The staff are friendly and we like the pool and amenities. The private beach is covered with white sand but the sea near the shore is covered by rocks which is difficult to walk. The food is nice and we have a double bed and a bunk bed in our room, which can fit a family of 4 easily. The hotel also offers free parking. If the hotel accepts credit card it would be even better. Overall, Costa Azalea is a good place for foreigners to spend a few nights to enjoy the sunlight and clear water on the Samal island

Our staycation in Crusoe cabins is nothing short but amazing. The check-in is quite organize and there is dedicated staff to guide and tour you to the cabin. We had used bands for room access which is quite innovative. The rooms is impeccable clean, AC (bit cold) are functioning well, restroom is quite well maintained. The convertible sofa bed had been used when we had netflix night. The swimming pool is beautiful and had good view of Davao gulf. We enjoyed the pool slides. The shoreline was ok, not so impressive since it was rainy on early morning and beach was not at the prettiest. But we still enjoyed swimming at the deep area. We had dinner at their restaurant, nice group meal set. The food is really commendable which my family enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast had been served at the terrace, it was ok. Overall, we had good impression and experience at Crusoe Cabins Costa Azalea. We highly recommend them.

We like our children to avoid electronics so look for other entertainment. The pool aqua facility was the highlight with excellent health and safety. Food was very lengthy exceeded 1 hour for pizza not good for hungry children very limited choice for children and prices around 3 times local pricing. The restaurant manager Chris did resolve issues and his English was very good. He is new so I hold out hope under his tenure the food restaurant will be good and the children menu expanded. Not normally mentioned but the security guide was excellent warm and welcoming whilst professional and reassuring great qualities. The rooms were good and clean beds comfortable the theme pirates of the Caribbean was great but no galleon to play on for children. Entertainment was non existent no games room no simple basic facilities much needed table tennis table pool table games monopoly cards etc books non electronic for children the resort has potential but needs to get its act together. The beech is good but swimming not possible due to rocks tree roots etc improved are much needed to make this resort Move from mediocre to great

Waterpark 10/10 when you have kids they will really enjoy the place! Adult Pool is Nice too! They have slides for adult too. Food on the restaurant is Delicious! Loved the garlic chicken and Sisig. The free breakfast only few options. The pizza might need improvement. The Room/ cabin is clean, smells good and modern appliances inside. Staff service is 💯.
