I am very happy to be staying at the Royal Kuala Lumpur Hotel, a strategic location near Bukit Bintang MRT station, Alor street, Pavillion Mall, Sungei Wang Mall, Lot 10 Mall, Berjaya Times Mall. Room space is clean and big, Toilet was big. Facilities are good, there is a swimming pool, Gym area, Sauna. Very friendly hotel staff, special thanks to Mr Francis as Front Office Manager, he was very friendly and very helpful when our taxi got stuck in front of the hotel. The family room at the furama hotel bukit bintang is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, small office and a living room. The hotel also offers a decent view of the city - including the tip of the petronas towers and the KL tower. The hotel is located near bukit bintang which is a haven for those who would love to shop. Shopping malls near the area (walking distance) are Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang, Bukit Bintang Shopping Mall, Farenheit 88 and the Pavilion. It is also very accessible; in fact, it is one of the hotels which you can immediately see when you enter KL (from the airport). The buffet breakfast is good. There was a wide variety of choices - both local and international cuisine were well represented on the menu. The swimming pool is cute and small, but no worries, there are lots of activities in store for you in Kuala Lumpur that you would not mind to miss on the swimming part. The hotel also has fast wifi/internet connection (good thing that wifi is free in the agoda deal) otherwise, wifi could be a bit costly in this hotel as they charge every 10 hours. All in all, we had a good stay in furama hotel. Although the service and friendliness of the staff needs improvement, I will still want to go back to this hotel.

This is my second time staying at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Face some hiccups in booking as we are not aware that the connecting rooms are of different room types. However, Agoda and Dorsett Regency resolve the issues before our trip. Friendly and courteous staff. The staff are efficient in their service when we requested for extra towels, newspaper and tea spoons for the cakes we purchase at their Checkers Café. The rooms are cleaned up well and properly and the young housekeeper always make sure that we have bottled water and clean towels. The food street (carpark convert to make shift stalls at night), mama shop, coffee shop selling noodles and convenience stores are just available a stone throw away. Will re-visit Dorsett Regency again after they revamp the hotel this August.

while i read other reviews before booking, many of which commented on the decor being tired and dated this didn't put me off and i'm thrilled it didn't! yes the rooms are a little dated, however, upgrades are taking place and not in a disruptive way. from the very second we pulled up to the hotel until we left the service experience was 5 star all the way. every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! check-in was a delight and simple. as was check out. i was in kuala lumpur for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and upon return from shopping on my birthday, the hotel had delivered a beautiful birthday cake with compliments of the hotel to the room. i had not mentioned my birthday so was completely surprised. the room was very clean and cleaned daily to a high standard. beds were very comfortable as were the lovely pillows, with sheets changed daily. we made use of the pool which was lovely, private and clean. we dined at "the taj" restaurant within the hotel one evening not only was the food fantastic, the executive chef came to our table to ensure all was well. the location of the hotel was fantastic within easy walking distance of many malls and food outlets of both restaurants and stall variety. i was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the federal and will stay there when next in kl. to put this into perspective, i stay in many hotels (as a flight attendant) and i could best describe this hotel as a grand old lady with good old-fashion service! the staff are a credit!

the hotel is located in inside, or rather on top of the famous berjaya times square shopping complex, which is located at one of the most strategic tourist destination in the city of kuala lumpur, which is the golden triangle. the hotel is of walking distance to sungei wang plaza, bb plaza, low yat plaza, lot 10 shopping mall, pavillion mall, sephora, fareheitt 88 which are all famously and most visited shopping centres in kuala lumpur. hence, if you are planning to go shopping and enjoying the vibrancy of the city, this is will be the choice of hotel that you can opt for. the hotel itself if greatly maintained, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, we were escorted by the bell boy to carry our luggages to our room. since we were staying on the 23rd floor, the view of the city skyline is superb. the studio suite that we were staying is spacious, with attached kitchenette, bathroom, dining table, extra stereo set with clean and comfortable interior.

I was there to celebrate my girlfriend birthday and the room is perfect for us! It was a connecting room. I must say, the room is really spacious and clean. As I live in the world of geek, the free wi-fi service works great in the room and the lobby as well. The hotel location was perfect for us to hang out at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur where they have a walkaway bridge to KLCC (just 10 minutes walk), Sungei Wang Plaza and many more malls. Bukit Bintang Monorail station is less 5 minutes walk. In short, the hotel location is just perfect! But the only disappointment is the breakfast. The breakfast Lebanese style at Al-Amar Express. Not to my usual breakast liking.

I stayed in one of the single rooms in this hotel during my 5-day stay in Kuala Lumpur last week. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lobby, dining hall, hallways, and room were clean and elegant. The bed was comfortable, airconditioning was great, and the bathroom spacious, stocked with needed supplies (shower cap, comb, soap, shampoo, lotion, toothbrush, towels), and equipped with a good shower and toilet. There's a safe inside the closet, and an extra pillow as well if needed. One thing to consider when booking the Standard Single Room is the space for luggage. For me, it was no problem as I only have a small luggage bag and a backpack, but for others who might have a lot more bags with them, booking a bigger room type might be something to consider. The staff present were all nice and helpful, communicated well, and assisted me in both check-in and a late-night check-out. Room service and clean-up was on point. If you have any questions or some requests and concerns, it is really recommended that you talk to the staff since they'll do what they can to help you out, which they did in my case. WiFi was fast. Breakfast was simple but good (there were cereals, coffee, tea, porridge, egg, various pastries and bread when I was there.) As for location, it was perfect. It is a walkable distance to two stations (Imbi and Bukit Bintang), as well as several malls (Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza, and about 10 minutes walk to get to Pavilion.). There is a lot of places to eat at. Just in that vicinity and not even at the mall areas yet, there are cafes, buffet restaurants, and hawker stalls. Across from the hotel is a 7-11 convenience store as well. I had no problem walking from the malls and back to the hotel in the evenings (around 10pm to 11pm) since there is almost always people walking around, well-lit, and had quite a busy road. A lovely establishment located on the main shopping street of Kuala Lumpur. Set in front of the Pavilion shopping centre, it was a great relief to us that we'd be perched right in beautiful part of KL (as it was also our first time in this city). Our 23F room was comfortably sized and immaculately clean - also my partner had mentioned it was one of his 'best nights' sleep, ever'!. The only qualms we had was that the hotel does not have a spa, but (one) masseuse turned up to our room for a double massage, which I believe should have been explained by the concierge the day before.

Location: Meliá is very good. 1.) it’s near Bukit Bintang from hotel takes 5 minutes walk there. 2.) It’s around 1 minutes walk to hotel from Imbi monorail station and around 10 minutes walk to Pavilion. 3.) For Twin Tower, it takes around 20-25 minutes walk from hotel. It’s is convenience to everywhere. Accommodation: The hotel has renovations in 2018 as I found the details from internet. 1.) The room inside is good and clean, it’s will not affect the guest even some of outside wall are still under renovation. 2.) Also the housekeeper has refill those shampoo/body wash for us daily, but bathroom is missing shaving razor, hope to improve in future. 3.) Bathroom Mirror has fog after shower and can seen the housekeeper clean the mirror from different different directions and leave some hairy on mirror. Hope they can clean the mirror in same direction with detergent as it’s look ghost shade for me. I am little bit disappointed for this matter. 4.) Sofa has some yarn come out. Hope the sofa width become more longer as sit/sleep there is not enough comfortable. 5.) Hope the desk and side table will be renovation as the wooden color looks old. 6.) Hope all rooms with bathtub in future. 7.) The main entrance and hall: it’s look older than the photos, but this is acceptable as still same as photo. Hope to improve the marble stone more shiny as it will looks more good for the hall. Breakfast: Our room is excluded the buffet breakfast, we have pay to try one day. It’s quite more choice for breakfast and it’s is same as expect as 4 star hotel. It’s surprise as many type of bread for chosen. Total conclusions: CP Rate (Cost Performance Rate) is high and price matched to 4 star hotel expected. We would like to stay again next time in Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed two nights at Istana Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was very interesting hotel. When we came, the bellboy help us to take care our luggage, then when we checked in, the receptionist was also very nice and taught us how to go to KLCC, Time Square, Kuala Lumpur tower, Sunway Lagoon, airport and a lot of interesting places. When the bell boy sent us to our room, he was also very nice, he showed us the whole room and explain to us all the hotel facilities. The hotel staffs are very friendly & helpful The hotel is located in the middle of KLCC, Time Square, Pavilion Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur Tower. We even didn’t have to take taxi to go to those places. From hotel to KLCC, it takes around 15 minutes walking distance, from hotel to Times Square it takes around 15 minutes walking distance, from hotel to Pavilion Shopping Mall, it takes around 5 - 10 minutes walking distance, from hotel to KL tower it takes around 15 minutes walking distance, from hotel to Times Square Shopping Mall it takes around 15 minutes walking distance.

We were more than happy with the Invito Hotel Suites. Thought it might be a bit out of things but it was well located between 2 monorail stations. Both about 8-10 mins easy walk. the two room suite meant that we could be together instead of booking 1 room for me and my son and 1 for my wife and daughter. had read criticism of the breakfast. while not great it was adequate. To be honest, I had worse in Europe. from the moment we arrived our bags were whisked of to our rooms and the check in was very quick. So was the check out. the room was clean and tidy. it was an easy walk from the Hotel to the heart of Bukit Bintang. Any number of eating places along the way. Get a massage along the street. We would definitely book here again if returning to Kuala Lumpur.

This is my first time to stay at Sky Hotel Bukit Bintang. The location is near from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur (800m). To reach this hotel, you can take LRT from KL Sentral to Imbi or AirAsia Bukit Bintang. The staff is very friendly when we need something like hotel shoes and charging plug, and then they give us street direction while we ask, and the room is clean. Reccomend to all of you that need Budget Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I forget something, this hotel is very near to Jalan Alor Food Street, with 5 minute street accross.

It was a very nice stay for us in Kuala Lumpur as first timers in the country. It is a nice hotel that is very affordable. Few minutes walk to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang monorail station, Lot 10, Isetan the Japan Store and there is a connection to Fahrenheit mall. The whole trip to Kuala Lumpur was rainy but it didn’t stop us from going out as it was easy. It doesn’t offer you any free breakfast option but it is not necessary because Hutong food court is within reach where you can enjoy the local Malaysian foods. Please note that the rooms are not soundproof. It will soon open a mini camera museum which is very interesting for any one who loves photography. Definitely coming back and will recommend to our friends who plans to go to Kuala Lumpur. Thumbs up to the whole team of Gold 3 Boutique Hotel!

Having been to Kuala Lumpur an several occasions, this was my first experience with the Swiss-Garden Hotel. I certainly would recommend it to anyone wanting a good hotel in a good location for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we arrived they didn't have the king bed available, but they upgraded us with the promise of being moved to a king bed room the following day. While we went on a day trip the following day to Melaka, which their tour desk booked for us, they moved us as promised. The hotel is clean and well run. We were within walking distance of Chinatown and Times Square Shopping Mall. The restaurant had a large selection of good tasting food. There was a buffet every evening; one evening they had a two for one buffet. When we return to Kuala Lumpur we would definitely book into the Swiss Garden Hotel.

the greatest thing about this hotel is its location, simply in the heart of kuala lumpur, bukit bintang area, right in front of the hotel is the entrance to bukit bintang plaza, 10 minutes away is pavilion shopping mall..you can simply find everything here, if you're looking for food, there are many stall in jalan alor who provides you with many varieties of food, if you're kind of people who enjoy the nightlife, changkat is only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, yet to mention berjaya times square, if you and your family want to enjoy the indoor theme park there, simply put, if all you're looking for is the location, this hotel is the best there is.. the room might not be too spacious, but it's comfortable enough, though i'd recommend you're taking the hotel at the higher floor because it kind be noisy at night with all the hectic life that's going around the area :) the facilities might not be what a 4 or 5 star hotel can give, but for the value and its location, i would love to recommend this hotel to you. one simple tip, do not ask the taxi driver in front of the hotel to take you anywhere, because they will simply charge you a ridiculous fare, there are many taxis on the main street just around the corner and always insist on using the meter fare.

I did some research and the area of Bukit Bintang sounded like the perfect location to stay in Kuala Lumpur and guess what? I was right! It was very easy to find it after I got off from the monorail at the station also called Bukit Bintang, super easy and if you can just print out the map of the area. We arrived very early and our room was not ready yet so they keep our backpacks while we went explore this amazing city. By the time we came back we had our room super clean waiting for us. The only thing I found strange was the fact that in the shower, there's no curtain! the toilet and the shower are so close together that once you shower you have to dry everything. It was such a smart room, so clean and good enough for the two of us, so a divider in the shower is not that hard to get done. The staff, needless to say, was so sweet and accommodating. We were the first ones to book this hotel with breakfast included so they, at first, wanted to charge for it, and as I showed them the voucher from Agoda that said "breakfast included" they immediately apologized and gave us voucher for the breakfast buffet right next to the lobby. The breakfast is very traditional Malay. If you're looking for the traditional western/Americanized breakfast, well, you might as well go out for it. Although they had delicious coffee, freshly squeezed oj's, delicious yellow tea - try it - and their rices and noodle soups, porridge, pickled eggs, boiled eggs, dried tiny fish, etc. Taxis are close by, it's pretty much a nice walking distance to the Petronas Towers, and the highest concentration of shopping centers I have ever seen in my whole life and 13 countries I have visited. I'll definitely return to this hotel!

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Double Bed + Single Bed). It was pretty small and the beds took up most of the space but we were out all day everyday and only needed it to sleep and to keep our luggage + shopping securely so it was perfect in that sense. There was a leak in the water tank of the water closet (no, not the toilet pipe!) and even though they weren't able to fix it during our stay we didn't mind it as much because they cleaned and put new bath mats everyday. The bathroom also had glass walls with thick frosted stickers, which we thought was a bit weird but you couldn't see through. Best of all, this is CENTRALLY LOCATED!!! 10 min walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, 10 mins to Lot 10 Hutong Food Court, 15 mins to Pavilion Mall, 20 mins to Berjaya Times Square, and just 5 mins away from one of KL's best night life destinations - Changkat Bukit Bintang! All in all, this is a pretty decent hotel, considering what you pay! Would definitely stay again 👍

As the title goes the hotel fits every aspect of traveler. Value for money with slightly priced above rm200 you get a four star international hotel. The location is superb which located in the heart of KUala lumpur. Nearby, you will find a lot of restaurants and convenient store. Easy access to transportation. light rail transit and monorail just a stone throw away. Big shopping malls like Kuala Lumpur time square, lot 10., the branded and high end mall star hill and pavilion are within walking distance. The only set back was the buffet breakfast which was not really have a many choices. Anyway with this kind of price I can't expect they can offer a great buffet. I will give a 9.5 out of 10 for the price and the standard of the hotel been offered.

I had a 3-day conference at Royale Chulan Hotel. Decided not to stay there because it was too expensive...Solution: to find a budget accomodation nearby, within walk in distance to Royale Chulan + shopping mall + nightlife Summary of my 3 nights at Le Apple Boutique Hotel Bukit Bintang: Pro: 1. The hotel is actually behind the Grand Millenium hotel 2. 20 min walk in distance to Royale Chulan Hotel 3. Shopping mall (Pavilion, Fahrenheit, Starhill Gallery) is 2 min walk. KLCC is about 15 min walk via the KLCC-Bukit Bintang Pedestrian Walkway 4. Easy access to public transport (bus, taxi, LRT-KLCC station, Monorail-Bukit Bintang or Raja Chulan station) 5. Friendly & helpful staff, security guard 6. Room - very clean & tidy. Stylish frosted glass door bathroom and has a huge mirror. Flat screen tv, even got Korean & Japanese channel. WiFi signal was excellent. 7. Prayer mat + iron + ironing board + hair dryer + safety deposit box available 8. Plenty of street food 'warung' across the hotel entrance Cons: 1. Quite expensive 2. No breakfast is provided 3. Small room 4. No wardrobe 5. Dark corridor 6. Was surprised when the receptionist told that I need to pay RM200 (must be cash) for keeping the room clean when I checked-in . Nevertheless, it was refunded during the check-out Recommendation: Suits for those who just want a clean comfortable place to sleep and you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. Definitely a great base to explore Kuala Lumpur city.

I booked 5 rooms for 5 family to stay in Kuala Lumpur for shopping spree, I have to say the Hotel location is top 10 minutes walk to Pavillion shopping centre which is just opening recently,night shops open til late from your hotel to most of the big shopping centre like bajaya time square 8 levels of shopping and 2 top levels with restuarants & indoor theme park to entertain your childrens. The service is excellent & the room is nice & clean. The special about this hotel is if you book Superior then when check in they upgrade to the next top room is Deluxe, I booked Deluxe room and got upgrade to the Suite room with seperate lounge room. One thing I don't like is the breakfast inline to the lift and you have to wait about 1 hour to have B/F so we're only have the first day. But overall the room & services are excellent, to me the main thing is the room and location with the service not the breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at D'Or hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to most attractions in the area and in the midst of everything but yet quiet and peaceful. Staff was great and very helpful, particularly Mr. Logan who helped us plan our trip, arrange for tours and give us general Kuala Lumpur tips. The rooms were small, but enough space for the two of us to spend a week comfortably. Very clean. Internet accessible from all over and flat screen tv in the room with a movie channel. We had a slight issue with our room on the first night, but they promptly changed us to a different room. Highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed in JW Marriott KL from 6th to 8th September 2018. The upgraded room given to me was very nice and spacious. This is my 1st time staying at JWM KL and it has been a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly. Location is excellent, just opposite Pavilion and walking distance to Lot 10 / Bukit Bintang area. Breakfast spread at Shook café was ok. Rooms are renovated recently, so quite new and modern, and spacious. The rooms are great but the pillows is too soft! Worth staying. Way better than The Westin which is next door. If you consider to stay at around Bukit Bintang area, JWM could be the best choice for your stay in Kuala Lumpur. Loving this place. Will definitely come back to JWM everytime we visit Kuala Lumpur.
