HOUSE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS 1 At least 1 VALID ID of guest to be provided upon arrival for safety and security purposes.. 2 Broken or missing items in the house will be replaced with the exact same item or payment will be needed. 3 Please turn off appliances when not in use to avoid FIRE ACCIDENTS. 4 Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house..(bedrooms,living and dining area). Ashtrays provided at the terrace and garage area.. 5 Please DO NOT put towels on the floor as bathroom floor mats. 6 Please throw your napkins/tissue papers Into the trash bin, not in the TOILET BOWL to avoid clogging issue .. If trash bins are already full please dispose the garbage bag and extra garbage bags can be found inside the storage cabinet near the staircase.. 7 Tidy up the kitchen after cooking your foods. Wash the dishes and utensils after used.. 8 Early check in or late check out can be arranged without charges. It will depend on the booking availability on that date and you must inform me in advance .. 9 Please switch off the lights and aircon once you leave the house.. 10 Strictly NO PARTY ALLOWED. Joy has been fantastic trying to get in touch and ensure that our stay is as seamless as possible. The house is pretty clean and there is a small grill outside that can be utilised. Groceries can be bought from the supermarkets about 15mins away. BE WARNED, the location as advertised on Agoda before booking is incorrect. The actual location of the house is in a Subdistrict in Talisay City. It is very inconvenient to get around but Joy will be able to arrange for a car with/without a driver to bring you around. There are also motorcycle taxis available near the guard house. I must say though, being situated on a hilltop, the views are amazing.
