"Stepping into the lobby of DoubleTree is like walking into a spa after a hard day. All things chaotic is shut away beyond the glass doors. Warm colours of the interiors (lobby, cafe, lounge) and smiling faces of the hotel staff puts me in a happy place from the first moment I stepped into the hotel. The room was large, clean. Bed super comfy & love the rain shower. Good fast wifi at cafe and lobby; payable in the room but it's ok - get a local SIM with data for RM35 (500MB) or RM70 (3GB) at KLiA & you are all set. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm cookie. So delicious that I bought another at the cafe. Must try are the muffins - the lemon ones disappear too quick! Well done to the concierge & porters there who are always ready with the smiles & greetings fist to heart. The check-in staff needs to ease up & smile more too. As a single female traveller, I felt safe in the hotel as there is key card access to all room floors. Hotel shares a building with the Intermark Mall - Food court, supermarket and cafes on levels below the hotel lobby. Huge sportswear store at factory prices there too. Tip - pastries @ hotel cafe go at 50% between 5-8pm. But you have to be quick. Traffic to front of hotel is crazy on Friday night. A girlfriend was crawling along for 45mins at 6pm to pick me up so be prepared if arriving around that time. Everyone wants to go to klcc for dinner & shop around that time. Walking distance from hotel via a pedestrian bridge is Ampang Park Train station. 1 stop (RM1) and you get to KLCC. Easy peasy.... Strongly recommended for families too - beautiful sea water pool! A must try - I did and it was a good swimming brisk laps there. But hurry down to grab the lounge beds - limited number! Gym is well equipped for those who must put in their 30 minutes a day. "

"The hotel underwent refurbishment so the room was in good shape. Comfortable bed and pillows, good variety of TV channels, modern and spacious bathroom. Swimming pool was awesome too (also had shared sauna + steam room facilities accessible to all guests). Breakfast had a large variety, however it was a long weekend when I stayed here so the breakfast ambiance was not ideal - small space, large crowd. Short walk to KLCC. Hotel also sent a cake to my room (a total surprise), which I assume was because I wrote a request for a large bed since it was my anniversary weekend. Their effort to take note of personal details like this is what distinguishes good hotel management from not. Thanks!"

"I have stayed here many times and always come back because this hotel is very good and the quietest hotel in KLCC. The location is great should you wish to shop and eat great food. "Flew in from SG for a quick KL getaway and I made the best decision to stay in this place. Why? Value for money - Since it is a quick trip, I don't need a hotel but checking in here feels like I was in a hotel! Location - Walking distance from KL Tower, Petronas Towers, KLCC MRT station, Bukit Nanas monorail, Go KL free buses and 711 store next to it Cleanliness - All areas are well-maintained including the shower and powder rooms Staff - They have an extremely accommodating crew who checks on you once in a while. They even allow guests to leave their bags before and/or after check out to maximize your visit. Facilities - I love the concept of bean bags and pseudo bonfire with background music in the common area. WiFi is stable and pantry is just amazing! The capsule-inspired beds are also awesome, I had a good sleep. So definitely, I will be checking in here if I will be back in town and would recommend to all! "

"I enjoyed my cosy stay at Oasia, a relatively new hotel in KLCC. - I booked Deluxe. But got free upgrade to Suite. So nice! - Proper sofa, dining table, cooking, laundry and bedroom area inside the Suite. Sweet! - Free parking. Awesome to have friends over. - Nice pool area on 24/F. - Pretty new so when Uber-ing around, sometimes drivers get confused to drive in the hotel from the street behind. Remind them to turn into Lorong P Ramlee. Minor feedback: - took 50min to receive my room service meal. and food's not exactly fresh anymore... - if you take long shower, it's easy to drench the whole towel outside the shower slide door. Overall, I would recommend :) It's good value for money and quality."

"Our second trip to KL and we were pleased with the facilities the hotel provides. All areas including breakfast, rooms and amenities were very much basic but well maintained given that it’s a new hotel. The only disappointment was that we were not able to see any fireworks during the coutndowna the hotels bar on the 31st floor. I think the hotel didn’t know as well that it would not be able to view any fireworks till the countdown happened. Apart from that, the location was relatively near to KLCC (7 mins walk) and the hotel provides a shuttle bus to various locations which I thought was very efficient. The breakfast spread was basic but good and they had fresh pastries baked through out which was impressive. The skyline was awesome from the restaurant and I had enjoyed my morning breakfast with a view of KLCC. The hotel does have a class of its own. Overall, 8/10. Would come back here again. "
