Perfectly placed between Cebu and the whale sharks in Oslob , The Beach house is a private guest house with 5 rooms located directly on the beach in Dalaguete.

We have a 22 meter long lap pool and work out facilities.

Rooms can sleep 2 to 4 person, (The cost of the room covers the first two guests only)

All rooms have beach access

All rooms have pool and ocean views

All rooms have WiFi , aircon, ceiling fan ,50 inch TV, hot and cold water and mini bar

Extra bed is 500 per person per night

Plenty of parking available

Our place is very private and we do our up most to give you the feeling of your own little paradise

only paying guests have access to the resort we do not allow day use

We live onsite and are generally around the resort all day

We are located next to the National Highway so easy to find, and between the seaside 1 km outside if Dalaguete.

Bus stop 50 meters away from the resort, and plenty of trykes passing all day.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the owner was also very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. “Like being at home.”
The staff here are wonderful and felt like lifetime friends. Breakfast is all day and a great way to start the day before ventering off into town. Close by are several restaurants and food lane Blvd is a short distance away and I highly recommend an evening or two there. Enjoyed meeting several expats, I have been traveling for years and Timmy and his staff are the most pleasant and welcoming people I have ever met.

“Homey place restful sleep”
Tim and Anne are great hosts. They contacted us after our booking to know what time we will be checking in. Tim was also kind enough to help with the smart TV set up. The rooms are spacious and clean. The place has access to the beach and the pool was right in front of the room nice enough to see the beautiful sunrise. Highly recommended

“NO REGRETS AT ALL! ”
The photos don’t do justice. It’s way way better in person. Glad I read the reviews and booked this place. The cleanliness is top notch especially the bathroom, and I love that the sheets are thick and they smell good. PLUS if BREAKFAST is important to you, I highly recommend you get the Big Breakfast plate, the sausage is to die for and the owner cooks the breakfast himself. So go get that to fuel your day. Would recommend and stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Excellent”
I recommend this place if you want a quiet & private place to stay with your family. The rooms are clean & comfortable and quite spacious. The beach is not the best to bathe though but their pool will compensate & is very accessible just right outside the rooms. Very friendly owner, he personal greeted us & showed us our room when we arrived. Staffs are very friendly too. Hustle-free transaction. Many good restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a good experience!👍🏼
