“Neat and accessible, perfect for the budget trips”
We arrived very late for check in but still we were welcomed with smiles. The staff and security were all polite, accommodating and even informative, they gave us travel tips since we opt to travel using the local transport (modern jeep) to save more when we went to Park Mall, Cebu IT Park, SM City, Ayala Malls, SM Seaside, IL Corso, TOPs and even went to Danao City for sunrise. Also my mom enjoyed her visit to Titay's , a 2min walk just across the road, since rosquillos have always been her favorite souvenir from Cebu aside from Conching's Otap, 7D Dried Mangoes and Didang's Masareal. Just one downside though, there wasn't any convenience store store down or beside the building where you could purchase your essentials ASAP. Rose Pharmacy and Three Sixty Pharmacy were the nearest places for you to get your essentilas, grocery and water, it's a 5min walk. There were a lot of food options, Jollibee and Alberto's Pizza were near by (open for 24hrs) as well just a 5min walk. A big mall (Gaisano) was just 7min walk and 7-eleven is right at the corner (nautical highway) which was a 10min walk from the building. The room was neat and clean. It was comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights, twin room. You get what you pay for a budget room. Don't expect for an esthetic vibe for a room that is less than $20 a night. The airconditioning was functioning well so wtih the tv, WiFi is free, had a regular(Asian) sized toilet with bidet, and also a hot and cold shower. We didn't get the chance to tour around the builkding, so I can't say anything about their cafe and food options on the upper level (rooftop). The view must have been nice. Upon entering, each bed had white linens and towels on, though I would have appreciated it more if the blankets were also white not pink. Overall, the room was clean and decent. The location was very accessible for transport since it's along the highway. Walkable food options and stores for essential purchases were available. Perfect for budget trips. I will book again.
