Upon arrival, my first impression of the hotel was that it was beautifully presented. Staff were all so helpful and friendly and I never ONCE had to open a door. Definitely excellent service. Check in was super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is right next to Pavillion shopping centre which is one of the major shops and a 2 min walk to the Bukit Bintang Monorail, Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. The buffet breakfast is delicious - there was nothing they didnt have and it was very filling. The hotel also has its own club, Pulse. Which is a small r&b, hip hop club with excellent entertainment. If you want to shop and eat, this is ideally one of the best/most conveniently located hotels in bukit bintang. I would definitely recommend it.

I am very happy to be staying at the Royal Kuala Lumpur Hotel, a strategic location near Bukit Bintang MRT station, Alor street, Pavillion Mall, Sungei Wang Mall, Lot 10 Mall, Berjaya Times Mall. Room space is clean and big, Toilet was big. Facilities are good, there is a swimming pool, Gym area, Sauna. Very friendly hotel staff, special thanks to Mr Francis as Front Office Manager, he was very friendly and very helpful when our taxi got stuck in front of the hotel. Greetings from long eyelashes Miss, sir 🤣. I will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur. Thanks Hotel Royal Kuala Limpur for its service

The family room at the furama hotel bukit bintang is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, small office and a living room. The hotel also offers a decent view of the city - including the tip of the petronas towers and the KL tower. The hotel is located near bukit bintang which is a haven for those who would love to shop. Shopping malls near the area (walking distance) are Berjaya Times Square, Sungei Wang, Bukit Bintang Shopping Mall, Farenheit 88 and the Pavilion. It is also very accessible; in fact, it is one of the hotels which you can immediately see when you enter KL (from the airport). The buffet breakfast is good. There was a wide variety of choices - both local and international cuisine were well represented on the menu. The swimming pool is cute and small, but no worries, there are lots of activities in store for you in Kuala Lumpur that you would not mind to miss on the swimming part. The hotel also has fast wifi/internet connection (good thing that wifi is free in the agoda deal) otherwise, wifi could be a bit costly in this hotel as they charge every 10 hours. All in all, we had a good stay in furama hotel. Although the service and friendliness of the staff needs improvement, I will still want to go back to this hotel.

hotel location is near bukit bintang and opposite popular shopping mall, paragon. good restaurants are within walking distance. this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in kl. however, the only area which requires improvement is the breakfast buffet. given a five star hotel, it is expected to have a wide range of choices but it appears to be quite disappointing and service is poor due to lack of staff.

Will definitely be back to stay. Great location and clean room. This hotel is near Bukit Bintang, Sungei wang, jalan alor and petaling street. Imbi mrt station is just next to Berjaya time square hotel and shopping mall. Just a little disappointed that we could not check in early as we arrived in the morning around 6.30am. Overall, still worth staying here. Highly recommended to those who wan to stay near shopping mall and mrt station

This is my second review about this hotel. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days this time so I can write a bit more. Location is the main reason that we chose this hotel. It is in the middle of Bukit Bintang and within 4 minutes walk to the Monorail station. Lot 10 shopping centre is next to this hotel. At the basement of Lot 10 there is a food court with many varieties of food that you can choose. Other shopping centres like Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Berijaya Time square Shopping mall and Pavilion KL are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Jalan Alor with different hawker styles Food Street is also 5-10 minutes walk away. So, you will have different varieties of food for you to choose. There is free shuttle bus running nearly every hour from Bukit Bintang (outside Bukit Bintang Plaza by Starbuck Café) to Central Market which is also near China Town so you can tour around China Town as well as do your shopping. The room is in reasonable size with plenty room moving around. The washing basin inside the room is a bit strange but we find it OK. Water is very hot and air conditioning works well. Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Room is very clean and daily refill of packets of coffee, tea and toiletries. The hotel also supplies daily newspaper (you can choose Chinese or English newspaper). We went to Meleka for few days and we could store our luggage with the hotel. On the whole we are very happy with this hotel and will return to stay whenever we visit KL again.

I travel and stay at this hotel several times a year, mainly for Business. I have taken my family on occasions and the Residential apartments are ideal for families. This hotel has really good facilities, is in an excellent location in the heart of Bukit Bintang area. The Hotel staff are professional, well trained and make you feel welcome.The Hotel has excellent, Chinese, Italian and Steak restaurants that offer great food at reasonable prices. My last visit to the hotel was with my family and one of my children has allergies. I emailed in advance of our stay the Executive Chef who made a point of personally attending to our child's dietary needs, which was outstanding service! We even had a chef walk around the entire international buffet with us and explain what was suitable for my son to eat and what wasn't. I'm a Starwood Preferred Guest which is a good value hotel Loyalty programme which i would also recommend. I would also recommend upgrading to Club Benefits when booking or checking in, you don't need to be a Starwood member to be eligible. It's great value and the lounge has just be renovated too. The Hotel rooms are spacious, clean with excellent beds and bed linen. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler or anyone traveling with families.

Location: Meliá is very good. 1.) it’s near Bukit Bintang from hotel takes 5 minutes walk there. 2.) It’s around 1 minutes walk to hotel from Imbi monorail station and around 10 minutes walk to Pavilion. 3.) For Twin Tower, it takes around 20-25 minutes walk from hotel. It’s is convenience to everywhere. Accommodation: The hotel has renovations in 2018 as I found the details from internet. 1.) The room inside is good and clean, it’s will not affect the guest even some of outside wall are still under renovation. 2.) Also the housekeeper has refill those shampoo/body wash for us daily, but bathroom is missing shaving razor, hope to improve in future. 3.) Bathroom Mirror has fog after shower and can seen the housekeeper clean the mirror from different different directions and leave some hairy on mirror. Hope they can clean the mirror in same direction with detergent as it’s look ghost shade for me. I am little bit disappointed for this matter. 4.) Sofa has some yarn come out. Hope the sofa width become more longer as sit/sleep there is not enough comfortable. 5.) Hope the desk and side table will be renovation as the wooden color looks old. 6.) Hope all rooms with bathtub in future. 7.) The main entrance and hall: it’s look older than the photos, but this is acceptable as still same as photo. Hope to improve the marble stone more shiny as it will looks more good for the hall. Breakfast: Our room is excluded the buffet breakfast, we have pay to try one day. It’s quite more choice for breakfast and it’s is same as expect as 4 star hotel. It’s surprise as many type of bread for chosen. Total conclusions: CP Rate (Cost Performance Rate) is high and price matched to 4 star hotel expected. We would like to stay again next time in Kuala Lumpur and highly recommend this hotel.

Last time I was in KL I stayed near Chinatown but coming back with wife and 2 kids (7 and 9) was looking for somewhere central to Bukit Bintang and with a pool but looking for space for kids the major chains were too expensive for our liking. This place is fairly new (limited reviews when booked) and fits the bill. It’s very central (5 – 10 min walk) from Pavilion, Lot 10 or Jalon Alor with 2 MRT stations and the free Go KL bus also within 5 minutes. On the short walk to Jalon Alor you pass many western style bars but I actually found the food at the Lot 10 food court (apparently a re-location of a variety of the best Hawker stalls) to be better. Air Asia adjusted flight schedules which meant as a family we sampled the Studio Deluxe (full occupancy) for a night before moving into the 2 bedroom deluxe. Obviously the Studio was a bit of a squeeze for the family but the 2 bedroom was a very good size with amenities that allowed us to make our own breakfast etc. We had one morning at the Hubba Bubba and found the selection limited (though egg man was good) as well as being too dark to see anything and it appears that this is a developing relationship between the two businesses. For example Invito gave us “welcome drink” drink coupons (no conditions stipulated) to this adjoining bar but they won’t get you any beer or wine, just soft drink. Staffs were all friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations for surrounding area – with guidance allowing us to easily take public transport to the Batu Caves, saving a fair amount from a tour. The pool was very good, shallow across the entire pool (about 1m deep) but bigger than it looks in the pictures allowing for lap swimming and play. The same level has good relaxing space if you have a smaller room as well as laundry facilities. If you were in town for extended business or just a short break this place would suit you well.

I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss Garden, Bukit Bintang If you are planning a stay here, please do bring a jacket with you because the air-conditioning in the room can go down to 10c which is crazy but I absolutely love it. The only downfall I have is the pool and the breakfast option. The pool is small, but still a good pool, it didn't bother me much and I saw some kids swimming happily. The breakfast was a big let down. I expected so much more, they have a good variety of breads, but lack on the buffet trays. The room was very comfortable and spacious, tv channels are great and staff are friendly. The bathroom is in beautiful marble with a rain shower. There is also a mini fridge too. You can easily walk out to bars and cafes nearby, Jalan Alor and there's a really great Arab restaurant across the street which is divine. I'll definitely stay here again nevertheless.

Great place to stay with spacious clean room and walking distance to the Bukit Bintang MRT station, Plaza Low Yat and other Bukit Bintang shopping malls. Many convenience stores nearby. For my husband he did not like the bed because it is too soft and not stable (wobbly) for him. The bed is fine for me. We have always stayed in this hotel during our stay in Kuala Lumpur and the hotel overall is always clean and well maintained. The staff are also helpful. Bravo and keep up the good work! Recommended for those who prefer to stay in 3 star hotels as it is a value for money.

Excellent option to stay in Bukit Bintang, is located within 3 to 5 minutes walk to any hotspot in Bukit Bintang. The hotel was 5months old at the time of our stay. Provide us with comfort stay; clean rooms, in room amenities, and if you're lucky you'll easily get the view of KL tower right at your room window. The corner rooms are well designed to make good use of the space, therefore it would be a little too squeezy. Each floors equipped with drinking water filter for easy refills. Hotel located just paralel to jalan Bukit Bintang and adjacent to Jalan Alor, is convenient yet provides you a quiet environment for quality sleep. Close to the crowd but somehow quiet. Small hotel but i guess is just what you need when you intend to shop. Parking is easily available behind the hotel, right from the parking lot there is a small access to connect you right into Jalan Alor. Service provided was great. Staff are friendly and fulfilling. Couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a good value hotel to stay in Bukit Bintang area, this would be it!

One of the best hotels with reasonable price in bukit bintang. Newly refurbished property. Very helpfull staffs. The beds are super comfy for a boutique hotel. Was an excellent place to get a good nights rest after a busy day. Toilets are very clean.I will recommend vivids hotel to all my circle of family n friends. A 10/10 from me for sure. Very good channel selections as well for cable tv. Very happy guest.

We've stayed here twice now and loved our stay both times. Brand new hotel at the quiet end of Bukit Bintang. Short drive to KL Central, walk to eat street Jalan Alor. Nice modern rooms, good wifi and A/C, lovely rooftop pool. It's like a 5 star hotel without the price tag... We also love Ali's Food Corner for cheap and delicious eats. Mercure Shaw Parade is our go to hotel when in KL. Only let down is the heavily overpriced beer at the pool!!

its really near to bukit bintang MRT station..only walked for 3minute...this hotel in front of JL alor..U can access KL by GOKL FREE bus and their hotel just near that GOKL bus top... when we first arrived and check in..their staff really fast to serve us..eventhough they give us early check in...so its really nice!!! 1st day theres a problem with their Aircon then we smelled like burning things..we called their staff and check our room why suddenly back out and smelled like burning..so their staff come then check..they change our room from 2nd floor to 5floor and that room we can see the KL twin tower.. eventhough their hotel like old hotel but their service really makes us happy thanks Imperial bukit bintang hotel...

the location of the hotel is really strategic if you are looking for inexpensive, just for sleep and rest or freshen up in between shopping. all malls are within walking distance and Bukit Bintang MRT station. it is off the main road Jalan Bukit Bintang so noise at night from traffic is not there apart from the restaurants right opposite the hotel. i got a free upgrade to a double room and that really made my day. i would recommend staying here if you want to do shopping at pavillion, lot 10, fahrenheit 88. but elsewhere if you want more accessibility to LRT.

A hotel is a rented home where to stay 3-5 days. I had visited many countries & stayed in many hotels. Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang hotel is a place where I was much happy because of the hotel's location, room's cleanliness, stuff's politeness, immediate actions of any demands & cordial behaviours. During the breakfast i was introduced with some ppl, most of them were repeated guest who stays here. Since last 4days (18th Feb, 2018) i was staying there with my wife & 1 year old baby. Suddenly at midnight of yesterday (21st Feb) my baby was facing high fever but was feeling better at morning. So, for half an hour i was out of the hotel & suddenly got a call when my wife was loudly crying & let me know that baby's temperature has suddenly increased & baby was shaking his body, twisting & rolled over his eyes. I was just running to the hotel. When reached there i had noticed that my Shona was senseless, wife was running to the hotel lobby, the GM of the hotel with some stuffs are also running, already arranged a taxi, advised us to take the necessary documents & the AGM of the hotel took our bag & taken us to the hospital, did every thing for us in the hospital (described baby's condition to the hospital ppl, bought foods etc) From the very beginning to till released & returned back to the hotel Ms.Ajarishah (AGM) was with us. After our return to the hotel to till our leaving (today) every stuffs was asking about my baby. These ppl did something that we were feeling that we are leaving our family in Malaysia. At present we have safely reached in my country, baby has still fever but better now. Alhamdulillah. We are thankful to all the stuffs of Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang Hotel. We'll never forget you.

I stayed in JW Marriott KL from 6th to 8th September 2018. The upgraded room given to me was very nice and spacious. This is my 1st time staying at JWM KL and it has been a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly. Location is excellent, just opposite Pavilion and walking distance to Lot 10 / Bukit Bintang area. Breakfast spread at Shook café was ok. Rooms are renovated recently, so quite new and modern, and spacious. The rooms are great but the pillows is too soft! Worth staying. Way better than The Westin which is next door. If you consider to stay at around Bukit Bintang area, JWM could be the best choice for your stay in Kuala Lumpur. Loving this place. Will definitely come back to JWM everytime we visit Kuala Lumpur. We booked the luxe room and i really love everything bout the room especially the unique window... the staffs were so friendly and helpful..great location too..near bukit bintang and easy access to restaurants, malls and bars...it's just that we were supposed to get welcoming drinks upon arrival which we didn't..but that's not a big deal..and one of the electric socket in our room which is connected to the bedside table lamp is broken..that's it..everything else was perfect!!
