We have a fantastic stay at this property in Pico de Loro Cove. The location was great, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. The unit was well maintained, clean and complete kitchen utensils. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. “escape from the hustle bustle”
I recently had the chance to stay at Pico de Loro Nasugbu Batangas, at Creys condo, and overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room was clean, and spacious and had a nice balcony view of the lagoon and greenery, while the unit was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out hassle-free.

“Exceptional”
Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The facilities were exceptional, including the hot water and parking. The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We felt like we got great value for our money. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

“V BAD MAINTENANCE & hidden fees ”
-Wifi sometimes not working - shower broken - wash basin broken - toilet broken - lights not working - power point not working - blind broken - no bedside table or light - aircon insufficient and dripping - no desk light (if you need to work ) This owner wants a premium price but does not want to do any maintenance . They do not deserve your custom ; they do not understand / have zero interest in customer service ....they just want your money for no effort . You also have to pay 1400 peso extra to use the complex's pool / restaurant etc . You will also be charged 300 peso for pick up from the main road if coming by bus.

“Affordable-ish Condo space near the beach”
The place is good for a small group. There are signs of use in the furnishings that might need attention. Regardless, the check in and check out is easy. Don't forget to buy groceries first before going to Pico De Loro as there are none inside. The Grab N Go inside the clubhouse has limited selection.
