* Keep the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood. No parties or events please. * Keep the place clean at all times. Treat it as your own property. REMINDERS: You are staying in condominium unit. We don't have 24 hour room service but we will try our best to cater your request as soon as possible. Visitor is not allowed to sleep in the unit. Visitor can stay until 8:00PM only. They are considered extra pax after 8pm with a minimal fee of PhP350.00 per person. KITCHEN: Cooking of food is allowed using the induction cooker but limited to simple dish and easy to prepare. No cooking of long lasting smelly food. The kitchen area is where you consume all your meals. It is prohibited to take your meals into your bed. HOUSEKEEPING: Request of unit cleaning is available one day ahead with a minimal fee of Php250.00 pesos. For long nights stay, Bed sheet, blankets and towels are changed every 5 days without any additional charge. FURNITURE/APPLIANCES: Guests have to respect the set-up or arrangement of the unit. We don't allow furniture or appliances to be moved from its original location. INTERNET: Please refrain from downloading and uploading big files. KEYS: Always lock the main door when going out. We are not responsible for any lost item. For lost key, Guest will be charged PhP3,000.00 pesos for door knob replacement and the duplication of new set of keys. Best place to stay for staycations, overnight stays, or short business stay in Davao. The place is strategically located at the heart of Davao. The room has views of the city. The room has all the necessities for short or long-term stays like a kitchenette with cooking utensils and appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a hot and cold shower. The room has air-conditioning, a good WIFI connection, and a TV. Sadly the TV is not connected to any cable but it has screen share capability. The swimming pool is available is accessible during day and night. Unfortunately, during my stay, the place wasn't properly cleaned as the rice cooker pot inside the rice cooker is not properly washed and was moldy & There are small cockroaches in the room. Aside from what experiences I have, it's a good place to stay.

The studio is very small (ca. 22 m2). It needs to have total renovation. We waited long to check in and had problem in getting room key. When we went to the bathroom, the floor was completely wet. There were ants in the studio condo. The reception of the condotel is clean and presentable. Receptionist and guard were both pleasant and attentive to my husband and I. Location was ideal to where we had appointments. Pls advise the php400.00 parking fee for overnight stay. Thank you.

Well the place is nice pero we are deeply disappointed kasi walang internet, ito yung purpose ko kaya we book this property di pa kami nakapag duty dahil sira internet nila then mahina pa data sa place. And the bed is not stable kasi sira sya they just put a scotch tape sa may paahan ng bed just to attach it but overall experience, ok sya cozy yung place kaya lng may kakulangan hopefully the host will inform us ahead of time para di ma compromise work ng mga guest. Thanks!

Great Location ”
It is condo rental and in great location, has excellent employees Voiced request to fix tv on 1st day to unit representative. Quick response with promise to come on Friday and repair. Never followed up. Minor issue since I rarely watch tv, but still not working correctly and no follow up.
