“My favorite Beach in Puerto Galera”
We've been to Puerto Galera before, but I can honestly say this is where we finally found the relaxation we've been looking for. Top-notch staff and service — they were extremely accommodating from the moment I booked the hotel until we got home. I even messaged them after our trip because I forgot to tip the boatman, and they helped me coordinate the money transfer. Even late at night, they were still responding to my questions. They were so pleasant, never snobbish, always smiling, and ready to assist. I love that! The facilities and the room — absolutely lovely! We didn’t expect that it would be more affordable to book a 2-bedroom villa instead of two separate couple rooms for the four of us. Everything was spotless — the sheets, fridge, table, and not a trace of dust. The only minor issue we noticed was that the second floor of the 2-bedroom villa gets a bit hot at noon since it’s at the top and has glass walls. But there were no insects or mosquitoes. Plus, there were hot and cold showers and lots of tissue! Love it! As for the pool, you’ll definitely enjoy it — it has a sea view! I have no complaints; we were all very happy with it. Even at the beachfront — I used to think white sand beaches were the best, but we found a hidden gem here in Sabang Beach. The price is the same as those in white sand areas, but this place isn’t overcrowded. Just a heads-up: if you want to go to White Beach for a food trip, the tuk-tuk fares are expensive. That’s just how it is unless you bring your own car or rent a motorcycle. One more thing that really touched us — the nearby community around the hotel is full of kind and friendly people. They greet you, the streets are well-lit, nothing scary, and no one will bother you. It’s so peaceful. Shout out to Casalay! I have so much more to say. The front desk staff, Adelyn, was incredibly kind, as well as the boatman who assists guests, the guy who serves at the restaurant, the boat operator, and the one who cleaned the pool. Haaay — we are definitely coming back! I love their welcome drinks!!!!
