    “Don't take the Cebu 5* mystery booking option ”

    As a VIP member I've always been entirely satisfied with my previous choices; however not on this occasion ..i blame myself for an error of judgement taking the" mystery " option . We ended up in a 3rd rate condo on an uncompleted cobstruction/building date...the owner of the unit wasn't there to greet us and it was an anxious process to check in ( i didn't need that after an uncomfortable sea crossing ) Once inside the unit it wasn't impressive seeing that part of the wardrobe unit had an obvious broken drawer .My final complaint is that whilst we had booked 2 adults and 2 children their sleeping needs provided only a mattress on the floor and no bedding sheets etc....that required further chasing to the unit owner to get the bedding we needed..thank goodness we were only thre one night....be warned thstvif you wanted to use any of the facilities such as the pool it was charged at 100 peso per head per day and car parking was 500 peso ! My advise is dont send other clients th units

    Thank you for your comment. We have upgraded our facilities to give more comfort to our guests at the most affordable price. We already have sofa bed and thick extra bed for extra guests including children. There is no broken appliances and cabinet already. We appreciate your review and it made our facility better.

    Very budget friendly. Exactly the kind of room I need. We rented it for 5 days. Unfortunately, the WiFi stopped working on the 4th day. It's PLDT's fault anyway. Nonetheless, the unit was fine.

    The rudest Security guards ever! Not being helpful! Once you booked this place you’re on your own! No parking space available at all times! I would rather pay extra money than to go back to this place!!!

    Thank you for that comment. Please be informed that renting a Condo Unit is mostly self-service and it is like renting any apartment with no conceirge available 24/7. Our free parking is first come first serve basis. Our security guards are there to answer for the common areas and also assisted you as much as they can. That is why as your host, I contacted you few days before check in and also contacted you what time will you be checkin in so i can arrange hassle free requests. Also, before check in, we made sure that everything is in order and clean in your room. Thank you

    “Preis-Leistung sehr gut.”

    Ist ca. 10 Minuten zum JY zu Fuss. Pool oder Gym kostet extra, 100 PHP pro Tag. Ansonsten für den Preis eine sehr gute Unterkunft.
