The access from Cebu City is good, and there are plenty of restaurants in the hotel so we didn't have any trouble with meals 😊 The facilities are also very clean, and the view from the gym and pool was amazing! We will definitely use it again! I think it's perfect for Hokkaido.

We recently stayed at Fili Nustart Hotel for two nights, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. To our delight, our room was upgraded to the 24th floor, offering us a breathtaking and majestic city view, especially stunning during the night. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent—fast and reliable, which allowed me to attend meetings and complete my tasks seamlessly. This was a huge plus for me as a busy entrepreneur and a mother of two. Balancing work and quality family time was a breeze during our stay. The hotel amenities were equally impressive, perfectly catering to both my professional and personal needs. The breakfast selection was another highlight of our stay, with an array of Filipino, Asian, and Mediterranean dishes to choose from—definitely something I eagerly looked forward to each morning. Overall, Fili Nustart Hotel continues to provide a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. We can’t wait to come back for another memorable stay.

Definitely would come back it has been a long pleasant stay ans I would like to commend two excellent staff. First - Christina (front desk manager) she definitely address our concern even responded above and beyond that makes us wanting to comeback with our family here and abroad. I would like to thank her for even greeting us upon check out and organize our transport for free.. Christina is an amazing manager especially for a 5 star hotel.. Cebu's world class stay at Nustar”
Location is strategically located to experience peace, nature, and world class hotel service in Cebu. Facilities are clean with world class features, staff are friendly and smart, foods are really great. The luxury stores are all in here. They cater both young and young at heart, they have timezone where children can enjoy. Variety of food from signature ones to food court that offers delicious and distinct food menus and I enjoyed choosing from them that craves my palate and my eyes. It is indeed wonderful place to stay with for business, vacation, or simply just being in your me time. I hope Nustar will keep and maintain the features, ambiance, and world class services the Filipino way! Kudos to Nustar and its employees!

HAPPY TO HAVE BOOKED BY CHANCE TO ONE OF THE BEST FIVE STAR HOTELS IN CEBU FOR THE BIGGEST DISCOUNT!!! The staff were so friendly, accommodating and hospitable. We had dinner and breakfast buffet at the restaurant and the food choices were massive-ASIAN food mostly! Our room was nice and clean, i enjoyed most the toilet, bathtub and coffee! I would recommend to have a dimmer corner lights aside from the night lights. We would love to stay longer next time but for now we will fly to New York! See you next time!!
