Stayed for 5 days in Da Nang and came over... It was a hotel I booked just to relax... It was much better than I expected~ Unlike other hotels, there were many foreigners, so it felt more like a resort... I booked a room right next to the pool because I have a 7-year-old, but... Although I wanted to play in the pool to my heart's content because it was directly connected to the room... my child had a fever, so only the adults enjoyed the pool... -_-;; It's close to the old town and there are many good restaurants around, and the resort atmosphere is completely relaxing, so it was really good~ The only downside is... it's on the first floor, so there were some mosquitoes and ants... The ceiling is high, so it's difficult to catch mosquitoes;;; We sprayed mosquito repellent before going to bed... -_-;;; The mosquitoes only bit my child;;; And foreigners were talking by the pool until late at night... It was echoing... Even though it was past midnight, it didn't end, so when I told the front desk, they immediately stopped it... They apologized and let us eat what we took out of the refrigerator for free when we checked out the next day... They were very generous... Hoi An was also nice, but I think this resort was even better~ If I come here next time... I want to stay for a week alone with a book~ If you need a break, don't rush around with a tight schedule, bring a book and enjoy the leisure by the pool in the middle of the day~~~ Highly recommended.

When I asked the taxi driver to take me to the old town from Da Nang, he dropped me off at this Hoi An Historic Hotel. I was resting in the lobby and found the atmosphere very calming. Since I hadn't decided on a place to stay for the day, I looked it up and found that they had rooms available. The room was spacious and had a lovely colonial-style interior, which was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I ended up staying for another night in the city and had a delicious breakfast, although I couldn't eat it slowly due to time constraints, which was a shame. If I ever go back to Hoi An, I will definitely stay at this Historic Hotel again without hesitation.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for 2 nights. I booked this room because it had three beds and a spacious sofa, but it was too big for my family of three...150 square meters! There were two showers and a bathtub. There were also three TVs. I arranged for transportation to and from the airport and to Danang, and both were comfortable. On the first day, we arrived late and went shopping outside around 9 pm. When we tried to fill the bathtub, the water pressure was too weak. On the second day, we were able to fill the bathtub because it was a little earlier. It was convenient to be close to the old town during our hot trip. The pool was more like warm water due to the heat wave. The staff were friendly, and there was someone who spoke Japanese. Although the breakfast selection was not very extensive, the omelets were delicious and full of ingredients, and the daily noodle menu had very tasty soup. I recommend this hotel for those who want to enjoy the old town.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Historic. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, strategically located nearby places of interest, staff were helpful and friendly. My wife and I bought postcards to send to our friends and family but we forgot to account that the post office was closed on Sunday, the day of our departure so we couldnt buy stamps. We are so glad that the lovely front office staff, Ny, offered to help us post our postcards on the following Monday instead. Just received an update from Ny that our postcards have been safely posted and on the way. We really appreciate gestures of kindness like these. Kudos to Ny and the Historic Hoi An staff for being such lovely people.

a perfect stay at the Hoi An Historic hotel. A superb place to fully enjoy Hoi An and relax. The garden is gorgeous. The swimming pool and the restaurants are fabulous. The historic town is just over the street. The hotel provides bicycles for free. The ones I used were brand new and it was fun to be able to discover more of Hoi An riding a bicycle. The beaches are a mere 4 Km easy ride away. I had a large garden view room on the top floor which was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning so quiet and so efficient. The shower worked great. I enjoyed a wonderful sleep as it was so quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was good with many items to chose from. Delicious fresh fruits. Personally would have been even happier with more Vietnamese items :) All the staff was so helpful with a very good command of English and a lot of patience to assist me in getting some words pronounced (more or less) right in Vietnamese. Also they assisted me very efficiently and kindly in arranging a couple of things. I can't say enough good of the staff at the reception (KIeu and others) as well as in the main restaurant. I am sure I will be back. Hoi An is very touristy but so lovely... and relaxing at the hotel was a fabulous experience.
