The serene atmosphere, combined with the luxurious accommodations and excellent facilities, makes it a fantastic destination. If the minor service issue I experienced can be addressed, it would be absolutely perfect.
We had a relaxing stay at Costabella. The place is instagram-worthy with a mix of Filipino vibes and what looks like a touch of Spanish-style architecture. It felt cozy and unique. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. One thing also there weren’t a lot of people during our stay, so it felt peaceful and private. perfect for unwinding. That said, we noticed the hygiene kit was missing a few basics like cotton, cotton buds, shave and a comb. Also, there were no free slippers you have to pay pa for them, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would recommend, just maybe pack your own little essentials!
Costabella is a Tropical Beach Hotel, not a full tropical resort. However, it is beautiful, has Jetski, Parasailing, bicycles, activities, weddings, etc. The Premier Rooms are very comfortable and big. Layouts are different. For Example Room 694 has a single bed big enough to fit 4 people no problem if the hotel permitted. Connecting room 695 is same type with 2 double size beds. The beach and facilities are well maintained, and staff is very good.

I recently stayed at this tropical beach resort as part of my mental health break, and I must say—it was exactly what I needed. The place isn’t too big or flashy, and while it’s a bit older, it’s well-kept and clean. What truly stood out for me was the calming ambiance that embraced us from morning till night. The beach may not be the widest, but it has soft white sand and crystal-clear waters that made swimming and just being by the shore so soothing. My husband and I spent hours just enjoying the sea and the peaceful vibe. Their pools are also a nice option when we wanted a quick dip. Food-wise, it leans on the pricier side, and I think their cocktails have room for improvement—but these are minor things compared to the overall experience. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Every person we encountered was smiling, kind, and sincerely courteous. They made us feel welcomed and cared for. I’m already planning to come back—this time with my parents. It’s a place I’d gladly return to when I need rest and quiet joy by the sea.
