It's expensive. But money is worth it. And for me the best pool in the whole area of high class hotels in KLCC. Another thing, customer service. This is my favourite staycation hotel to bring the family because of just that. And they remembered me, my wife. Even the restaurant JP Terrace also welcomes me with a smile and old banter like family. And I am no royalty ya, just a member of the normal public that gets pampered by them once and awhile when my allowances afford me these luxuries.

The hotel underwent refurbishment so the room was in good shape. Comfortable bed and pillows, good variety of TV channels, modern and spacious bathroom. Swimming pool was awesome too (also had shared sauna + steam room facilities accessible to all guests). Breakfast had a large variety, however it was a long weekend when I stayed here so the breakfast ambiance was not ideal - small space, large crowd. Short walk to KLCC. Hotel also sent a cake to my room (a total surprise), which I assume was because I wrote a request for a large bed since it was my anniversary weekend. Their effort to take note of personal details like this is what distinguishes good hotel management from not. Thanks!

Lobby was very large with a nice ambience, brightly lit, very nice smelling and well ventilated. Stayed 2 nights from the 17th to 19th June and was given an apartment on the 46th floor. Check in and out was easy but just take note that you have to give a 300 RM deposit upon Checking in which will be returned to you upon checkout. Room was very spacious, unobstructed view across the entire KL skyline. You'd love to just see the view from the night. Bathroom amenities were all provided and i enjoyed the bathtub. 2 air conditions in the living room alone to ensure you are always cool and 1 each per room. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Clean and very neat. Location was great, near to the MRT station. Nevertheless, i took Grab whenever i travel to all the malls around KL, eg; Pavillion, KLCC, Lot 10, Bukit bintang as they dont cost much. Saves a lot of time too so that you get to shop more. Overall, was very happy with the stay. 5 stars for you guys! Recommended and hope to be back.

We reached late Fri night and were upgraded to the Horizon Club room. The room had an excellent view of the KLCC towers. Features of the room that we liked most were the comfortable king sized bed and the soft pillows. We also liked the toilet which had separate shower and bathtub areas. In addition, there were also l'occitane toiletries provided (we smelled like lemongrass after).. The hotel is situated right next to Jln Bukit Bintang, Jln P. Ramlee and Jln Ampang, which house several good clubs, eateries and shopping malls, most of which were within walking distance. On Fri night, we went to the Beach Club just across the street from the hotel. The club played mainly mainstream top 40s. The alcohol seemed watered down and we stopped ordering house pours after some time and had bottled beers instead. By the way, we noticed several ladies who seemed to be working girls at the club that night. On Sat, we went to ZOUK KL. Awesome house and trance at the main room and the Phuture club had a great crowd partying to the latest hip hop beats. Crowd looked to be generally in the 20s at Zouk. Drinks were priced around RM20 for a glass of standard house pour. We did a fair bit of shopping at Fahrenheit88 at Jln Bt Bintang and KLCC. We also checked out Chinatown at Jln Petaling and Little India at Brickfields. Fahrenheit88 is specifically catered for ladies shoes; there were more than 10 shops selling shoes for women (thanks to my iPhone, I had something to do while waiting for the ladies). KLCC has all your Prada, Gucci and LV outlets. And many more high end stuff. Chinatown and Little India had really good food and coffee shops. On Sat, we also spent some time at the hotel massage and spa. We had 75min foot reflexology and upper body massage, which was very professionally done. We headed back home on Sun with a heavy heart.

My wife and I together with my parents and kids stayed in Pacific Regency Hotel Suites after two nights in Genting Highlands. We book a family suite as there is six of us. The check-in is very fast and smooth. Free internet access too and the check-in staff threw in a handful of discount vouchers for the hotel facilities (e.g. spa). The rooms were huge, particularly the bathroom and my kids love it. No shortage of bathroom amenities. The beds in the rooms was comfy. The breakfast was good and my family really liked it. As for the location of the hotel - like what some reviewers said, don't expect to come out of the hotel straight into KLCC. It was a good 10mins walk to KLCC. However, if you're in a group, make use of the taxi services - its not too expensive for a trip to KLCC from the hotel.

The exact place of stay is at the Fraser Residence although they asked me to check in at the Mercu Summer Suites which at another building next to Fraser. The pros are 1. PRICE is so cheap for a suite a very strategic place. paid less than 600 for four nights. 2. PLACE. The suite is very nearby to KLCC (15min walk) and Monorail station. It takes 10min to Bukit Bintang station. 3. Cleanliness. The rooms are well maintained. Clean and cozy. Toilets are clean too. 4. FACILITIES. They have a gym at the top floor with a beautiful view of both Petronas n KL tower. Swimming pool are clean. And also sauna which gives little relaxation after your gym session. 5. FREE PARKING Cons 1. a little hassle during check-in/out because your have to walk in btwen two diff building. But not so far tbh. 2. I had problem with my phone signal in the room throughout my stay 3. there is a home theatre set in the room. however the TV is so useless u can't watch anything. not even a USB supported TV.

Very Recommended Hotel : - Infront Of Hotel is AVenue K Mall : Just Go Inside and 1 access same to Suria KLCC (very near to twin tower petronas) - Transport is MRT is very near, just go in Avenue K Mall , with Rapid KL LRT KLCC - this hotel is very cheap is you booking early - breakfast is very nice and many food you can pick - Room is very Nice View, clean, facilities is very good - many place you can go - Tranport another MRT, you can use Grab Car (Online transportation), GRAB is very Cheap between Uber or another Taxi Meter, Just download in Playstore or App Store - From Airport KLIA (kuala lumpur International airport), you can get to the hotel very simple : 1. From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

The pros * Its located next to a monorail and there is a bus stop around the corner * There is a 24 hour food court which is about 4-5 minutes walk from the apartment * The hard rock cafe is located next to the monorail station and is about 2-3 minutes walk * Just next to the apartments you get a road which is filled with good pubs that are filled with foreigners, good spot to hangout after a tiring day of shopping The Cons *There is a bus stop around the corner but you have to wait for a few minutes to catch a bus to KLCC if you don't want to walk as it's takes about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the apartment to KLCC but to return from KLCC you get ample buses that you can get in from KLCC which stops opposite renaissance hotel which is located next to Garden Studio so getting back is not an issue But all in all it was a good location would recommend to anyone

We were a bit worried when we booked this hotel since previous reviews have not been so good. But we had a positive surprise! It is of course still a 5-star hotel (stars have nothing to do with how new the hotel is) with all services that a good hotel offers: restaurants, bars, swimming pool, fitness center etc. The hotel has a sky bar on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the PETRONAS Towers and the Menara TV tower. The sky bar offers free coffee / tea with cookies every night between 9 and 11 PM. The rooms are big and spacious. We asked for a room high up (got one at level 16) with King-Size Bed and a view of PETRONAS Towers. We got everything we asked for. Yes, if you look closely you can see that the hotel is a bit old, but it was still very clean and nothing was broken in our room. They do not yet have flat screen TV:s, which nowadays feel a bit strange, but they do have a fast internet connection. The location is good. There is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Monorailstation and/or to PETRONAS Towers and the KLCC subway station. The Suria KLCC shopping center at PETRONAS Towers is the best we have visited (and we visited a lot!) offering both very expensive brands and more "normal-priced" brands such as GAP, Esprit, Nike etc. The KLCC park behind the towers is absolutely beautiful. Once you are at the PETRONAS Towers, you can also take the airconditioned skybridge from the Convention Center which takes you all the way down to Bukit Bintang, where there are more shopping centers and a lot of restaurants. All-in-all it is a 25 minute walk from the Maya hotel.

I enjoyed my cosy stay at Oasia, a relatively new hotel in KLCC. - I booked Deluxe. But got free upgrade to Suite. So nice! - Proper sofa, dining table, cooking, laundry and bedroom area inside the Suite. Sweet! - Free parking. Awesome to have friends over. - Nice pool area on 24/F. - Pretty new so when Uber-ing around, sometimes drivers get confused to drive in the hotel from the street behind. Remind them to turn into Lorong P Ramlee. Minor feedback: - took 50min to receive my room service meal. and food's not exactly fresh anymore... - if you take long shower, it's easy to drench the whole towel outside the shower slide door. Overall, I would recommend :) It's good value for money and quality.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid year and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern and the breakfast simply amazing! Stayed at many 5 star properties around the world and this was one of the best breakfasts ever. It was quite cheap too The only shortfall i would say would be the location. Having previously stayed at Traders which is right next to Suria KLCC and Pavillion, Hilton is a tad far from the centre, esp if you enjoy having a casual stroll to the shops. A taxi is only a 5 minutes ride however if you wanted to walk out and about, theres not really anything around. But overall, very happy with the hotel and their service.

this the best hotel that i've ever stayed in KL eventhough the distance to KLCC still far away but i don't mind it, because i can use bus go KL (free) and also grab with cheap price to all happening area. for people who travel with family or for business matter, it's so recommended!!! i like the bed, very comfortable, the bathroom has bathtub and shower, pantry, and living, and everything is clean....will be back to this hotel again while i'm travelling to KL

This is a first for me. First to stay in a hostel within a condo, a high end condo so do speak. It's sweet. Located on the 26th floor, the unit offers amazing views of the city, my bed had a direct view of the KL Tower. Room had 6 beds, new beds that is, a shower and a toilet, kitchette, lockers and super fast wifi! Bed was so comfy. Check was fast and easy. You have to do it at the lobby, I am guessing that this hostel is scattered all over the building, not just on the 26th floor. To access the building you have to use a key card which reception upon checking in will provide you with. They will also provide you with a key card to the room. The area is in the bustling area of KLCC, on Jalan Cendana off Jalan Sultan Ismail. About 10 minute walk to KLCC train station and KLCC mall... Stayed February 2017, traveled solo

this is as far the best hotel i stayed at. even though the location is a bit far from lrt or any public transportation (except taxi, as they have booth for guest who would like to book a taxi), i think the room itself made me very happy and satisfied for choosing the hotel. the room was very spacious, amenities inclusive of oven,microwave,stove and even cutlery for cooking. bathroom is big, tv is big, even bed is big. i will definitely stay at this hotel if i have to stay area klcc in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Chulan which had been recommended by a work colleague who stays there regularly. We had booked a Deluxe with Breakfast and was initially provided with a room for smokers. We asked for non-smoking and were upgraded to a suite. The extra space, separate living area, kitchenette and large balcony to sit out on at the end of a day of sightseeing was fabulous and I'd happily book this style accommodation in future at the Royal Chulan and recommend it to others. Porters, Reception and Dining area staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. A good 15+ minute walk to KLCC Park and Suria Shopping Centre that includes Petronas Towers, 10 minute walk to the large Pavillion shopping complex. There's a short cut out the back of the hotel to get to Bintang Rd and Pavillion maybe a bit quicker. The only negative is that its a good 10+ min walk to the nearest light train and mono rail. I'd rate this hotel as probably one of the cleanest and best value hotels I've stayed in throughout Asia and probably anywhere else for that matter.

I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

I love everything about this place. Booked one bedroom premium suite. It is so cozy, and the KL view from our bedroom is so beautiful at night. There also got a kitchen, microwave, freezer and all the untensils inside the room. So you can cook whenever you want to. I love all the facilities here, the swimming pool, the gym. The skydeck view is magnificent! We really enjoy the view of KLCC and KL Tower from the swimming pool! I would suggest if you come to the skydeck from 630 until night and you guys will see the red lights from the KL Tower and the sunset too! The only thing is that, check out time is at 11am which is I think is too early. But we are lucky bcs the staff, Aliff is very helpful throught out our stay n very considerate to let us to check out at 12pm. Wohoo. Thank you Aliff! I already recommended this place to all my friends and families. And sure we will come back!

i insist in staying at renaissance hotel whenever i visited kl. my last stay (prior to this was in year 2008). thought that the hotel would be very run down after so many years (the 1st time i stayed in the hotel was in year 1998) but surprisingly, it was very well maintained! the cafe still serves the best breakfast with very good spread of foods. my parents like the foods and choices offered. kids enjoyed the nice landscape and poolside. i love taking a cat nap whenever i visit the hotel. not forgetting to mention is the fitness center which is opened free of charge to hotel guests (most hotels would charge guests for using it). love the jacuzzi that is very powerful and yet relaxing. the hotel is located diagonally opposite klcc, hard rock cafe and a lrt station that connects to bukit bintang. rooms with either poolview or klcc view would definitely add on to your good experience with the hotel.

I visited with my father and my grandmother and we decided to stay in an apartment with 2 rooms. The photos displayed on their website accurately depicts what you get unlike some other hotel websites. The design of the apartment was done very well and you can definitely tell there's constant maintenance and renovations. The daily servicing of our apartment was done promptly and with great efficiency. The breakfast though is not the best but it also depends on your taste and where you're from. The location is in the centre of KLCC which is where the business district is. We didn't end up catching the public transport much so I can't comment on the accessibility for public transport. It is right next to the Petronas Twin Towers so you can easily visit that attraction. You can also visit the Aquaria very easily as well. There is also a Suria KLCC where you can do your shopping ranging from high end brands to normal everyday brands. However, you will find things more expensive here. You're better off taking a taxi or transport to other shopping malls where you can get better bargain. Overall, I thought my stay was amazing and I wish I stayed longer. The location is amazing and the apartment itself was amazing. I'd definitely recommend it if you're travelling with a family. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is probably one of the best accommodation that I got ever. The view from the room was amazing, we can see KL tower from our bed. Great value for money, we actually didn't expect anything else except for the basic room because the location itself is great for its price, but I was really happy when we saw how beautiful the room is and they even provided us all the basic toiletries and towels that we need. They even gave us snacks and water when we got there. Also, hands down to the staff of this hotel. They are one of the nicest I met. The guy on the reception area accompanied us on our room even if we arrived way early. Location is also pretty great because it is approx. 10-min walk from Petronas Towers, Suria and KLCC Train Station. The area is pretty high-end and I felt safe walking along the area of the hotel. Upon arrival though, they will ask for 200MYR deposit but you can get it back once you check-out. They will also give you a receipt for your deposit. Again, thank you for taking care of us during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a last minute decision to book the hotel and found the location very convenient with LRT right outside and you can literally walk 10 minutes to KLCC. The breakfast was not that wide a spread but they had all the essential brekkie stuffs. Encountered a crawlie which appeared on the table and promptly informed the staff who apologised and moved us immediately. Restaurant Manager Mohd Robae waited for us to finish our breakfast before personally attending to us to apologised about the incident. Although I said it was ok he was really concerned. This gesture was followed by a plate of fruits and a personal card from him again apologising about that incident. This is the BEST service I have received and am greatly impressed with the gestures by Mohd Robae. 10 stars. Hotel room was big, big comfy bed very comfortable and business served. Will definitely come again. Especially for the location... out of the city but nearly.

really modern apartment with excellent views of KLCC, Petronas Towers and Merderka Tower. balcony, bath with views, small kitchen, lounge room. there is a 24 hour petrol station across the road with an ATM and convenience store. there are local food stalls within walking distance. there is a shuttle service to go into KLCC or catch a cab. cabs are really cheap in KL. the apartments have a great resort style pool and also an infinity pool in the 2nd tower on the 34th floor.

spent two nights at villa samadhi and had one of the best experience in kuala lumpar. i too boring with those "big" franchise hotel, so pick villa samadhi for the first time. hotel is in good location, less than 10 minutes taxi from klcc. hotel very quiet and very privacy..and of course, very beautiful decorated room and pool. staff are all friendly and 100% helpful. will definitely go back again.
