Upon arrival, my first impression of the hotel was that it was beautifully presented. Staff were all so helpful and friendly and I never ONCE had to open a door. Definitely excellent service. Check in was super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is right next to Pavillion shopping centre which is one of the major shops and a 2 min walk to the Bukit Bintang Monorail, Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. The buffet breakfast is delicious - there was nothing they didnt have and it was very filling. The hotel also has its own club, Pulse. Which is a small r&b, hip hop club with excellent entertainment. If you want to shop and eat, this is ideally one of the best/most conveniently located hotels in bukit bintang. I would definitely recommend it.

i have been staying coronade hotel everytime i visit kuala lumpur for the past 15 years until today. i simply love the location which is just opposite sg.wang and beside lot 10 shopping centre. paviliun and many other shopping centres are within walking distance. the room eventhough is a bit old but still clean and cozy. recommended to stay. keep up good job, coronade.

the hotel is newly decorated. the location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to kl monorail imbi station, times square and bukit bintang shopping centres, sungei wang and lot 10. we even walked to jalan alor for nice local food. however, the bad thing is if raining, then you have problem reaching these places. the spread of the breakfast is considered quite good. we used the hotel's free drop off shuttle service from hotel to pavilion, the shuttle also goes to klcc and times square. the hotel even upgraded us executive suite even we only paid for deluxe room. unfortunately, the bath room did not have a bath tub. my children like the infant pool. i will definitely come here again for my next trip.

This is a great hotel situated in Bt. Bintang area and near the new shopping centre - Pavillion. From Pavillion you can walk to KLCC twin towers using the covered Linkway or you can go to Lot 10 shopping area and Jalan Alor for your street food. The hotel room is clean and the housekeeping tidy well. However the breakfast is only average with limit variety and we good charged extra for our kid. I think Melia Hotel still good the best Breakfast in KL areas. But overall this hotel offer the best value within compared with others within the area.

I love staying in apartments/ residence like this instead of one small hotel room as I do not require any service during the stay at all. Enjoyed the good size of the one bedroom appartment. Nobody was coming to the room (housekeeping) after requested. The area for improvement is Internet...and maybe a little of sofa / carpet/ towels' cleanliness, I feel, but in general it was ok. The location is very convenient if you like to walk to Twin towers or just to Pavilion shopping centre (10 min) otherwise taxi will cost you 5-10 Ringit only. Every taxy driver knows the location of this hotel well. Don't use taxied nearby hotel - that are very rude and give only fixe rate that is 4-5 times more as other metres taxies!!!!! Best ask considered to book or call yourself to local metre taxy, faster and better service will be!!!!! Yes, many cafés are down the street for those who need party time otherwise just simply go to any sightseen places - all nearby. Need to say Japanese Manager was very professional and so was the staff: Chinese/ Japanese and Indian ladies were very friendly, Japanese concierge was very helpful as well, I liked also that Security guys are always smiling and welcoming when see you, especially Indian one.

Stayed in Federal hotel for a day. The room appears to be quite old and in need of some minor renovation. This is especially with the old refrigerator making a lot of noises at night. Other than that minor flaw, the overall stay in the hotel is enjoyable. The hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with shopping centres such as sungei wang, Lot 10 and Pavilion within walking distance from the hotel. In addition, there is a food street just opposite the hotel which serves some nice local food. This hotel is value for money considering its location.

We stayed for 2 days. The room was spacious, clean and satisfied with the location as the hotel just around shopping centre (Pavillion Mall). However, I bit dissapointed with their breakfast services. Upon check-in, I've been inform by the staff that we can get 10% off if we reserve breakfast one day before. Later, around 11pm I went to the lobby and booked for the breakfast for tomorrow morning. The staff at the counter said she already reserved our breakfast with 10% and during breakfast we just come and tell our room number . The payment can be made upon checkout. However, when my parents went for breakfast, they charged them without 10% and need to pay the full price for the breakfast as they didnt get any record from the system. How come 5 star hotel be like this? Internal system cannot check the record item? I hope management can look into it and hopefully this wont happen again to other guests.

the hotel is located in inside, or rather on top of the famous berjaya times square shopping complex, which is located at one of the most strategic tourist destination in the city of kuala lumpur, which is the golden triangle. the hotel is of walking distance to sungei wang plaza, bb plaza, low yat plaza, lot 10 shopping mall, pavillion mall, sephora, fareheitt 88 which are all famously and most visited shopping centres in kuala lumpur. hence, if you are planning to go shopping and enjoying the vibrancy of the city, this is will be the choice of hotel that you can opt for. the hotel itself if greatly maintained, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, we were escorted by the bell boy to carry our luggages to our room. since we were staying on the 23rd floor, the view of the city skyline is superb. the studio suite that we were staying is spacious, with attached kitchenette, bathroom, dining table, extra stereo set with clean and comfortable interior.

This is my second review about this hotel. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days this time so I can write a bit more. Location is the main reason that we chose this hotel. It is in the middle of Bukit Bintang and within 4 minutes walk to the Monorail station. Lot 10 shopping centre is next to this hotel. At the basement of Lot 10 there is a food court with many varieties of food that you can choose. Other shopping centres like Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Berijaya Time square Shopping mall and Pavilion KL are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Jalan Alor with different hawker styles Food Street is also 5-10 minutes walk away. So, you will have different varieties of food for you to choose. There is free shuttle bus running nearly every hour from Bukit Bintang (outside Bukit Bintang Plaza by Starbuck Café) to Central Market which is also near China Town so you can tour around China Town as well as do your shopping. The room is in reasonable size with plenty room moving around. The washing basin inside the room is a bit strange but we find it OK. Water is very hot and air conditioning works well. Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Room is very clean and daily refill of packets of coffee, tea and toiletries. The hotel also supplies daily newspaper (you can choose Chinese or English newspaper). We went to Meleka for few days and we could store our luggage with the hotel. On the whole we are very happy with this hotel and will return to stay whenever we visit KL again.

This 4 days 3 nights stay was splendid! We arrived past past midnight, at around 3am.As soon as we arrived, the staff at the counter greeted us,very friendly!The room,it was neat, clean and bigger than we expected. Breakfast the next day was 7 out of 10, could do with pancakes though. Nevertheless, it was a good spread. We got on foot on different landmarks and shopping centre. Walkable distance to Berjaya Times Square, Low Yat, Lot 10, Pavillion and many other shopping centre. Across the hotel have lots of hawker centre with good food. Down the road you'll discover lots of pubs and restaurants and massage palour. Good location. Just need a little explore here and there. The hotel provide free shuttle service to KLCC and other landmarks. It was convenient from my point of view. The hotel marks a precious part in celebrating my husband birthday. We both indeed is very happy with everything overall. Except for, we could use some trash bags for every trash bin in the room though. 😊

This is the third time i have stayed in this hotel and i think this is the best value 4 star hotel in the area. Its about 10m from the Imbi monorail station (convenient if catching KL express to KL sentral as you can catch monorail straight to hotel) much cheaper and quicker than catching taxi. Time square shopping centre is opposite, Sungei Wang Plaza (IT plaza) is behind and BB plaza and Lot 10 are about 5 mins walk away. Plenty of food options on the street as well as in the shopping centres, 7/11 next door (other side of driveway - right hand side when you walk out). We booked a triple room (2 single beds + 1 roll out) and the room fitted 3 adults + 3 large suitcases with ease. Our room on the 6th floor had a little view of the Petronas Twin Towers but if you get upper floor the view would be better. Staff were friendly and helpful and every staff that we spoke to could understand english.

The hotel room and the bathroom is very spacious.Very suitable for a family.The food at the hotel very nice.We tried the buffet dinner.From the hotel can just walk to the Pavilion,Lot 10 shopping centre and Bukit Bintang shopping centre.The hotel is very strategic if you and the family want to go shopping.The fast food restaurant is also within the walking distance and opposite the hotel is a 24hours convenient store.

the swiss garden hotel location was execellent...walking distance to berjaya times square,lot 10 shopping mall,kl pavillion,cheap taxi ride to kuala lumpur convention centre(klcc),petronas twin tower,a must-go for family to aquarius at klcc,craft cultural complex , chinatown and the bird park.for supper, the hotel is just five minute walk to the night hawker at jalan alor selling mostly asian food. there is even a 24-hour convenience store 168 and nice indian prata/naan coffeeshop across the hotel. a good mix of 4-star ambience with very local amenities all at the hotel doorstep. everything was perfect except the pool size.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location of the hotel is almost directly opposite one of the Sungei Wang Shopping centre entrances which links up with BB Plaza, many restuarants and food stall around the hotel, in the middle of two monorail stations (Bukit Bintang and Imbi). Time Square shopping centre is opposite Imbi station and Pavillion and Lot 10 is about 10 mins walk. Book shop with internet and phones to make cheap international phone calles, 7/11 type shop also opposite hotel. Room was modern with good view of surrounding area (level 15), good variety at breakfast both western and asian choices. No gym and pool, however was told if i wanted to use pool i could use the one at the federal hotel (down the street) for free if i showed them my room card. Overall, good hotel for shopping and site seeing as its within close walking distance to the Monorail station.

I was amazed by the view in their loby. So many art work that been hang up at the hotel and you can take a picture of them. (So instagram-worthy :b) i like the room, not quite big but not really small, just nice for me and my partner. Room decoration just simple and nice and i think those traveller out there should try this hotel out. The location also strategic because near with LRT station and Times Square Shopping Centre. Definitely gonna come here again. Thank you Hulo Hotel!!! 💓

Stayed here for 13 days over a period of 3 weeks The doormen were very courteous. Room cleaning was impressive. (I tipped them both well) Most of the front desk staff were professional. Location is good, compared with expensive hotels nearby. Difficult to argue for even a 2pm late checkout, even for a Monday, while trying to explain that my flight was 6,30pm.. They gave me up to 1.30, which I appreciated. Hundreds of Arabs hanging out in the evenings at the entrance to the road leading to the hotel. Decent food below LOT-10 shopping complex.

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Double Bed + Single Bed). It was pretty small and the beds took up most of the space but we were out all day everyday and only needed it to sleep and to keep our luggage + shopping securely so it was perfect in that sense. There was a leak in the water tank of the water closet (no, not the toilet pipe!) and even though they weren't able to fix it during our stay we didn't mind it as much because they cleaned and put new bath mats everyday. The bathroom also had glass walls with thick frosted stickers, which we thought was a bit weird but you couldn't see through. Best of all, this is CENTRALLY LOCATED!!! 10 min walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, 10 mins to Lot 10 Hutong Food Court, 15 mins to Pavilion Mall, 20 mins to Berjaya Times Square, and just 5 mins away from one of KL's best night life destinations - Changkat Bukit Bintang! All in all, this is a pretty decent hotel, considering what you pay! Would definitely stay again 👍

As the title goes the hotel fits every aspect of traveler. Value for money with slightly priced above rm200 you get a four star international hotel. The location is superb which located in the heart of KUala lumpur. Nearby, you will find a lot of restaurants and convenient store. Easy access to transportation. light rail transit and monorail just a stone throw away. Big shopping malls like Kuala Lumpur time square, lot 10., the branded and high end mall star hill and pavilion are within walking distance. The only set back was the buffet breakfast which was not really have a many choices. Anyway with this kind of price I can't expect they can offer a great buffet. I will give a 9.5 out of 10 for the price and the standard of the hotel been offered.

The Hotel Imperial is in the best location in the central Bukit Bintang shopping + restaurant area of KL. Walk out the door + walk across the road to Jln Alor, the famous night open air restaurant street. Turn left from the hotel + walk in 100 m to Bukit Bintang the main shopping street. When u reach the large KFC on the corner walk left or right along Bukit Bintang to more restaurants + shops than u can choose from. Turn to the right at KF + walk about 100 m along Bukit Bintang then cross the street along a side Street to Low Yat Plaza, the multi level mobile phone, IT + computer centre. Its all around u. The Imperial has excellent helpful polite staff + comfortable clean rooms to use as your perfect base. Explore the fantastic range of shops + restaurants all within easy walking distance. You will go back. I do.

Just went there to stay on 09 June for 2 nights, We were given a room on Level 5 and very near to the water dispancer. Did not have the noise issue as desribe by others Cause was not facing the Front entrance. It is just located beside Pavilion & opposite to Lot 10 shopping malls. 5 mins walk to Bukit Bintang LRT. The staffs were very helpful. The room deco is trendy and neat. Bedroom & toilet is separated by a glass door. We have a very pleasant stay. Will definately go back there to stay for next KL trip.

I booked 5 rooms for 5 family to stay in Kuala Lumpur for shopping spree, I have to say the Hotel location is top 10 minutes walk to Pavillion shopping centre which is just opening recently,night shops open til late from your hotel to most of the big shopping centre like bajaya time square 8 levels of shopping and 2 top levels with restuarants & indoor theme park to entertain your childrens. The service is excellent & the room is nice & clean. The special about this hotel is if you book Superior then when check in they upgrade to the next top room is Deluxe, I booked Deluxe room and got upgrade to the Suite room with seperate lounge room. One thing I don't like is the breakfast inline to the lift and you have to wait about 1 hour to have B/F so we're only have the first day. But overall the room & services are excellent, to me the main thing is the room and location with the service not the breakfast.

Loctaion the location is great, nearest to the alor street and yet it wont be noisy at all at night, as it just behind the night market street and not the same row as the market. There are lots of convenient shops for groceries and walking distance to the mrt station heading to sungai wang, pavilion , timesquare, lowyat, lot10 etc. Room small but comfortable room, they provided simple toothbrush, mini toothpaste, shampoo, soap, slippers, 2 mineral water (500ml), etc. The rooms are without window but they are bright and cozy with the light color painting and furnitures. TV, Aircons works well for our stay (stayed twice so far). *the only cons might be the absence of hair dryer. Price totally worth it, i cant find any better hotel even if i top up my budget to less than rm 200 for a standard room. Staff All the staff are helpful and really friendly, they greet you politely with smile. Experience We had stayed here for our second time and had booked again for the coming trip.

The hotel is located centrally with the famous shopping centres all around it, such as pavilion, lot 10, etc. the overall decor in the hotel is very classy and upmarket. Check in was efficient, staff were polite and courteous. Room was comfortable, clean with great beds. What we like best is the adjoining shopping centre star hill gallery which offers an interesting array of international restaurants and shopping experience with international labels.

- Room and toilet are clean except that are a few stains on bed sheet and towel which I am VERY particular about. - Bed is comfortable - Size of room is not too small nor big. Just nice for couples and able to fit our luggage. - Tooth brush, tooth paste and other necessities are not provided unless you request from them. - No mini bar and window for our room! This is the downside of the hotel! - Staffs are very friendly and always smiling. - So many bars, food stalls and massage parlor around the area. Love it! - Few minutes walk to bukit bintang where Sg Wang, Lot 10, Pavilion are. Overall, I enjoy my stay at The Mesui Hotel except for the noises made by our neighbor. They keep slamming the door and interrupting our sleep. Annoying adults!
