This is my second time staying here, though I was secretly hoping they upgraded me to their club suite (the last time I was there, I booked the club suite which comes with complimentary high tea)...but as expected, I was allocated as per my booking confirmation..haha. First of all, there is parking available (parking space is a bit tight though) which is complimentary. U just need to inform the reception your car number and u are good to go (unlimited entry throughout your stay)..I tried to check in at 12.30pm but was inform that the room is not ready, and the friendly reception (a chinese guy, a big shout out to him...very friendly and also accomodating) ask me to come back at 2pm which I did and the room was ready. Got the room on the 27th floor. Toilet is clean, bed was super comfortable (slept like a baby), though I had prefered the housekeeping to vacuum the carpet more thoroughly as I found some harden food bits. Cleaniness was 8/10, minus 2 coz of the food bits. There is a gym and pool (there is super large pool towels provided - a plus for me). I agreed that the hotel is abit dated, but it is not as though you can live with it. The hotel location is perfect, is near to berjaya times square and also lalaport, both is around 3 minutes walk away and also public transport (Monorail and MRT).. I had read some negative comments for this hotel (mostly tourist), but for me there is no issue at all. The breakfast was delicious, but the breakfast environment was chaotic (not due to the hotel management)...Unfortunately there were alot of rowdy customers that came by the bus load (tour operators) during my stay there, I am sorry to say, they affected the breakfast dining experience. Rushing for foods, piling up on fruits which I dont understand how they are gonna finish...It was pure chaos...So it very much depends on your luck...Though I must admit this is not the fault on the hotel management, but I hope they take note of this and might allocate certain area for tour groups etc..But the breakfast was savoury especially the pancake and muffins..Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The friendly staff, good food, comfortable beds, high pressured shower. I would definately come back to this hotel Pros : Location Friendly staff Good breakfast Comfortable bed and shower Free parking Cons : A bit dated but not that everything is falling apart (just need some refurbishment and this hotel is well to go) Depending on luck, might encounter rowdy tour bus customers
