Great stay”
The place is really nice, very spacious and clean. The staff is very attentive and unobtrusive. Naomi is very helpful and even went above and beyond to help my mother in law. Anything we needed that wasn't provided already can be requested. The house is located at the end of the street with view of the sea. Can be noisy during the day because it is right in front of the pool of the neighboring hotel but the noise level didn't bother us at all. We felt safe because the compound had 24 hour security. Right out side the gate was a tricycle which we hired to go to town. I would say our stay is almost perfect except that the water heater in the master bedroom shower was broken during our stay. And the cable tv was turned off early on the day of our check out. Other than that, this house is great.

Quiet, comfortable, clean house on the beach”
Pros: Very clean house, helpful and friendly staff, wonderful pool that we had entirely to ourselves (due to lack of others in this complex of similar houses). The pictures do not do this place justice. The downstairs has a very nice kitchen that has essential items for cooking. Many extras made it extra nice: tupperware-like containers in the fridge, woven square baskets for storing things for cooking or eating also were appreciated. They had an electric rice cooker, stove with oven (24' wide), and the toaster was a very pleasant surprise. Everything from paper towels, to toilet paper was supplied. They even had an iron and ironing board. The master's bedroom had a very large walk-in closet area and various useful furniture. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 have A/C as well as the living, dining and kitchen area downstairs also has one large A/C unit - all worked well. The one bedroom that does not have an A/C is cool at night because of the steady cooler sea breezes at night.

The house I rented for 7 nights was well maintained and in a great location. Noemi Aparre our host was so good and went beyond what was asked to see that we had all we needed to make sure our stay was spectacular. The pool was awesome overlooking the ocean. I would stay here again. The price was right too.

Paradise in Argao”
Excellent kept property close to town where shopping for groceries and other goodies are available. The view is heavenly with the beautiful water and mountains seen from the seashore. There is also great property development happening in the neighborhood. We definitely will return here. The management (Cherry) and property manager (Noemi) are caring professionals. The driver is prompt and knowledgeable about the local area and the housekeeper helpful with our amenity needs. Thank you all for making our vacation wonderful!!!
