This 2 Bedroom-condo is for 5 persons (plus 1 child less than 10 years, if she/he can sleep the parents bed or on a 2seater leather couch).

It is in the 12th floor with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort. Best location right behind the new City-center of Mactan "Mactan Newtown / LG Garden) which takes only 3 minutes by Grab (usually more than 15 GRAB-drivers waiting nearby to get your GRAB, so it usually takes only 5-6 minutes to arrive at the Entrance / lobby) . Also very close to the airport - 17-18 minutes unless rush hours.
There are no further charges. It includes the following free services - amenities:
- airport-pick-up (from landing time 11am-6pm – check-in only if early check-in is possible)
- use of 2 swimming-pools including use of folding beds
- use of Cabanas including Tables, Chairs at the pools (incl the grill if available), if you want to eat outside for online ordered food
- use of Gym and Sauna
- drop to nearby Beach at Angasil Port (3 Mins)

There are no other fees. We do not charge cleaning fees or security deposit either... Going to the airport is 15 minutes during the day, and 12 minutes by night.
