The unit is so HUGE, and the price for my 3d2n stay is reasonable. Location is very near at the Mactan Shrine, wakable. You can buy ALL your needs and essential as malls, coffee shops, international and local restos, and drugstore is only located within the area. Maybe for those who are living in Manila, the place is "somehow" like Makati. Over-all, I highly suggest this place.
This place has the best location. You have a grocery practically at your doorstep, several 24hour fastfood chains, several coffee shops and some local cuisine in the area. It is also across a church and walking distance from the bus station. However if you are bringing a car with you, this hotel does not have its own parking facility and thus you will need to pay for your parking (so if you stay more than one night you will rack up parking cost) in addition, the pay parking area is not enought to cater to all the establishments and you might encounter difficulty in finding a spot. Lastly, we observed that the rooms did not have a phone so you can contact the front desk for assistance. My spouse is a pwd and to get assistance with our luggage we had to go all the way down to front desk to ask to be assisted with our luggage. Oh and the pool water, due to our weather, is hot when you take a dip. Overall, this was a pretty good staycation place

We had a short business trip and we chose CSuites as it is just 15 minutes aways from the airport. Staff are very responsive to queries and kind too. They charge ₱200 per hour in case you want to check-in earlier. The room is clean with complete facilities. There is a dining area, kitchen, living area, laundry area and the usual of course, bed and bath. I had a restful sleep as the bed is so comfy. They have Netflix as well! There’s a bidet and heater also. Overall stay is great!

OVERALL: We had a very enjoyable and relaxing 3 night stay at CSuites serviced apartments and residences. We would definitely stay again. Our studio then 1bedroom apartment upgrade were both clean and spacious with modern decor and furnishings as well as a satisfactory range of amenities - web photos are accurate in this regard. Some issues impacted our mostly positive experience however. THUMBS UP: Friendly and efficient staff. To the credit of the property managers (and housekeeping) all issues arising (except swimming pool) were resolved quickly and in fact we were given a free room upgrade on our second night simply because the cooker needed repairs. The apartment has a washer/dryer but we did not use this facility during our stay. Apartment cleaning (day or night) is provided via a booking request. Reception staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. Our late check out request of 2pm was granted. A Robinson's supermarket is right next door. A Metro supermarket as well as a wide range of food outlets are within walking distance. Infinity style swimming pool is big and super clean. A safety box is provided in the wardrobe. THUMBS DOWN/FYI: The swimming pool is closed throughout the day and night every Monday for maintenance; something that the hotel web advertising and Agoda booking process does not make clear upfront. Beach passes (free) from CSuites reception are mandatory and once verified an ID bracelet will be issued by the adjacent Savoy Hotel, who actually manages the private beach, making beach access more complicated than it should be. Getting to the private beach is either by walking 20 minutes or so or a short taxi ride from CSuites.
