for my first stay in kl city the grand millenium was an excellent choice. a very large number of staff to meet you on arrival, and from check in to check out 2 days later they could not have been more attentive or helpful. the hotel is idelly located in the heart of kl for those wishing to just have a casual wander around the many shopping malls, with access to the monorail system. we had breakfast included and found that the vast majority of dishes available were more suitaed to the asian guest rather than the international, service for eggs, pancakes was very slow, as was attracting the attention of the wait staff for tea/coffee.having said this however, the quality of food available was very good.we basically ended up only having toast, pastries as the wait for freash cooked eggs, pancakes etc took to long. we opted for late checkout on our final day as our flights were not leaving until late in the evening. the cost for this was a reasonalble 50% of the day price. the hotel is starting to look it's age with signs of damp, mould appearing in the rooms and some of the furniture looking a bit scratched and dated. internet access is available, however it is not free to guest's, a bit strange for a 5 star hotel? however we only paid rm135 for 3 days access, although access was denied early on the morning on the 3rd day. so a bit of a rip off there, as that equated to really only 2 days from the time of check in on day 1. the most expensive part of the hotels service that we used was laundry at a cost of over, extremely expensive by anyone's standards. many family groups use this hotel so be prepared for lots of noisy children around the place. overall a very good hotel with a large variety of guests from all over the world.well worth loooking at and we would most definately stay there again.

Very nice hotel at prime location of Bukit Bintang, the heart of tourists. Hotel is very nice with good facilities. Large comfortable beds, well working air -con and up to mark cleanliness of hotel. Breakfast of the hotel is simply best making it a remarkable stay. Would love to stay here in future. offcourse recommended. Monorail station is just one minute walk away. Only bad part of the hotel is the tourist-guide at the entrance of hotel (Probably Indian) who is annoying and instead of responding to your queries regarding directions of different destinations, will start selling you his expensive trip deals (in which he definitely gets commission). over all its one of the best hotel to stay in KL.

we booked this hotel as a nice place to stay after 7 months of backpacking and we weren't disappointed. we had booked a deluxe room but were upgraded to a suite on arrival. all of the staff we came in contact with were extremely pleasant and helpful. when we called reception for some water to be brought to the room or for the toilet door to be unlocked, someone came straight away. the area around the hotel is not in a slum at all. yes there are traffic works going on outside the hotel but this can't be classed as a slum and the works do not impact your stay. the hotel is a five minute walk to times square and you can also hop on the monorail a imbi to either take you to near china town or kl sentral if you were getting the airport link.  the true centre of bukit binktang is another 5 minute walk from times square but the humidity can get to you so hop on the monorail for 1.60rm for a few stops that will take you right to the centre. you can also catch the monorail from imbi to a station close to the petronas towers and menara kl tower. we used both the gym and the pool and were very happy with the service. you are provided towels, drinking water and both are clean and of a very good standard. the only negative, if you can call it that was the breakfast - yes it was crazy busy but a lot of the foods just weren't available no matter what time you went. such as fruit or eggs. however we did eat in e hotel restaurant twice in the evening and the food was very good. the concierge desk was very helpful. really we couldn't complain. yes this is not a 5 start but expect to get what you pay for and you'll be happy. if you want a true 5 star experience go for the shangri la.

We stayed in Doresett Regency for 4 nites and had a wonderful time. Everything was within walking distance and we saved travelling on monorails / buses / taxis. Great food can be found at Pavillion basement, Republic Foodcourt with reasonable price. If going out of KL to Sunway Pyramid, taxi can be easily boarded from outside the hotel. The taxi in Red & white colour charges a flat rate of (no meter) and the one in blue color (airport taxi) charges base on meter the fare can cost up to RM$45. Both are safe to board. Swimming pool water was abit cold. We had a good time. There is a direct coach thats leave and arrive at the doorstep of the hotel - Luxury Tours & Travel from Singapore. About 6 hours journey.

I love staying in apartments/ residence like this instead of one small hotel room as I do not require any service during the stay at all. Enjoyed the good size of the one bedroom appartment. Nobody was coming to the room (housekeeping) after requested. The area for improvement is Internet...and maybe a little of sofa / carpet/ towels' cleanliness, I feel, but in general it was ok. The location is very convenient if you like to walk to Twin towers or just to Pavilion shopping centre (10 min) otherwise taxi will cost you 5-10 Ringit only. Every taxy driver knows the location of this hotel well. Don't use taxied nearby hotel - that are very rude and give only fixe rate that is 4-5 times more as other metres taxies!!!!! Best ask considered to book or call yourself to local metre taxy, faster and better service will be!!!!! Yes, many cafés are down the street for those who need party time otherwise just simply go to any sightseen places - all nearby. Need to say Japanese Manager was very professional and so was the staff: Chinese/ Japanese and Indian ladies were very friendly, Japanese concierge was very helpful as well, I liked also that Security guys are always smiling and welcoming when see you, especially Indian one.

while i read other reviews before booking, many of which commented on the decor being tired and dated this didn't put me off and i'm thrilled it didn't! yes the rooms are a little dated, however, upgrades are taking place and not in a disruptive way. from the very second we pulled up to the hotel until we left the service experience was 5 star all the way. every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! check-in was a delight and simple. as was check out. i was in kuala lumpur for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and upon return from shopping on my birthday, the hotel had delivered a beautiful birthday cake with compliments of the hotel to the room. i had not mentioned my birthday so was completely surprised. the room was very clean and cleaned daily to a high standard. beds were very comfortable as were the lovely pillows, with sheets changed daily. we made use of the pool which was lovely, private and clean. we dined at "the taj" restaurant within the hotel one evening not only was the food fantastic, the executive chef came to our table to ensure all was well. the location of the hotel was fantastic within easy walking distance of many malls and food outlets of both restaurants and stall variety. i was thoroughly impressed with my stay at the federal and will stay there when next in kl. to put this into perspective, i stay in many hotels (as a flight attendant) and i could best describe this hotel as a grand old lady with good old-fashion service! the staff are a credit!

Once again Agoda delivered the best rate on an impressive room in a great hotel. You will see my review twice as I made two bookings for two rooms. We stayed 6 nights - family of five people spread across two rooms - both were one bedroom deluxe rooms on the "serviced apartments" side of the hotel. I highly recommend this side of the hotel for families as the rooms are massive and ideal for kids. From the minute we arrived the staff were attentive and professional. Our every request was met promptly. The pool area and gym are both very good. I used the gym every day. The pool is only in full sun during the mornings so it's not perfect for afternoon sunbathing but it's perfect for avoiding sunburn and young kids especially. The kids club was also useful - we didn't use it much but it was a great distraction for the kids at times. I really liked the location - excellent shopping at the Pavilion across the road and then BB plaza is just another 5 minutes walk. A very highly recommended hotel - especially for those wanting big rooms & great service.

I stayed for one night at a studio room in Berjaya Times Square Hotel on the 10th of July 2014. Here is my detailed review of the place. 1. Check In & Customer Service I emailed the reservation team a few hours before my arrival regarding wanting a room on a higher floor with a view. Reservation team replied almost instantly and told me my room was ready for me. Upon arrival, I paid a deposit of RM100 and got the cards to my room within minutes. It was the keys to the studio on the 41st floor, the third highest floor of the building. Staffs were really friendly and courteous and were always smiling. I also enquired if I could go for breakfast earlier, the staff tried calling the relevant dept. to find out if it was possible but she couldn't get through so she took the liberty to come up all the way to my room to inform me personally but I was in the shower. Great job on the excellent customer service. 2. Room So my room was Room 41-12, Studio Room, Berjaya Times Square Hotel. To be honest, for what I paid and the great location it is at, I wasn't expecting for something excellent but mind you, I was completely blown away, everything was perfect! A) Room was HUGE. I had three parts to the toilet; (the bathtub, the shower and the toilet as well as two sinks). And then there were three parts of the room as well; (the main entrance & the kitchen, the living area, the bedroom) B) Beautiful & Stunning view. Pictures are attached. Couldn't stop taking pictures of the beautiful view of KL skyline from my room on the 41st floor. It was a beautiful view to look at and de stress. Felt so good waking up to the view. Also oversees the pool on the 14 or 15th floor. C) Was also given welcome fruits (Bananas & Apples) placed on the dining table. I fell in love with the hotel as soon as I saw my room. I could have spend all day long in the room. A couch in the hall to watch tv, a comfortable bed and a king's like toilet. :) 3. LOCATION. Excellent location. 5 stars

If you like modern but cozy, Piccolo is for you. As you enter the lobby cum restaurant, you'll be greeted with a grand piano, high ceiling, comfy chairs, and friendly/courteous service. Check-in was super quick. The hallway to our room, however, was a big creepy. It was adorned with large photos of underwater sea life (I'm a diver), but the lighting was a dark blue, so a bit eerie. But once you open the door to your room, a spacious haven welcomes you. The first thing you'll see is the high ceiling, large bed, colored walls and furniture, and this island separate from and outside of the shower and toilet (which are separated by frosted glass), which is a combination of the sink, fridge, storage, safe, and wardrobe. It's great because there were three of us, and we could all wash our hands from both sides of the island. Speaking of the third bed, we paid for it on Agoda, and the room wasn't set up with it, but during check-in, they quickly informed housekeeping, and someone rolled in a portable bed that was comfortable and the sheets neatly tucked in. The room itself was very 'long', so even with the big bed, extra bed, sofa, coffee table, and velvet chair, I think it could easily fit 10 people. The LCD TV, while it's an average size, seems small because of the elongated room. There were large mirrors everywhere, the shower had a rain shower, and lighting was good and plenty. We had a view of the entrance of Pavilion Mall. The hotel's only a block from it. If you head in the opposite direction, you'll be swarmed with massage parlors, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Jalan Alor is just a 5 minute walk, so go there for a long stretch of good street food (which are actually good local restaurant food but you can sit outside on the street, plus there are street vendors selling snacks and what not). Checkout was also a breeze. We left our luggage so we could go out for lunch, and the taxi counter lady helped us with a large taxi booking.

I stayed in one of the single rooms in this hotel during my 5-day stay in Kuala Lumpur last week. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lobby, dining hall, hallways, and room were clean and elegant. The bed was comfortable, airconditioning was great, and the bathroom spacious, stocked with needed supplies (shower cap, comb, soap, shampoo, lotion, toothbrush, towels), and equipped with a good shower and toilet. There's a safe inside the closet, and an extra pillow as well if needed. One thing to consider when booking the Standard Single Room is the space for luggage. For me, it was no problem as I only have a small luggage bag and a backpack, but for others who might have a lot more bags with them, booking a bigger room type might be something to consider. The staff present were all nice and helpful, communicated well, and assisted me in both check-in and a late-night check-out. Room service and clean-up was on point. If you have any questions or some requests and concerns, it is really recommended that you talk to the staff since they'll do what they can to help you out, which they did in my case. WiFi was fast. Breakfast was simple but good (there were cereals, coffee, tea, porridge, egg, various pastries and bread when I was there.) As for location, it was perfect. It is a walkable distance to two stations (Imbi and Bukit Bintang), as well as several malls (Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza, and about 10 minutes walk to get to Pavilion.). There is a lot of places to eat at. Just in that vicinity and not even at the mall areas yet, there are cafes, buffet restaurants, and hawker stalls. Across from the hotel is a 7-11 convenience store as well. I had no problem walking from the malls and back to the hotel in the evenings (around 10pm to 11pm) since there is almost always people walking around, well-lit, and had quite a busy road. It's also easy to get to via Uber / Grab and we had no trouble locating the area. From KL Sentral (if you're not

STAFF FROM ALL AREAS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. THE ROOM IS LARGE AND EVEY CONRNER OF THE ROOM IS IN PERFECT CONDITION, CLEAN AND THE LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO DETAILS IS UNBELIEVABLE. EVEYTHING IN THE ROOM WORKS FINE WHERE I FIND IT HARD TO FIND IN SOME OF THE 5 STARS HETEL. I REALLY LIKE TO CONGRATUALTE THE MANAGEMENT TO BE ABOVE TO PROVIDE THE LEVEL OF STANDARD AS 5 STAR HOTEL WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO RATE THAT ABOVE 5 STAR. WE ALWAYS WANTED TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT NOT ABLE TO SECUE THE BOOKING PREVIOUSLY. I LIKE TO THANK THE MANAGEMENT FOR SUCH A PLEASENT STAY AND HOPE TO STAY IN YOUR HOTEL IN FUTURE AGAIN.

Melia is by far under-rated. Hailing from Mauritius, we regularly spend weekends at hotels and we have been lucky to experience some of the best hotels in the world on our home soil. Melia has set the standard as the best hotel we have stayed in on foreign soil. Infrastructure wise, the only down was the unavailability of the swimming pool which is currently under renovation. Even then, we were informed that the hotel had made arrangements with the hotel next door so that residents may use their pool during the day. The staff are ever so helpful and kind at heart - always ready to go the extra mile. We wanted to complete some shopping in the area and got a late checkout with absolutely no fuss! They even proposed to keep our luggage if we wanted to continue shopping in/visiting the surrounding until we are ready to leave. We even got offered a shower room facility to freshen up before leaving. The panoramic lifts are a great feature. Room was clean and corridors feel cozy with soft carpet throughout. Ideally located opposite Berjaya Times Square and several 24hour shops/groceries around. Only a few minutes walk from the bustling Jalan (Road) Bukit Bingtang and Jalan Alor (the place for food). Cannot end without mentioning 'The Level' experience. A premium experience we paid for and which exceeded our expectations by miles! I will not spoil it by revealing the exclusivities reserved for 'The Level' guests. A big shout out to 'Naleni' who was a great ambassador of Melia. I hope the hotel will earn its 5th star by the time we are back for our next visit in KL.

This is a new hotel situated in the middle of KL's entertainment district. Hotels are star rated on amenities and I couldn't fault Invito in its four star rating as it has everything one would expect of a hotel at this standard. But the service, staff attitude, cleanliness and general happy feeling in this place is definitely five star. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant (Hubba Hubba) has great happy hour deals. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on drinks at all times. Happy hour seems to go on for most of the day! WiFi is free and fast, car parking is free for guests, secure and and well organised as you use your room key to enter and leave it. This means that they allow you to offload your luggage, check in and go to your room leaving your car on the forecourt for a short while then you can transfer it to the car park when you are ready. Check out is the same in reverse. Much better than getting special passes and ticket waivers like most places. No issue with noise in the rooms although we stayed on a Sunday and Monday night when Cangkat Bukit Bintang is a bit quieter. Asked for high floor and got the 17th, facing Cangkat. Niggles - the beds are a bit short for taller people but it didn't bother me much and I am almost 6 ft. Some of the TV channels were very low in volume hard to hear even when turned up full. Restaurant is not on the hotel billing system so you have to pay cash or credit card every time. But it makes checkout just a simple matter of handing in your room keys if you have paid for the room in advance and don't use the laundry service. Didn't try hotel breakfast as there are plenty of options nearby. Given the excellent price this is my number one recommendation for mid-range hotels in KL. Hope they can keep up the high standard.

the hotel is well located ih the bukit bintang area, very near to lowyat (IT mall), sungei wang (clothes, shoes, etc mall), various delicious restaurant (pls try maggi goreng at arraziq nasi kandar resto right in front of lowyat), near to berjaya times square where u can find everything, also near to durian stall at jl medan imbi. then the amenities, inside the room u'll get towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap and cotton bud. the room was big, for me it's above spacious, the bed was king size it can fit 1 whole family (2 parrent, 2 kids) or 4 grown middle size women. there's a fitness centre, bussiness centre for free, no resto but no problem there's a cheap resto few steps away in front of the hotel. the bathroom was spacious, water pressure was the best! i love it. i would definetely stay at this hotel again! oh and one more thing, there's no airport transfer but u can ask the receptionis to book u a taxi with flat rate 90rm. enjoy your stay!

This was my first visit to Gold 3 Boutique Hotel. After searching some low cost but nice hotel in Agoda's website, I found this thematic hotel. At first sight I really like the interior, because it was really simple, minimalist and filled with old and unique cameras hanging on the wall. The price were affordable and the most important was the location of the hotel was very strategic at the center of Bukit Bintang, and it was about 1 minutes walks to Bukit Bintang MRT, Monorail and Pavilion Mall. The room was clean but unfortunately the room I booked was really small especially if we bring some big suitcases. Overall I was satisfied spent the night at this hotel.

These comments are based on my children's feedback. I arranged our travel long back until when it is time to go-I had to cut short my trip leaving my children on their own to the hotels I've booked for us. One of which is this hotel. In all the hotels they've been, Swiss Hotel was the best for them. They regret that they were booked in a different hotel prior to Swiss nor to be transferred to another hotel. They really enjoyed staying in this hotel because it's like a second home for them even in my absence. The best experience of their first travel out of the country aside from seeing the beautiful sight of petronas was to be in Swiss. My daughter who happen to be a graduate of HRM was so impressed the way the staff would take care of their guest. Making sure that everything is ok upon arrival, until they were in the room. As they go around, they were usherred and given the necessary help. The facilities are well kept and well maintained, very clean, with a very high standard of service. Keep it up!!!

I stayed here for 2 nights on 3rd October 2018. Its not your usual run of the mill hotel. Its a nice artistic hotel + gallery with art pieces - paintings, sculptures(even toys) - everywhere! In the lobby, along the room corridor, staircase, even in your room! The lift - like stepping into a (night) club! The room - painted in dark colors. Very modern. But no fridge or cupboard. Only 2 hangers and wall hooks to hang your stuff. A kettle and coffee powder packet. The beds in the room are those Japanese style, mattress placed on a raised platform. This I found very uncomfortable as if you want to sit and do some packing or eating, you gotta sit on the mattress which is on the raised platform. If you are a senior citizen, or suffer from back pain or knee pain then this is gonna be a problem for you. Sad to say, the breakfast is sad. More of the layout of the budget breakfast items - the foldable tables, the plastic washbucket to place used plastic utensils there, the plastic bag with...

Izumi hotel is the a recommended place to all travellers...even there's no restaurant in the hotel...but.....Izumi hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed... although with a cheap price, but the service at this hotel is not disappointing .... the location of the hotel is also very close to the location of shopping malls and food hawker centers ... its employees also very friendly ... the hotel room is also very clean and the towels we use are always replaced with new ones every day ... the rooms are also not smelly and clean ... and I would recommend this hotel to other friends and I would be willing to stay in this hotel again ...thank you Izumi hotel 😘😘

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (Double Bed + Single Bed). It was pretty small and the beds took up most of the space but we were out all day everyday and only needed it to sleep and to keep our luggage + shopping securely so it was perfect in that sense. There was a leak in the water tank of the water closet (no, not the toilet pipe!) and even though they weren't able to fix it during our stay we didn't mind it as much because they cleaned and put new bath mats everyday. The bathroom also had glass walls with thick frosted stickers, which we thought was a bit weird but you couldn't see through. Best of all, this is CENTRALLY LOCATED!!! 10 min walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, 10 mins to Lot 10 Hutong Food Court, 15 mins to Pavilion Mall, 20 mins to Berjaya Times Square, and just 5 mins away from one of KL's best night life destinations - Changkat Bukit Bintang! All in all, this is a pretty decent hotel, considering what you pay! Would definitely stay again 👍

As the title goes the hotel fits every aspect of traveler. Value for money with slightly priced above rm200 you get a four star international hotel. The location is superb which located in the heart of KUala lumpur. Nearby, you will find a lot of restaurants and convenient store. Easy access to transportation. light rail transit and monorail just a stone throw away. Big shopping malls like Kuala Lumpur time square, lot 10., the branded and high end mall star hill and pavilion are within walking distance. The only set back was the buffet breakfast which was not really have a many choices. Anyway with this kind of price I can't expect they can offer a great buffet. I will give a 9.5 out of 10 for the price and the standard of the hotel been offered.

The Hotel Imperial is in the best location in the central Bukit Bintang shopping + restaurant area of KL. Walk out the door + walk across the road to Jln Alor, the famous night open air restaurant street. Turn left from the hotel + walk in 100 m to Bukit Bintang the main shopping street. When u reach the large KFC on the corner walk left or right along Bukit Bintang to more restaurants + shops than u can choose from. Turn to the right at KF + walk about 100 m along Bukit Bintang then cross the street along a side Street to Low Yat Plaza, the multi level mobile phone, IT + computer centre. Its all around u. The Imperial has excellent helpful polite staff + comfortable clean rooms to use as your perfect base. Explore the fantastic range of shops + restaurants all within easy walking distance. You will go back. I do.

A hotel is a rented home where to stay 3-5 days. I had visited many countries & stayed in many hotels. Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang hotel is a place where I was much happy because of the hotel's location, room's cleanliness, stuff's politeness, immediate actions of any demands & cordial behaviours. During the breakfast i was introduced with some ppl, most of them were repeated guest who stays here. Since last 4days (18th Feb, 2018) i was staying there with my wife & 1 year old baby. Suddenly at midnight of yesterday (21st Feb) my baby was facing high fever but was feeling better at morning. So, for half an hour i was out of the hotel & suddenly got a call when my wife was loudly crying & let me know that baby's temperature has suddenly increased & baby was shaking his body, twisting & rolled over his eyes. I was just running to the hotel. When reached there i had noticed that my Shona was senseless, wife was running to the hotel lobby, the GM of the hotel with some stuffs are also running, already arranged a taxi, advised us to take the necessary documents & the AGM of the hotel took our bag & taken us to the hospital, did every thing for us in the hospital (described baby's condition to the hospital ppl, bought foods etc) From the very beginning to till released & returned back to the hotel Ms.Ajarishah (AGM) was with us. After our return to the hotel to till our leaving (today) every stuffs was asking about my baby. These ppl did something that we were feeling that we are leaving our family in Malaysia. At present we have safely reached in my country, baby has still fever but better now. Alhamdulillah. We are thankful to all the stuffs of Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang Hotel. We'll never forget you.

Loctaion the location is great, nearest to the alor street and yet it wont be noisy at all at night, as it just behind the night market street and not the same row as the market. There are lots of convenient shops for groceries and walking distance to the mrt station heading to sungai wang, pavilion , timesquare, lowyat, lot10 etc. Room small but comfortable room, they provided simple toothbrush, mini toothpaste, shampoo, soap, slippers, 2 mineral water (500ml), etc. The rooms are without window but they are bright and cozy with the light color painting and furnitures. TV, Aircons works well for our stay (stayed twice so far). *the only cons might be the absence of hair dryer. Price totally worth it, i cant find any better hotel even if i top up my budget to less than rm 200 for a standard room. Staff All the staff are helpful and really friendly, they greet you politely with smile. Experience We had stayed here for our second time and had booked again for the coming trip.

JW Marriot has been one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in a 5-star. it has a perfect location with all the shopping malls alongside and right in the centre of the city where everything is easily approachable. All kinds of restaurants are just nearby, ranging from arabic, indian, english and malaysian cuisines. the staff was very warm welcoming and helpful if i needed to go anywhere, they guided me properly with everything. Rooms were impressive, spacious and luxurious. the best part were the fabulous chain of star restaurants within the premises that were beautifully made and oraganized.

1. Location - Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang area. It's walking distance to malls, probably about 10 mins. But I would advise taking an Uber for safety reason. It's near to Pavillion, Farenheit 88, and all the malls around the golden triangle. 2. F&B - The hotel is surrounded by F&B outlets around the area. There is a bakery right opposite, then a cafe on the same row (looks like a popular cafe, looked full house in the morning). At night, there is a bar just at the corner of the same row and many more 3. The room - I stayed in the Loft room. it's perfect. the room is quiet, spacious with it's unique duplex design. bathroom, closet and study desk at the lower floor, bed and TV on the upper. Nice amount of space for two people. Modern and minimalist design. Great value for the amount we paid.
