I used this hotel for a trip with my mother and children. Since I made the reservation over six months ago, considering the price, the location, facilities, and services were all very satisfying. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are clean and simple, but have everything you need. The hotel breakfast was a buffet with a variety of Japanese, Thai, and Western dishes, which was very convenient for families with children. My daughter and I also experienced the spa on the 30th floor, which was a sophisticated and lovely space with a good scent, and the service was relatively inexpensive and satisfying. (The air conditioning was too cold for Japanese people, though...) My children were very happy to drink the free hot chocolate at the drink counter next to the front desk every day. We also used the airport transfer service to and from the hotel. (I sent a request email directly to the hotel for prepayment.) The price was 1,070 baht per one-way trip, which was a wonderful service that I could rely on as a mother with children on late-night and early-morning flights. There was no traffic congestion, and the driver drove safely and stress-free, which was very good. The hotel staff and drivers were all very kind, and although there were few Japanese guests, they were very kind to my children. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The hotel room has a large terrace, which is very important for traveling to Thailand during the rainy season. We can put our rain gear and washed clothes on the terrace at night and use them the next day, which is very practical! The free minibar in the room is a blessing for children, with snacks, juices, and sodas. We spend most of the day outside, so it helps us recharge our energy. The room is fully equipped, but it would be better if the water pressure in the shower could be increased a bit. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and patient. Whenever we have any questions, they try their best to help and answer them. It's amazing! There is an "Internet and Coffee lounge" in the lobby, where guests can enjoy a variety of teas and coffees. It's convenient for us to have breakfast and take a break in the hotel. It's very thoughtful! The hotel location is good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from Phloen Chit station exit 5 to the hotel. If you have luggage or a stroller, you can use the escalator in the adjacent building. It's only a 10-minute walk to Chit Lom, which is very convenient.

Grande Center Point Ploenchit was a true gem. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze, with shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. The room was fantastic with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided a touch of luxury. The standout feature of my stay was the impeccable service. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Wonderful location, excellent stay”
My husband and I travelled to Bkk for a short Babylon and were so glad we booked this hotel. It was within close walking distance to Central Embassy (which is an upscale mall with chill, quiet vibes and good food), and it was connected to Central Chidlom as well which had even more shops. Extremely close to the BTS (which we didnt take this trip because my back was hurting so we took grab for transport) and so conveniently located that it was easy to take a cab anywhere. The hotel is also located near all the embassies so you feel safe, and it’s central but not surrounded by rowdy bars or anything like that. We didn’t opt for hotel breakfast so can’t comment on that, but we definitely enjoyed a few meals in the hotel ordering excellent Michelin guided food via grab. Delivery was cheap because location is central. Definitely appreciated the clean room and clean tub to soak in at the end of the day. There’s also a spa in the hotel where my husband enjoyed a shoulder and back massage; alas they didn’t offer prenatal massage so I couldn’t enjoy one too. All in all we loved the stay and we’ll definitely be back.
