The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The front desk service was good. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Pavilion. If you call a car, the driver may have difficulty finding parking because there is no reserved parking space in front of the hotel. Overall, it's pretty good and I would go back.

Amazing especially for the price. Not to gush too much, but better than the Thai and Saigon hotels I stayed in for the same price. It was such a relief to walk through the doors into a large cool clean lobby and even better into my high end feeling room on the 10th floor. This place had a nice bathroom, rain head shower, soft bed, strong easy to operate A/C, excellent Wi-Fi , so many toiletries, water, coffee. This hotel was surprisingly good.

First of all, the location is awesome. InnB Park hotel is located close to a few shopping center. The TRX Exchange, Pavilion and Bukit Bintang are within a short waling distance. Lot's of restaurants, convenient stores, coin wash and pharmacies nearby. The hotel is clean. Offers free Wifi, toiletries, kettle, refrigerator, safe deposit box, wardrobe and hangers, shoes. Universal power plugs works are installed in the room. Hot water and water drain works properly. I had bad experience in the past with other hotel where the water is flooding in shower booth and basin. The room with city view oversee the the TRX tower. I highly recommend InnB Park hotel if you are looking for affordable place to stay for sight seeing and shopping in Kuala Lumpur.

Upon check-in, I was initially disappointed to find that my double bed request was not honored, and I was given a room with two singles instead. Additionally, the hotel's older establishment was quite apparent, with outdated window treatments and walls that showed their age. However, as I settled into the room, I began to notice the expanded updates and renovations that had been done. The bad room was completely redone and up to par with any other hotel in this price range. The beds, although older, had firm mattresses and clean linen, which made the rest of the room feel comfortable and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good bargain. The location is very central, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride to all the major malls like Pavilion and KLCC, as well as the iconic Petronas soŕy a short add on the staff also very friendly and helpful Twin Towers.

For a 3-star hotel, this is pretty much a good deal that you can get at this strategic location. The famous shawarma (and Sungei Wang etc) is only about 8-10 minutes walk- on safe path ofc! There’s a 7/11 across the street and another one located in the building behind. However parking was a bit difficult as it is limited and it was on a busy road. As a muslim, the room is spacious enough to pray comfortably. The staff is also nice. However, my nightmare was… the thin walls. Me and my mom can hear bedroom activities in the room next to us so that was really awkward. But overall, I do recommend the hotel!
