous as mentioned! He organised our daily dinners and helped us with any queries we had. There are staff members we have forgotten and all of which deserve a special mention too including the cleaning staff who keep the rooms meticulous. Needless to say we will be coming back and are already planning our next trip to La Siesta Hoi An! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Siesta Resort Hoi An. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very Welcome by Hang who showed us to our room and explained all the resort facilities and activities. Hang went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Vietnam. We loved everything about the resort - amazing service, spacious quiet room, comfortable bed, great location, choice of pools, good choice for breakfast, two on site quality restaurants, wonderful spa services and fun complimentary activities. We ate dinner in the Red Bean Restaurant twice and our meals were excellent. Shuttle to Old town and An Bang Beach were convenient. We would definitely recommend La Siesta Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An.

I like this hotel; large clean rooms, comfortable beds which can be customised, breakfast was very decent especially with their Vietnamese iced coffee the staff make for you. Things I wish it had: There’s 4 pools to choose from but none of them very different to the next, wish the included a jacuzzi. Gym was lacking weights beyond 20kg but was tidy and the aircon strong. The complementary bikes were a nice touch just wish they had more speeds especially if you want to go further out. Finally it’s claims to be a resort, it looks every part a resort from the pools, facilities and staff. However a resort is typically all inclusive of activities as well. For example if I go to a resort in Fiji there would be interactive events, dances and cultural activities on a daily basis. Bottom line amazing resort like hotel without the resort like ancilliaries. A good 4/5 I would come back

4명의 가족이 구관 2박(클래식윙 슈퍼 디럭스룸-발코니, 2명X2 ROOM), 신관 3박(클럽윙, 듀플렉스 스위트룸, 4명X1ROMM) 일정으로 호이안 La Siesta 호텔에 아고다 통해 예약했다. 5일 동안 비가 계속 와서 아쉬움은 있지만 12월 우기를 4개 야외풀이 있고 2개 레스토랑(레드빈, 템플)이 있는 숙소를 예약했으니 어쩔 수 없는 듯하다. 호텔은 조식은 괜찮은 편이고 점심, 저녁 또한 레스토랑에서 제공하는 음식 질이 나쁘지않다. 개인적으로는 레드빈 레스토랑이 직원들도 더 친절하고 가성비로 좋은 듯 하다. 호텔에서 제공하는 쿠킹 클라스와 밤에 산미구엘 생맥주 한잔 추천한다. 호텔 내 La Spa는 Happy Hour 시간에 다녀왔지만 추천하고싶지는 않다. 직원들이 친절하고 숙소는 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋은 편이다. 특히 체크인과 전반적인 호텔 관련된 질문에 너무 친절하고 신속하게 응대해 준 매니저 Thanh Tu와 첫날 늦은 저녁 시간 좋은 음식과 편안한 음식와 와인을 서브해주신 레드빈 레스토랑 스태들로 인해 호텔에 머문 동안 기분이 더 좋았던 듯 하다. 잘 머물다 갑니다^^
