Hotels near KL Tower

I booked this hotel as per map's survey initially as it was near the Petronas Tower. Hoping that we can get a room with the tower view. Though it was near the famous tower, the fact that the hotel is facing in a different direction, you cannot really get a nice view. Our room is on the KL Tower side instead and small glimpse of the famous structure. It was a cheap deal for a hotel as nice as this. Location is great, downstairs, you have Hard Rock Cafe (which is our last night dinner location). You are also near a bus station, Bukit Nanas Monorail, Starbucks, and Shangri-La KL. Just a few walk and you will reach MaTIC (Malaysia Tourist Information Center) and few more walk and you will reach Petrona Tower! I will prefer to stay here again. The grandeur and location is best compared to other neighboring hotels, in comfort and in value for money!

When we first arrived at the Shangri-la we were very impressed with the luxurious surroundings, we couldn't believe our luck as the rooms were very reasonably priced (apparently the Chinese president was staying at the time of our visit). The hotel was spectacular and the staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had everything we needed with the nice added touch of a lovely box of chocolates on our arrival. We enjoyed the pool and the attention to detail ie we were constantly supplied with cold water to drink and a serving of fruit. The hotel was ideally situated for the Petronas towers which was just a 10 minute walk away as well as the KL tower which is just at the back of the hotel. We found out you could dine at the top of the KL tower in the revolving restaurant which we would have loved to do but apparently its formal wear only and we hadn't brought any with us. There were some good restaurants near to the hotel ie Hard Rock Cafe, Trattoria Italian restaurant and a wonderful Irish Bar called Healy Macs. We also had a nice chinese meal at the Mandarin Oriental hotel but it was a bit pricey. At the Petronas towers there is some fantastic shopping to be done with all the designer shops you can think of. If you head to Butik Bintang (about 15 minute walk) there are more bars, restaurants and shopping. The Batu caves are worth a visit and we did go on the city tour hop on/off bus but would advise avoiding peak times. We were herded on to an already overcrowded bus and had to stand for ages, spending 3 hours feeling very hot and uncomfortable. We were scared to get off in case the next bus was worse. The traffic is horrendous and you have to be careful crossing the roads as there doesn't seem to be many rules. We did have an amazing experience in Kuala Lumpur and would definitely recommend the Shangri-la to anyone, we felt the location was spot on and we were made to feel really special by the staff.

It was my wife's birthday. After a long though, i've decided to just celebrate in KL city centre. We work and stay around KL but never have stay or experience KL city life. So i've search in Agoda for the nearest hotel from KLCC and KL Tower. The Pacific Regency Hotel is situated just in front of KL Tower and from the roof top swimming pool, we can see the whole city above the sky. When we check in, the hotel management had upgraded our room from superior to deluxe room with KL Twin Tower view!. Thank to agoda and the Hotel management. The room is very spacious with luxury interior and very nice bathroom with bathtub. From the living area and dining area, we can see KL Twin Tower view through a full glass wall. It was amusing. The swimming pool is at level 33 roof top. Swimming with KL Tower view and relax at the edge glass with direct view of KL Twin Tower and KL city view from the sky, it was very memorable moment and relaxing. From the roof top swimming pool pointing to the KL Tower, i've made my wife very excited. i told her, we going to have dinner there, above the sky!. That night we have dinner at Atmosphere 360 revolving restaurant, at top level KL Tower. Its was spectacular night. The view, interior and live band create a romantic ambiance and unforgettable memories in our life. After dinner, we get back to the hotel room and just hang out at the living area fronting the KL Twin Tower night view. It was very calm and spectacular night. My wife was very pleased for the birthday experience. Its was very enjoyment moment for us.

I have stayed in so many hotels in KL so far and I think PNB Darby Park is the best place to stay if u wanna feels like ur own home as it has spacious room, kitchen that u can cook with all the thing that u need from a knife to a microwave, rice cooker etc. In fact, the following week I came back to this place again. Definitely I like this place. Location also superb as the LRT station is just around the corner (Ampang Park Station- about 5mins walk), from there u can easily travel around KL city centre.

Very Recommended Hotel : - Infront Of Hotel is AVenue K Mall : Just Go Inside and 1 access same to Suria KLCC (very near to twin tower petronas) - Transport is MRT is very near, just go in Avenue K Mall , with Rapid KL LRT KLCC - this hotel is very cheap is you booking early - breakfast is very nice and many food you can pick - Room is very Nice View, clean, facilities is very good - many place you can go - Tranport another MRT, you can use Grab Car (Online transportation), GRAB is very Cheap between Uber or another Taxi Meter, Just download in Playstore or App Store - From Airport KLIA (kuala lumpur International airport), you can get to the hotel very simple : 1. From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

We had a great stay at this hotel. Small building but in a great location. You should request to have a room with the twin tower view, it was a sight to behold especially at night. Staff are friendly and no problem with checking in & out. I love their hydrotheraphy pool with warm water. You should also try their sky lounge where you can enjoy the view of the twin tower and kl tower while having coffee/tea or even just to relax. Room was clean, with big bed and comfy pillows. Though their tv is a bit old, still its ok. They have mini ref, elec.pot., and coffee/tea maker in the room. The bathroom was spacious, tub and shower were separated. Free wifi inside the room. Just a short distance to petronas, klcc, suria mall. And also walking distance to bukit nanas train station if you want to go to other places accessible via train and to kl sentral. Just in front of the station is the kl tower. Construction is on going beside petronas, i think it will block the view from the hotel of the twin tower once fully constructed since hotel maya is a just small building. So better stay here while it still offers great view of the tower. Overall, i love everying about this hotel. We didnt try their breakfast, as it's not included with the room that i booked, but there's no problem coz we ate at the mall beside petronas. Will definitely go back and stay here again if going back to kl.

this hotel is in a great location for klcc. a short (covered) walk takes you to the ampang park lrt station and shopping centre. klcc and the petronas towers are not much further, and within a short-ish walking distance. hotel breakfast was amazing - there was an incredible variety to choose from and all of it freshly prepared and of very high quality! the rooms were clean, a reasonable size and comfortable – we particularly liked the “rainforest” shower. we had great views of the french embassy and the mountains, but there was also a good view of the petronas towers and kl tower from the windows in the corridor. all-in-all, a good hotel which we would certainly try to use again.

this the best hotel that i've ever stayed in KL eventhough the distance to KLCC still far away but i don't mind it, because i can use bus go KL (free) and also grab with cheap price to all happening area. for people who travel with family or for business matter, it's so recommended!!! i like the bed, very comfortable, the bathroom has bathtub and shower, pantry, and living, and everything is clean....will be back to this hotel again while i'm travelling to KL

Most of what you need as a smart traveler is here. You pay just for the services you need. Great bed, hot and cold shower with Towels, shampoo and bath gel in one and liquid hand soap and hair dryer. Room has a small cabinet to hang clothes, safety deposit box, complimentary coffee, tea and water. Wifi is free as well. Breakfast is good and is included in the price. This is a sort of self service hotel..If you need anything like shaver and shaving cream, it is upon request and you will need to get it at the Front Desk...yes they won't deliver it to your room..fair enough for the price of the room. Near KL tower and Petronas..My husband and I just walked going there. There is a free bus going around to get to selected places in Bukit Bintang area. It is a purple and the bus stop is just beside the hotel..it could take you to the Pavilion Mall, Farenheit Mall, Star Gallery Mall, etc., Central Market. It was a great stay!

The Royale Chulan Hotel is a great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Good food, good hotel ambiance both the lobby and the room and very approachable hotel staff. The hotel truly feature a Malaysian architecture in a very relaxing mode. The location is very good and near the shopping malls and major streets. Very close to Petronas Tower and KL Tower. My wife and I had a great time in Royale Chulan. The hotel rate is very competetive compare to other major hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Truly, it gives value to your dollar.

I like the view of my room in 46th floor, I can see KL tower and "one" petronas tower, lol. Staffs are good, can communicate in English very well. Facilities are nice, new and clean. There's 3M water filtration in room, very easy to get drinkable water in such a hot city. Location, to be honest, is not very good. However, using grab and GOKL can help you to go everywhere. (Because I don't want to spend so much time on metro. Too many lines in KL)

our reaction when we first time enter the room was "wooow!". the room design is very exquisite and neat. they also have bathtub and they got massive size of bathroom. when i open the window curtain, i was blown away by the view. on the main window we can see the kl tower and the left little window we can see the magnificent petronas twin towers. the location is only 1 monorail away to bukit bintang. you actually can walk to the kl tower and petronas twin towers, its only about 10 minutes from this hotel. near this hotel you can go to hard rock cafe and seberal night clubs, but i prefer to stay in the room and enjoying the bath tub then relaxing in the room while looking at the kl tower and petronas twin towers at night. amazing view!

Location is excellent, just across the road to KLCC and nearby air-conditioned link bridge besides Impiana Hotel to Pavilion. Provides shuttle service at 11am & 3pm to KL Tower, Mid Valley and other hot spots. Do check with the hotel receptionist for updated shuttle service. Booked 2-bedroom apartment with attached bathroom in individual rooms. Clean and spacious. Breakfast on weekends in Tujo restaurant was unpleasant because it was crowded and insufficient seats. View at jacuzzi and swimming pool was good. Staff are friendly. I will consider staying at Ascott in my future visits to KL.

I looked long and hard for a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, I decided on the Nikko hotel mainly because of it's location, close to the twin towers! This was not too expensive considering it is a 5 star hotel, when we checked in the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room which was fantastic! It has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at, the room was huge, with a desk/workstation! Free Internet with excellent connection speed! Big bathroom. The food at this hotel was also excellent! The location is very close to everything! KL is not a huge city! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would make this hotel my first choice if I ever come to KL again!

The nearest Hotel to Kl best mall Pavilion Mall. The only hotel in Kl that has a HUGE bathtub overlooking the city on their basic room! Its not just a stay its an experience! Even if you're from Kl dont hesitate to choose this hotel for a staycation You pretty much have amazing view everywhere, from breakfast on the high floor overlooking klcc and kl tower, to the pool and even the rooftop bar at Vertigo

Stayed for 1 night here. Got a little confused with location of the hotel when I arrived as it is located at level 6, tower 3 of UTM residence (admin should have added this in hotel description). The check in process was fast and easy. Cleanliness well maintained, the hotel is new and stylish. I was lucky to get a room with KLCC and KL tower view. Thank you so much for that! Plenty of car parking lots available at reasonable rate (RM 3 per night after discount). Breakfast was not bad with different varieties. With the price I paid for, I can't ask for more. It was a satisfactory stay, I will come when a chance arise.

Flamingo By the Lake was a great place to stay set slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KL centre. Beautiful surrounds and very helpful staff. Rooms were decorated well with small balconies over-looking the lake. This hotel delivered high standards at a budget price - remarkable value for money. Do not be put of with the distance from KL centre - taxis are very cheap and easily arranged. You will save a fortune staying here and experience a quality hotel. I have also stayed at the Impiana as a comparison it is twice as expensive and about the same quality.

I was just 3 Days in KL , had a nice time in the Hotel. 10 Minutes by feet to the Twin Towers and 2 Min. by Grab Car. Grab Car is the best Option to move through KL. If you arrive at KLIA 1 take the Ekspress Train to KL City Central Station and order over your App in the Smartphone a Grab Car. It takes Minutes and it's Fantastic, very cheap nice Driver. All OK. I must come back to visit KL again , it's a real nice City with nice People, great and different food. Ralf Becker

Visiting KL overnight for a specific reason to experience the two greatest towers in Malaysia - KL tower and The Mighty Petronas Twin Towers. The best hotels to stay is nearby so we booked Impiana KLCC because of its affordable price for a 5 star hotel compared to its neighbours nearby. The hotel has a back view of Petronas towers from its back. The lobby and breakfast hall are gynormous. The staff helped us with our luggage without tips. The reception is very friendly.. There are free apples provided. The pool is beautiful with a view of Petronas towers at the back and right at the heart of CBD. There is a pool bar and spa beside the pool. The room is spacious with a bath tub and toilettries/water are provided including slippers. I specially like the soap quite creamy and milky. Window is spacious. Breakfast is plentiful with both local ans western cuisines. Overall I loved our stay here right beside KLCC and will definitely be back.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel

The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to do a shopping trip or even sight seeing. Pavilion was a 5 minute walk and if you go the other direction you can get to KLCC and the Pretronas towers in around 10 or 15. Also, the ride to the Batu Caves was quite fast and cost around 17 ringgit. The bathroom was nice however the hot water shower was old and poor pressure and also made a lot of noise when you turned on the pump. If the room had a mini fridge it would be perfect!! The staff member who checked us in was lovely, however the next day I went to ask the lady for no room service and she was a bit stand offish. Later that afternoon we went back for a sleep and had room service pounding on the door like crazy and trying to get in. This is the only negative thing I have and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to KL.
