“PICO DE LORO MIRANDA 506B”
The unit was okay. It was nice but we had to do a little cleaning ourselves to get rid of some smell. We cleaned the ref, pots, pans, cooking tools, plates, utensils and microwave before using them just to be sure. Also, we were not informed that the building was under construction so our view from the balcony was blocked by some workers. Outside the unit, the kids had fun at the beach and pool. We spent one whole day just for swimming and felt like the kids still wanted more :) Most of our food were home cooked as the restaurants inside Pico de Loro were a bit pricey for us. We bought fresh seafoods from a nearby town. Yes, there was access to Netflix and a strong Wifi connection perfect for people working remotely. Additional notes: I was also not informed about the registration rates. In their websites and guidelines, month of July falls into the category of lean months, hence we should have been charged only 1K for adults. But, we were informed only on our first day that they were going to charge us with peak season rates. I was told there were changes but again, this was not communicated in any way, so it felt kind of off for me. I would suggest to contact Pico de Loro directly to check their current rates.

“Good”
We rented a condo unit in Miranda and Jacana. This room in Miranda was not really big and quite expensive. We don't like the comfort room it's not really clean. The shower curtain is out of fashion & the water in the bowl is yellow or the bowl itself was so dirty. We cannot use the other cabinet because they lock it so we use the only cabinet in the CR. The manager in the Reef bar humiliated us by talking in a loud voice and letting us vacate our reserved table. We reserved the table earlier in the morning together with the dinner buffet of 1,950/head and the fireworks table of 5k for Newyears Eve. So humiliating and did not even apologized us after that. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay here eventhough there were bad things happened and the agent also who handled our booking was very accomodating and always send me messages before our arrival.

We wish the guests a fantastic day ahead, but will not recommend them to any home-sharing environment, hotel might suit them better if budget would ever allow. The review tells more about guests than about the accommodation or resort

“Great for family vacay!”
Pico de loro cove is already a good spot for quick family vacation. Unit was clean, good for 6 adults. Better if you could request additional beddings & blankets if you have more adults with you.
