The check in process was stressful cause the caretaker and the owner seemed like they did not communicate with each other, I had advised the caretaker that we would check in later than 2pm. Once we were able to check in, I informed her right away and thanked her, on the other hand, the owner was not informed by our arrival so she kept texting and calling me but I was not able to answer right away as I was asleep. Honestly seemed a bit rude because she did not reply to my texts nor apologized for spam calling for no reason. Place was cluttered with appliances that look like they don't get cleaned regularly. They did not thoroughly clean the unit before turning it over to us because we found the previous guest's leftovers in the fridge. The beddings reaked of bleach and the pillows were flat. The aircon was weak too, but nonetheless, we had a good time at Pico de Loro. Hope they can fix these issues for those who plan to stay at their unit in the future.
