"We really enjoyed our brief time in this hotel. Excellent location. 5-10 minute walk to Hang Tuah monorail and LRT. Even shorter walk to Jalan Alor. Maybe 10 to Changkat Bukit Bintang, 10-20 to the various shopping malls on Jalan Bukit Bintang. Very clean, modern setup. Concierge staff were great with booking Grabs, recommending food, and general info. Facilities were really good. Bed was comfy, there was a big variety for breakfast (both Asian and Western styles) and barista coffee(!!!), good showers, a bar, and the big downstairs/lobby hang out space was quite nice. We only stayed the one night so didn't totally get the hang of the iPad, but it was mostly pretty intuitive. "

"Pros: Tourists spots are just MRT or GrabCar away. Convenience to nearby malls, fastfood stalls, restaurants, and 2 mins. walk to Jalan Alor street market (food trip!) Family room is very spacious. Toilet and bath are separated, no more worrying who goes first. Common kitchen with coffee machine and toaster. Mini rooftop is a PLUS! - With wifi ang music. Cons: Slow Wifi connection inside the rooms but strong in the halls and lobby. Neighborhood consists a lot of bars and shopping malls especially the night market in Jalan Alor. This means it tends to be noisy event after midnight because of street performers especially if your room has a window. You have to reach the 2nd level for the reception so if you have heavy luggages, you need a lot of arm strenght to carry them during check in and out although staff wil help you but subject to availability. "Izumi hotel was the perfect hotel we were looking for. Excellent value for our money. Our family of 3 adults, a 7yo and a 3yo stayed comfortably in a family room. Breakfast was the same everyday but yummy. It has rice, noodles, porridge, chicken curry, sausage, eggs, toast, beans, fruits and sometimes vegetables too. Coffee and juice are also served. We stayed for 8nights and still look forward to breakfast everyday. They have hot and cold water dispenser in each floor which saved us a lot of money. A few steps away from the hotel is the Free Go KL city bus Bukit Bintang stop. 3 bus lines stop there so you can get home easily for free from anywhere around KL. Behind the hotel is the jalan alor food street. "
